Abstract

The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) is a government institution responsible for providing meteorological, climatological, and geophysical information and services in Indonesia. Currently, the process of monitoring and checking frequency interference by the Class II Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in Lampung is carried out by visiting predetermined location points based on coordinates. Then, the inspection team checks using radar, and the results of the inspection are reported to the Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center. This checking process takes a long time because the inspection of frequency disturbances is done gradually from point to point. There is a need for innovation to expedite the checking and handling of frequency interference so that these issues can be detected and resolved more quickly. One of the solutions is the development of a sistem utilizing Mikrotik Omnitik sensors to detect frequency interference at the Lampung radio frequency spectrum monitoring center. The sistem created can scan and detect frequencies experiencing interference operating at 5GHz with a data transmission speed of 1.05 seconds.

Abstract

Desa Batu Menyan berada di Kecamatan Teluk Pandan Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung, yang merupakan lokasi wisata bahari unggulan di mana mereka dapat menikmati keindahan pulau-pulau dan taman laut yang ada di laut Pahawang. Keberadaan sampah menjadi masalah di setiap tempat wisata hal tersebut juga terjadi di desa Batu Menyan. Kepala desa Batu Menyan mengungkapkan bahwa masalah sampah wisatawan adalah masalah penting Pengelola Desa Batu Menyan oleh karena itu pendirian Bank Sampah harus benar-benar memahami bagaimana mengelola Bank Sampah terutama mencatat semua transaksi dan membuat laporan keuangan yang baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini adalah Optimalisasi Penggunaan Teknologi Keuangan Upaya Peningkatan Literasi Keuangan Masyarakat Pesisir Pantai Di Desa Batu Menyan Melalui Pendirian dan Pelatihan Bank Sampah. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada warga pesisir pantai dan Bumdes Desa Batu Menyan Kabupaten Pesawaran dan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif diikuti oleh 20 orang. Kegiatan berlangsung selama dua hari dan berfokus pada Pelatihan sistem manajemen keuangan Bank Sampah. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan terkait dengan Optimalisasi Penggunaan Teknologi Keuangan Upaya Peningkatan Literasi Keuangan Masyarakat  Pesisir Pantai Di Desa Batu Menyan Melalui Pendirian dan Pelatihan Bank  diantaranya Bumdes desa batu menyan memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan bank sampah. Bumdes  desa batu menyan memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan kelayakan pengelolaam keuangan bank sampah. Bumdes  desa batu menyan memiliki kemampuan terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi keuangan bank sampah.

Abstract

A The classification of fruit freshness has significant implications in the food and agriculture industry in Indonesia. Fruit freshness not only affects the quality of the products sold but is also crucial in ensuring consumer safety and reducing food wastage. Non-fresh fruits can become a source of microbial contamination and can cause food poisoning if consumed. Based on these factors, various image processing technologies such as ResNet, DenseNet, MobileNetV2, NASNet, and EfficientNet, CNN, DCNN, etc., have been developed to assist the industry in real-time and efficient classification and detection of fruit freshness. Therefore, this research aims to explore another algorithm, namely YOLOv8, to evaluate the accuracy and precision performance in detecting fruit freshness. In this study, it was found that the YOLOv8 model with 100 epochs and a batch size of 8 yielded a confusion matrix result with an accuracy of 88%. At high confidence levels, the model was able to detect fruit freshness with an average precision of 97%. However, at low confidence levels, the average recall reached 87%. At a balanced confidence level (0.50), the precision and recall F1-Score reached an average of 73%. Evaluation beyond the confidence level showed a precision of 74% and a recall of 75%. These results indicate that the YOLOv8 model has not yet reached an optimal level compared to other algorithms that have an accuracy above 90%. This could possibly be due to the limited number

