Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction in Fastfood Restaurants.In this study has several problems such as limited questionnaire data collection, some respondents are less responsive. This study also determined the population and sample where the population was all customers of KFC Fastfood Restaurants in Palembang City and for the sample of 105 respondents. From the research that has been done, researchers draw conclusions that the data obtained is primary data. For sample acquisition using non-probability sampling techniques where this method is usually used for data processing using multiple linear analysis data processing using SPSS applications. This research shows the results that service quality, product quality have a positive influence on customer satisfaction at KFC Fastfood Restaurant in Palembang City.

Abstract

The increasing consumption of foreign products by the public has prompted companies to intensify their promotional efforts through celebrity endorsers and brand image in order to boost product purchases. This research, conducted by the researcher, utilizes the variables of celebrity endorser and brand image to assess the significance of purchase decisions regarding Kundal shampoo products originating from South Korea. The research involved a purposive sample of 90 respondents who match with the criteria, including having purchased and used Kundal shampoo products and being familiar with Kundal shampoo through Tomorrow X Together. The researcher employed a casual approach with a survey method using an online distributed questionnaire. The SPP software was utilized to generate data ouput. The findings from this research reveal that there is no positive significance between the celebrity endorser Tomorrow X Together and purchase decisions. However, there is a positive significance between brand image and purchase decisions. Thus, H1 in this research can be considered rejected, while H2 is accepted.

Abstract

To maintain financial stability and increase hospital profitability, accounts receivable management is essential. The purpose of this study was to assess the various approaches used to manage accounts receivable at Pusri Hospital, make policy recommendations, and increase hospital staff awareness and understanding through socialization and education. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach by analyzing financial data and conducting in-depth interviews with the head of the hospital's finance department. To determine how effective accounts receivable management is, activity and profitability ratio analysis was conducted. A conference with the head of the finance room was conducted to obtain information on current policies and practices, as well as to provide suggestions based on the results of the study. The results showed that the accounts receivable turnover of Pusri Hospital has fluctuated over the past three years. In 2022, accounts receivable turnover decreased drastically as a result of ineffective claims management. The results of the interviews showed that the hospital recognized the need for policy improvements, including the implementation of an ERP system to help manage accounts receivable in a more integrated and effective manner. This study led the hospital to commit to improving the accounts receivable management process, including socializing payment policies to patients. This study includes independent study findings that include strategic analysis and advice. They are expected to help Pusri Hospital increase profitability and maintain stable cash flow in the future.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2019, dibentuk secara resmi Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Dusun Putak dengan nama Pokdarwis Terat Budaya. Pokdarwis Terat Budaya fokus dalam menyajikan wisata budaya dayak, seperti Pentas Seni Tari Dayak Tunjung-Benuaq dan Workshop kerajinan tangan Sulam Tumpar yang dapat disaksikan di Lamin Adat Dusun Putak setiap hari Minggu pukul 14.00-17.00 WITA. Di Kampoeng Wisata Putak terdapat Batu Dinding Tapa. Wisata alam Batu Dinding ini berupa tebing bebatuan yang dikelilingi hutan rimbun yang lebat. Saat matahari terbit dan terbenam merupakan waktu yang tepat sekaligus menikmati pemandangan alam hutan Borneo dari ketinggian Batu Dinding Tapa. Selain Batu Dinding Tapa, terdapat juga wisata alam berupa Air Terjun Jantur Sekilo dan Bukit Sakilo, serta Bukit Rahmat sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata religi di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah terselesaikannya permasalahan Pokdarwis dalam bidang Infrastruktur, bidang pemberdayaan dan bidang pemasaran. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode survei agar data, gambaran, serta fenomena yang diperoleh bersifat faktual. Ada 5 Tahapan kegiatan besar pada pengabdian ini, yaitu sosialisasi, aplikasi pemanfaatan teknologi berupa peta, pelatihan, monitoring-evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Tahapan paling utama adalah pemanfaatan teknologi berupa pemetaan yang membantu dalam pembuatan infrastruktur berupa Peta Geowisata, rambu navigasi sebagai penunjuk arah lokasi geowisata, papan informasi tentang Lokasi geowisata dan fotoboth untuk menjadi spot foto selfie. Selain bidang infrastruktur, kami juga melakukan pelatihan pemandu wisata untuk meningkatkan softskill anggota pokdarwis di bidang pemberdayaan serta pada bidang pemasaran kami mengajarkan mereka tentang promosi digital menggunakan IG Ads On.
