Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of Value Added Tax (VAT) on macroeconomic stability in Indonesia. This research aims to understand how VAT affects macroeconomic variables such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, inflation, interest rates and exchange rates. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide a better understanding of the relationship between VAT and macroeconomic stability in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with document analysis methods. The qualitative method was chosen because it allows researchers to understand in depth the relationship between VAT and macroeconomic stability in Indonesia. Document analysis was chosen as a data collection technique because it allows researchers to collect and analyze various sources of information relevant to this research. Based on the results of the research and data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Value Added Tax (VAT) has a positive relationship with macroeconomic stability in Indonesia. This is shown through several main indicators. First, VAT revenue and growth in Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Abstract

. The Islamic money market and capital market are important parts of the ever-evolving Islamic financial system. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the instruments and mechanisms used in both markets, as well as to compare their functions and see their impact on the Islamic economy in general. Through a literature study, the discussion includes the types of instruments, how the market works, and the role of supervisory institutions in maintaining compliance with Islamic principles. The results of the study show that both the Islamic money market and capital market have a significant contribution in supporting financial activities that are in accordance with Islamic values. Pasar uang dan pasar modal syariah merupakan bagian penting dalam sistem keuangan Islam yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai instrumen dan mekanisme yang digunakan dalam kedua pasar tersebut, serta membandingkan fungsinya dan melihat dampaknya terhadap perekonomian syariah secara umum. Melalui studi literatur, pembahasan mencakup jenis-jenis instrumen, cara kerja pasar, serta peran lembaga pengawas dalam menjaga kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa baik pasar uang maupun pasar modal syariah memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mendukung aktivitas keuangan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Duri Kosambi, Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 pegawai. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert lima poin, dan data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Secara simultan, pengawasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung 16,241 > Ftabel 3,24 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,478 mengindikasikan bahwa 47,8% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 52,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan yang efektif dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur pemerintah di tingkat kelurahan.

Abstract

Corn is one of the potential agricultural commodities in Bah Joga Village however, its utilization has mostly been limited to traditional products, resulting in relatively low economic value. This study aims to introduce corn ribs as an innovative food product derived from local corn, which is expected to strengthen the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the village. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, interviews, and literature review related to food innovation and small business development. The findings indicate that corn ribs have promising market potential since they combine flavors that suit modern consumer preferences with raw materials that are easily accessible locally. Furthermore, processing corn into corn ribs can increase the selling value of agricultural products, open new business opportunities, and enhance the competitiveness of local MSMEs. Therefore, this innovation not only contributes to the diversification of food products but also supports the economic improvement of Bah Joga Village through the development of creative enterprises based on local resources.