Abstract

The problem faced by ITBA Dian Cipta Cendikia is related to the assessment of the learning process which is currently still being carried out through filling out questionnaires by students and interviews. The assessment calculation process is still done manually, there needs to be a system that processes data on outstanding lecturers so that from this award all lecturers are motivated to develop their abilities.This research aims to select the best lecturer using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The criteria used in this study include teaching experience, quality of research or academic contributions, involvement in academic activities, quality of presentation or ability to deliver material, openness to students, and the relevance of the material to the course. The weights for each of the seven criteria were determined through AHP, while TOPSIS was used to determine the best lecturer based on relative preference values. The results of the study indicate that Akni Widyastuti has the highest relative preference value, namely 0.700. The calculations carried out show that the AHP and TOPSIS methods provide structured and objective results in determining the best lecturers based on various relevant criteria.   Keywords: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), TOPSIS, Decision Support System.

Abstract

This study identifies issues related to gaps in the performance of Information Technology (IT) governance at BAPENDA Kota Bandar Lampung, which could hinder the achievement of organizational goals and compliance with SPBE regulations. The primary aim of this research is to assess and identify areas needing improvement in IT governance using the COBIT 5 and Balanced Scorecard frameworks. The methodology applied includes measuring maturity levels and analyzing gaps across five main IT domains: Event Management, Incident Management & Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Service Continuity Management, and Information Security Management. The findings indicate significant gaps with an average GAP of 2.10, highlighting the need for improvements in various aspects of IT governance. This research also provides improvement recommendations based on the Balanced Scorecard, which are expected to help BAPENDA Kota Bandar Lampung enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT management to support the overall achievement of organizational goals.   Keywords: Cobit 5, Balanced Scorecard method, SPBE.

Abstract

Komunikasi wireless adalah komunikasi secara wireless atau tanpa kabel contoh komunikasi wireless adalah transfer informasi apapun secara jarak jauh tanpa menggunakan kabel. Pengiriman data secara nirkabel mempunyai tingkat kehilangan data yang sangat besar. Kehilangan data dalam jaringan sensor nirkabel umum dan mempunyai pola khusus karena banyak factor terjadi kerusakan yang tidak terduga yang sangat mengurangi akurasi rekontruksi. Maka dari itu perlu adanya pengamanan data agar data yang dikirim secara nirkabel akan tetap aman pada saat proses mengirim dan menerima Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia (KRTI) merupakan kompetisi pesawat tanpa awak yang sangat bergengsi di Indonesia yang di selenggarakan oleh Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia melalui Pusat Prestasi Nasional yang di gunakan untuk seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. dalam kompetisi ini peserta di wajibkan membuat pesawat tanpa awak dengan sistem kendali sebagai pesawat kendali dan membuat Ground Control Station (GCS) yang dimana kendaraan tersebut harus dapat terbang dan menjalankan misi sesuai dengan peraturan yang tertera dalam kompetisi pedoman teknis.Dalam penelitian ini di khususkan pada pengamanan data pada saat pengiriman ke Ground Control Station. pembuatan Ground Control Station menggunakan Node.js dalam merancang desain front end dan back end serta nilai yang akan di kirim peneliti menggunakan alat desain sederhana menggunakan Arduino Mega sebagai pengontrol transmisi data, sensor yang digunakan menggunakan Mpu 6050 Inertial Measurement Unit ( IMU) dan Global Positioning System (GPS) Neo 8m, dan telemetri yang digunakan adalah NRF24l01. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan mengirimkan 11 data sensor menggunakan checksum di dapatkan bahwa jumlah data sensor yang masuk ke Ground Control Station masih aman dan dapat meminimalisir kerusakan paket data serta menggunakan Cyclic Redudancy Check (CRC) sebagai checksumnya. keutuhan data yang di terima tetap terjaga dengan cukup baik karena algoritma Cyclic Redudancy Check (CRC) mampu membuang data yang tidak lengkap/rusak. Dari hasil penelitian sementara dengan menggunakan algoritma CRC sebagai error checking dapat mampu mendeteksi paket-paket yang rusak saat dikirim ke receiver dapat terlihat jelas dari segi jarak,saat pengujian jarak tanpa menggunakan CRC dengan varian jarak 10 sampai 50 meter terjadi kerusakan paket data dan semakin jauh komunikasi yang dilakukan paket yang rusak semakin banyak. Dari jarak yang paling jauh yaitu 50 meter,dari 5 percobaan pengiriman dan di setiap percobaan selalu ada paket data yang mengalami kerusakan paket data, namun dengan menggunakan algoritma CRC dalam error checking di jarak varian jarak 10 sampai 50 meter dalam 5 kali percobaan pengiriman dan diambil 10 paket yang dikirim masih belum ada paket yang rusak alias 0% kerusakan paket data.

