Abstract

The Sanrego Cooperative is a Sanrego coffee producer located in Bulukumba district, South Sulawesi. There are 2 types of products produced by the Sanrego cooperative, namely Sanrego coffee and Djago coffee. This Sanrego coffee product has a distinctive taste and is made from Sanrego wood mixed with ginger. The two types of basic ingredients are herbal ingredients that have been trusted for a long time as traditional medicines without side effects. While Sanrego wood itself has been studied by several finochemical experts at several universities in Eastern Indonesia, it contains alkolids, sitosterol, glycosides which function to inhibit the development of bacteria in the human body. In increasing its sales level, the Sanrego cooperative uses several methods such as direct consumer sales through outlets or stalls in a number of places, online sales and sales through Sanrego cafes which were established to accommodate coffee connoisseurs. The Sanrego Cooperative, which is traditionally prepared by professional hands, is targeted to become the number one coffee in Bulukumba, including South Sulawesi. This workshop and discussion resulted in several recommendations that could be made by the Sanrego Cooperative in improving its business performance in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imenguji idan imenganalisis ipengaruh isecara isimultan i parsial ibiaya iproduksi idan ibiaya ikualitas iterhadap ilaba ibersih ipada iperusahaan imanufaktur isector imakanan idan iminuman iyang iterdaftardi iBursa iEfek iIndonesia. i Pengumpulan idata imenggunakan idata isekunder idengan imenggunakan iteknik ipurposive isampling.Populasi idalam ipenelitian iini iadalah iseluruh iperusahaan imanufaktur isector imakanan idan iminuman iyang iterdaftar idi ibursa iefek iIndonesia, isedangkansampel iyang idiambilsebanyak i11 iperusahaan idengan ijumlah ipengamatan iselama i3 itahun i(2017-2019). iData iyang idiperoleh idianalisis idengan imenggunakan ianalisis iregresi ilinear iberganda. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and ability of business actors towards the creative economy. This activity was carried out in Enrekang district, South Sulawesi. The activities were carried out in the form of counseling and dialogue where the speakers came from academics and students of STIEM Bongaya Makassar and were carried out for 1 day. The implementation method is carried out by counseling and discussion groups as well as mentoring which will be carried out in the future when the participants begin to implement the creative economy in their business activities. It is hoped that this activity will develop the creative industry in Enrekang district. It is also hoped that the active role of the Enrekang district government is to provide support and assistance to creative economy actors.Keywords: Creative economy, business actors, training, academicsABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pelaku usaha terhadap ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan dialog dimana pematerinya berasal dari kalangan akademisi dan mahasiswa STIEM Bongaya Makassar dan dilakukan selama 1 hari. Metode pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan penyuluhan dan grup diskusi serta pedampingan yang akan dilakukan pada waktu yang akan datang ketika para peserta mulai mengimplentasi kan ekonomi kreatif dalam kegiatan usahanya. Diharapkan kegiatan ini akan mengembangkan industri kreatif di kabupaten Enrekang.Dab diharapkan juga peran aktif dari pemerintah kabupaten Enrekang untuk memberikan dukungan dan bantuan kepada para pelaku ekonomi kreatif.Kata kunci : Ekonomi kreatif, pelaku usaha, pelatihan, akademisi
