Abstract

The company's profitability is not only a major factor in the creation of firm value, several previous researchers have explored the determinants of firm value creation. This statement becomes an argument so that this study re-examines the contribution of firm size and leverage to the firm's value of property and real estate. The selection of issuers relies on the criteria sampling technique by utilizing financial reports obtained from the Indonesian capital market directory for the 2017-2019 period, there are thirteen issuers' financial reports that cannot be used from forty-two issuers, that meet the criteria so that only eighty-seven units of analysis are left. data. The results of the analysis of variance show that a large company size cannot make a meaningful contribution to increasing firm value. This condition is different from leverage, in that high leverage is proven to be able to make a significant contribution in increasing firm value.

Abstract

This article presents the results of a study aimed at exploring the potential differences in employee behaviour within an organization, focusing on gender differences between men and women. The research employed a quantitative method and applied non-probability techniques in sample selection, involving 88 individuals as research subjects. The study was conducted in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) environment in Makassar City. Data collection utilized primary data obtained from a questionnaire using a cross-sectional approach. The questionnaire results were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions such as normality were examined. The data analysis method employed the Independent Sample T-Test. In analyzing the data, this research evaluated five aspects of employee behaviour: assistance, discipline, tolerance, conflict avoidance, and participation. The t-test results indicated no significant differences in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between the compared groups for each measured variable. Assumptions of variance equality for some variables were tested, and the results were considered in the interpretation. These findings suggest that gender does not significantly impact OCB in the PDAM Makassar City employee environment. Although gender was the focus of the study, it was noted that there were no significant differences in employee behaviour at PDAM Makassar City based on gender . Therefore, these findings indicate that in this specific context, gender does not have a significant impact on employee behaviour. Keywords: Dimension of OCB, Gender , Employee Behaviour Abstrak Artikel ini menyajikan hasil dari sebuah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi perbedaan dalam perilaku karyawan di suatu organisasi, dengan penekanan pada perbedaan jenis kelamin antara pria dan wanita. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menerapkan teknik non-probabilitas dalam pemilihan sampel yang melibatkan 88 individu sebagai subjek penelitian. Lokasi studi adalah di lingkungan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) di Kota Makassar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner diuji, dan asumsi klasik seperti normalitas diuji. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Teknik Uji Beda (Indipendent sample T-test). Lima aspek perilaku karyawan dievaluasi, yaitu membantu, disiplin, toleransi, menghindari konflik, dan partisipasi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) antara kelompok yang dibandingkan untuk setiap variabel yang diukur. Asumsi kesetaraan varian pada beberapa variabel diuji, dan hasilnya diperhitungkan dalam interpretasi. Dengan demikian, temuan menunjukkan bahwa faktor jenis kelamin tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku OCB di lingkungan karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar. Meskipun jenis kelamin menjadi fokus penelitian, penelitian ini mencatat bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam perilaku karyawan di PDAM Kota Makassar berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Oleh karena itu, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa, dalam konteks spesifik ini, faktor jenis kelamin tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perilaku karyawan. Abstract

This community service activity is carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills in human resource management (HR) in MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) companies. HR Management Training in the Digital Era is a training program designed to equip HR professionals with relevant and up-to-date skills in managing human resources in the digital era. This kind of training is designed to prepare HR professionals to face the challenges arising from the ongoing digital transformation. The method of implementing this activity is carried out using a material presentation model and followed by discussion activities. This training activity was attended by 16 MSME scale business actors from Badung district, Bali. From the results of the training, it was concluded that several weaknesses were found in MSME businesses, especially in DM management, such as lack of digital skills, uncertainty about change, lack of access to digital resources, inability to compete with large companies and data security and privacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Profitabilitas, Leverage, Dan Likiuditas Terhadap Kebijakan Deviden Pada Perusahaan Transportasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan. Populasinya adalah Perusahaan Transportasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 perusahaan dengan metode perposive sampling. Hasil data variabel penelitian tersebut telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, multikolinearitas, Heteroskedatisitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden pada perusahaan transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kedua, Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden pada perusahaan Transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia.. Ketiga Likiuditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Devidan pada perusahaan Transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work enthusiasm and work loyalty on employee work productivity at the Makassar City Trade Office. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using primary data analysis techniques. The sample in this study was 35 Civil Servants who worked at the Makassar City Trade Office. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for Validity and Reliability, and also tested classic assumptions in the form of Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the t test and the Multiple Linear Regression analysis carried out, it can be seen that the Work Morale Variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Work Productivity at the Makassar City Trade Office. The Work Loyalty variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity at the Makassar City Trade Office, and the Work Morale and Work Loyalty variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity at the Makassar City Trade Office

Abstract

Dukungan rekan kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam mengoptimalkan performa karyawan karena dukungan rekan kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan untuk bekerja lebih baik dan mencapai tujuan organisasi dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, sehingga mereka lebih nyaman dan produktif dalam bekerja, serta  mengurangi stres dan tekanan kerja, sehingga karyawan dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien kemudian dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan memberikan mereka kesempatan untuk berkembang dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh apakah dukungan rekan kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan departemen property PT Trans Kalla Makassar. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama dukungan rekan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ketiga persepsi dukungan organisasi dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and ability of business actors towards the creative economy. This activity was carried out in Enrekang district, South Sulawesi. The activities were carried out in the form of counseling and dialogue where the speakers came from academics and students of STIEM Bongaya Makassar and were carried out for 1 day. The implementation method is carried out by counseling and discussion groups as well as mentoring which will be carried out in the future when the participants begin to implement the creative economy in their business activities. It is hoped that this activity will develop the creative industry in Enrekang district. It is also hoped that the active role of the Enrekang district government is to provide support and assistance to creative economy actors.Keywords: Creative economy, business actors, training, academicsABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pelaku usaha terhadap ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan dialog dimana pematerinya berasal dari kalangan akademisi dan mahasiswa STIEM Bongaya Makassar dan dilakukan selama 1 hari. Metode pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan penyuluhan dan grup diskusi serta pedampingan yang akan dilakukan pada waktu yang akan datang ketika para peserta mulai mengimplentasi kan ekonomi kreatif dalam kegiatan usahanya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of women's leadership on banking productivity with artificial intelligence (AI) as a mediator. This study involved 90 employees of Bank SulSelBar Makassar, where the entire population was sampled (saturated sample). The method used is quantitative, using primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) to evaluate the relationship between variables with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The study results indicate that women's leadership positively affects banking productivity and the implementation of AI. However, the implementation of AI itself does not affect banking productivity. AI cannot mediate the influence of women's leadership on banking productivity. This study advises banks to continue supporting inclusive women's leadership and adopt advanced technology to increase productivity. Theoretically, this study does not support the assumption that technology such as AI will automatically increase productivity without considering the context of leadership. The application of AI needs to be carried out optimally by considering the technology's suitability for banking needs.