Abstract

The importance of the process of evaluating information system security for a company, organization, or government agency whose goal is to carry out early detection of information leaks and even disruption of information systems. In this research conducted at SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL. The research being conducted was to determine the level of readiness and governance of information security based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standardization by using tools, namely the KAMI Information Security Index Version 4.2. In this research the method used to carry out the data collection process is to make direct observations on the objects used as research and questions and answers with the IT department that handles related information systems. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the maturity level of information security is that at the level of need for electronic devices, a score of 20 points is in line with the high KAMI index and is still Level I to Level II. Even though the result of the readiness assessment has a value of 245, this is a safety level of 1 which applies to SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL. To achieve a qualification level in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard, SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL must improve information security internally and externally, in this case external parties, and carry out security assessments on an ongoing and continuous basis.

Abstract

The waters in the Lampung region have significant potential as fishing areas. Fisheries potential in the Lampung region is supported by various factors, including a climate that supports plankton growth and a fertile ecosystem, as well as a variety of habitats that are suitable for various types of fish. In addition, traditional coastal activities such as fishing, boat fishing, and fish farming in ponds are also an important part of the local economy. However, so far fisheries management is still not optimal, it is important to manage fisheries potential optimally and sustainably. This research aims to present a geographic information system modeling regarding weather changes in the Lampung region and its surroundings in order to optimize fishing activities in Lampung waters. Data analysis uses Aqua MODIS data extraction as well as wind data gridding and description. The research results show that the waters in Lampung Province have significant potential regarding the presence of fish based on SST distribution.   Keywords— Geographic information system, weather data, lampung waters, aqua modis

Abstract

The aim of the service activities carried out is to utilize waste as an economic resource through the establishment of a Waste Bank. The method used in this community service activity uses a participatory approach with participatory rural assessment techniques. Implementation of activities is based on stages that are adapted to POAC management principles. The results of the implementation of the activities were considered achieved, this can be seen in the results of the pretest and posttest assessments. The results of the pretest and posttest of the first session regarding the Introduction to the Concept of Waste Banks and the Formation of a Waste Bank Organizational Structure showed an increase in scores with an average pretest score of 40 to 85. Improvement was also visible. from the results of the training in the second session regarding training on the Waste Bank financial management system with an average pretest score of 35 to 75. The service activities produced three outcomes, namely 1) Establishment of a waste bank with the name "Dewi Pelita Waste Bank, Batu Menyan Village; 2) Establishment of the management structure of the Dewi Pelita waste bank in Batu Menyan Village based on the Decree of the Head of Batu Menyan Village. 3) Understanding in managing the financial management system of the Dewi Pelita Waste Bank.

Abstract

Today's increasingly fierce business competition encourages Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have a competitive advantage and a positive impact on business development or business. Banjarsari Village is a village in Metro City that has several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with the findings that the use of technology or digitalization in running business operations has not been maximized, which is the urgency of implementing this community service activity. The community service activities were carried out at Banjarsari Village Hall within a period of 3 days with activities including website and social media training, product brand training, digital financial recording training, e-commerce training and business whatsapp. In the implementation of this service activity, it is focused on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), namely Yumna MSMEs engaged in the food business and batik canting as pilot MSMEs in this service activity. The output of this activity is where MSME players who are the pilot, namely Yumna MSMEs, are in the form of websites and social media, brands or brands, digital financial applications, e-commerce and business whatsapp
