Abstract

One important part of the learning process is motivation. Learning motivation is an encouragement that has a big influence on learning and learning outcomes. The level of strong and weak motivation to learn in students is indicated by persistence in facing assignments, independent learning, enthusiasm for learning, carrying out assignments, emotions towards the learning situation or atmosphere, confidence in a matter, and liking to search for and solve problems. This is based on the results of observations, interviews and questionnaires. Learning motivation scale as a pretest. Several introductory questions are also considered capable of fostering students' curiosity about related learning material, the aim of which is to make students more active, braver and able to learn better (Bahrudin, 2014). The REBT approach aims to change the client's irrational views and beliefs into rational ones, helping to change attitudes, ways of thinking and perceptions, therefore clients are expected to be able to develop and achieve optimal self-realization. The research method used is a literature review which is supported by data from several articles, source books and other supporting documents. The research results show that student motivation to learn is an important thing needed in the process of achieving optimal learning outcomes. One approach in guidance and counseling that can increase students' learning motivation is REBT which can help students open their horizons and have rational thinking in actions related to learning goals.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Management is very important in improving the quality of education by providing the support and intervention that students need to reach their maximum potential. In an effort to improve the quality of education, BK management must also be oriented towards customer satisfaction, namely students and parents. BK management must be able to provide very high satisfaction to customers by improving the quality of BK services and increasing student participation in the learning process. This article examines how the implementation of effective BK management can improve the quality of education through strengthening learning motivation, improving student behavior, and reducing the level of delinquency. teenager. Through literature study, it involves theoretical studies. The research results show that good guidance and counseling management contributes significantly in shaping students' character and academic achievement, thus emphasizing the importance of integrating guidance and counseling in strategies to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using the ABCDE technique in reducing students’ anxiety in memorizing the Qur’an at MTs Hifzhil Qur’an. Anxiety is one of the factors that can hinder the memorization process and reduce students’ motivation to learn. The ABCDE technique, which is part of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach, is designed to help students identify and replace irrational beliefs that are the source of anxiety. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the nonequivalent control group type. The research sample consisted of 20 eighth-grade students who were selected using purposive sampling techniques and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using a paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between anxiety levels before and after the intervention in the experimental group. The obtained significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that group guidance using the ABCDE technique is effective in reducing students’ anxiety in memorizing the Qur’an. These findings support the use of the ABCDE technique as a relevant psychopedagogical intervention in the context of religious education.

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada sektor pendidikan telah membawa berbagai teknologi yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah e learning. Sistem Belajar Unjaya merupakan bentuk dari e-learning yang diterapkan di Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta dan menjadi pengganti platform e-learning sebelumnya. Namun, hingga kini belum dilakukan pengukuran terhadap tingkat kegunaan sistem terhadap penggunanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kegunaan Sistem Belajar Unjaya pada mahasiswa RMIK dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif univariat untuk menggambarkan dan menilai persepsi pengguna terhadap kegunaan sistem secara umum. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability, mayoritas responden menggunakan dan memanfaatkan sistem informasi ini dengan baik tetapi masih perlu adanya perbaikan. Dibutikan dengan total hasil analisis Sistem Belajar Unjaya dengan menggunakan metode SUS berdasarkan interpretasi terhadap skor yaitu 65 maka mendapat Grade “C”, hasil adjective rating terhadap Sistem Belajar Unjaya masih “OK” dan acceptability masuk kategori “Marginal”. Sedangkan hasil percentile rank berada pada percentile 41% berarti nilai percentile rank Sistem belajar Unjaya masih kurang dalam kategori acceptable. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat Kegunaan Sistem Belajar Unjaya dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Meski begitu, masih diperlukan perbaikan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistemnya.
