Abstract

Promoting public welfare is one of the goals of national development. One of the success factors of development is the reduction of poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables on poverty in Lampung in the period 2011-2021. With this type of quantitative research with secondary data. Using panel data in the form of time series (2011-2021) and Cross Section (15 Regencies/Cities). The data analysis method in this study uses Panel Data regression analysis assisted by EViews version 9.0 software. The results showed that there was a positive and insignificant effect between the GRDP rate and poverty, the open unemployment rate had a positive and significant effect on poverty, and the Human Development Index had a negative and significant effect on poverty in the province of Lampung.

Abstract

Today's increasingly fierce business competition encourages Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have a competitive advantage and a positive impact on business development or business. Banjarsari Village is a village in Metro City that has several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with the findings that the use of technology or digitalization in running business operations has not been maximized, which is the urgency of implementing this community service activity. The community service activities were carried out at Banjarsari Village Hall within a period of 3 days with activities including website and social media training, product brand training, digital financial recording training, e-commerce training and business whatsapp. In the implementation of this service activity, it is focused on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), namely Yumna MSMEs engaged in the food business and batik canting as pilot MSMEs in this service activity. The output of this activity is where MSME players who are the pilot, namely Yumna MSMEs, are in the form of websites and social media, brands or brands, digital financial applications, e-commerce and business whatsapp

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product benefits, price and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions for Skincare and cosmetic products. The type of research used is causality quantitative research. The population chosen in this study are consumers who have purchased Something products. The sampling method used in this study was nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling technique, so 170 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis state that product benefits have no effect on purchasing decisions for Skincare and cosmetic products. Price affects the decision to purchase Skincare and cosmetic products. Product quality affects the purchase decision of Skincare and cosmetic products.
