Abstract

Accreditation system on improving the quality of services in the public sector, especially in health institutions in Indonesia. The SLR is used to examine the effect of the accreditation system on improving the quality of services in various sectors, such as health and education. The process includes determining research questions, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and analyzing data from relevant articles to understand the contribution of accreditation. The results of the study are expected to provide in-depth understanding and practical recommendations for institutions in implementing a more effective accreditation system. The results of this work emphasize the importance of the accreditation system in improving the quality of services through periodic external monitoring. Accreditation functions not only as an evaluation tool, but also as a coaching instrument to ensure compliance with established standards. This monitoring helps identify the weaknesses and strengths of the institution, so that improvements can be made systematically. Accredited institutions show improved performance in aspects of governance, operational efficiency, and patient safety, as well as better clinical trial results and increased levels of customer satisfaction. Overall, accreditation serves as a mechanism to maintain and improve the quality of services, providing direct benefits to the community using the services.

Abstract

This research to develop a WEB-based Doctor Appointment Information System Application (E-Doc) at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital which is useful for reducing patient waiting times. The use of this application is expected to increase the efficiency of the registration process and meetings between patients and doctors, by allowing patients to make appointments online, choose a doctor's schedule, and find out the available queue quota. The methods used in this research include literature and interviews as well as system requirements analysis, application design, as well as implementation and evaluation of application use by patients and medical personnel. The research results show that the E-Doc application can speed up the registration process and reduce queues at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital, so that patients can access health services more efficiently. Apart from that, this application makes it easy for patients who face geographical or physical obstacles to get services without having to come directly to the hospital to register. Thus, it is hoped that the development of this application can improve the quality of health services and minimize patient waiting times at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital.

Abstract

Dental nursing students as prospective health workers must have the knowledge and ability to carry out patient safety measures. Students have received lecture material that is used as a basis for carrying out dental nursing actions or practicing in the room about patient safety. The purpose of Community Service is to manage risks by identifying patient safety (risk management). The method of implementing Community Service activities is health education and implementing risk management by identifying patient safety (risk management) followed by a questionnaire on the theme of patient safety pre-test and post-test. The results of implementing Community Service activities related to Dental Nursing Students' Knowledge in implementing patient safety targets are mostly good and sufficient.

Abstract

During adolescence, significant physical and sexual changes occur so that sexual attraction to the opposite sex is quite large and sexual drive also develops. The results of the Indonesian Population and Family Planning Program survey in 2013 showed that more than 60% of teenagers in Indonesia had had premarital sex. Around 53% of women aged 10-19 years had sexual relations during adolescence, while the number of men who had sexual relations was more than double that of women. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between teenagers' knowledge of unmarried sexual behavior in Makassar State High Schools. The research methodology used in this research is an observational analytical design with a cross sectional research design with a sample size of around 79 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. The data collection instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The conclusion is that data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0.004 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected (there is a significant relationship between teenagers' knowledge of unmarried sexual behavior in Makassar State High School.
