Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik internal perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan return on asset, sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, likuiditas dan rasio hutang. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk data panel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 27 perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa umur perusahaan dan rasio hutang memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap return on asset dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.Perusahaan yang telah lama berdiri harus dapat melakukan inovasi produk dan meningkatkan volume penjualan serta berhati-hati dalam menggunakan hutangnya demi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan.  Kata kunci:    likuiditas, pertumbuhan penjualan, leverage, ROA, ukuran   perusahaan, umur perusahaan

Abstract

This paper examine relationship of accounting information and stock price of LQ45 firms. Earnings per share (EPS), book-value per share (BVPS) and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) are used as independent variables and stock price as dependent variable. Hypothesis was tested using balanced panel data set of 23 listed companies included in the LQ45 index during 2013-2017. The result of this study shows that EPS and NOCFPS has a positive effect on stock price, while there is no evidence that BVPS has effect on stock price.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji praktek tanggung jawab sosial di Indonesia dan hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Kumpulan data panel dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2014 untuk mengukur GRI sebagai proksi variabel CSR dan kinerja keuangan (ROA, ROE dan EVA). Regresi data panel berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh CSR terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Hasil – Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa praktik CSR hanyalah pemenuhan kewajiban dan tidak berpengaruh pada kinerjaKeterbaruan/Nilai -  Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengukur kinerja keuangan berdasarkan akuntansi (ROA dan ROE) tetapi juga kinerja berbasis pasar (EVA)  Abstract Proposed – This paper aims to examine the corporate social responsibility practices in Indonesia and it’s relation to firm performance  Design/Methodology/Approach – A panel data set gathered from Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2010-2014 period to measured GRI as a proxy of CSR and financial performance variables (ROA, ROE and EVA). Multiple panel data regression was used to analyze the effect off CSR to firm performance.Result – This result found that CSR practice was only an obligation fulfillment and had no effect on performanceNovelty/Value -  This study not only measured financial performance by accounting-based (ROA and ROE) but also market-based performance (EVA)

Abstract

Seruni is a business group formed since the Covid-19 Pandemic. The main problem of these MSMEs is the lack of capital they have so they have not been able to meet market demand. This training activity is a form of community service that aims to improve the financial literacy, especially regarding lease financing. The target of this program is to improve the skills of participants in making effective financial decisions so that this business will be able to develop and be sustainable in the future. The program began with conducting a pre-test, continued with the delivery of material and discussion, and closed with a post-test to find out the effectiveness of the program. Based on post-test result, it can be concluded that the understanding of the participants has increased after participating in this program.

Abstract

The era of digitalization requires development in digital skills. These skills are not only needed for students but also for business people who want to develop businesses, especially creative businesses. It requires solid teamwork, creative ideas and the right HR strategy, especially HR planning that can adapt to the digital world. Community Service - PKM currently being held by FEB Usakti, aims to form a team within the organization that is open to creative and innovative ideas in business, as well as improving human resources within the organization. The method for implementing this PKM is carried out by means of counseling to improve HR performance with a knowledge delivery approach by means of socialization, introduction to the scope of independent business activities that can be carried out, then educational training to improve HR by exploring each potential and managing each ability for appropriate activities (job analysis), as well as training to form creative and digital business and marketing teams. The results are expected for participants to be able to optimize their efforts.
