Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Trimitra Pekanbaru. The purpose of thisstudy is Knowing Effect of Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Tri MitraSejahtera Pekanbaru. While the benefits of this research is as a material consideration in applyingMotivation and Leadership Award for improving employee performance PT. Tri Mitra SejahteraPekanbaru in the future. The study used primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews, andthe sampling method used is random sampling by the formula Slovin. Where the amount of the overallpopulation as many as 74 people. For this study the entire population sampled, so that the samplingmethod using census method. The data an8alysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. From theresults of research on the influence of discipline in improving the performance of employees of PT. TriMitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru with a coefficient of determination (R square), the amount is 0.315 That is31.5% while the remaining 68.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

SME in the midst of globalization and high competition makes SME must be able to face global challenges, such as improving product and service innovation, To foster consumer interest to try and buy products, required the efforts of various effective marketing strategy one of them with promotional activities. One of the media including the internet media is social media. This study aims to analized effectiveness of product promotion of SMEs in the media Instagram. Promotion effectiveness is measured by the concept of AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The sample in this study was 100 people active instagram account owner and at least one account SMEs memfollow food and beverage sector in Pekanbaru, promoted in the media Instagram. Methods of data analysis using validity and reliability of data, and one sample t test. Results revealed that the effectiveness of the promotion of SME food and beverage Instagram media Pekanbaru city in the high category. This indicates that the sale via instagram media useful to attract consumers to buy SME products food and beverage sector. Pemberdayaan UMKM di tengah arus globalisasi dan tingginya persaingan membuat UMKM harus mampu menghadapi tantangan global, seperti meningkatkan inovasi produk dan jasa, Untuk menumbuhkan minat konsumen mencoba dan membeli produk yang dijual UMKM, diperlukan upaya, berbagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif salah satunya dengan kegiatan promosi. Salah satu media yang termasuk media internet adalah media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis efektivitas promosi produk UMKM di media Instagram. Efektivitas promosi diukur dengan konsep AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pemilik akun instagram aktif   dan memfollow minimal satu akun UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di pekanbaru yang berpromosi di media Instagram.Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas data, dan uji t satu sampel. Hasil Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa efektivitas promosi UMKM makanan dan minuman kota Pekanbaru di media Instagram pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa promosi melalui media instagram bermanfaat untuk menarik minat konsumen membeli produk UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelayanan Grapari Kios Telkomsel Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Kartu Halo di Kota Pekanbaru. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98  responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bahwa variabel Pelayanan Grapari Kios Telkomsel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan kartu Halo di Kota Pekanbaru. Variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan terhadap hubungan kuat positif dan kontribusi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan juga cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 63,80% dan sisanya 36,20% kepuasan di tentukan oleh faktor lain selain kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Rumbai Timur dan Kantor Kecamatan Rumbai Timur Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kecamatan Rumbai dan Rumbai Timur Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 51 pegawai, tidak menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel karena dalam penelitian ini hanya digunakan populasi sebanyak 51 pegawai. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, hal ini terlihat dari koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,652 yang menunjukkan bahwa 65,2% kinerja pegawai di kantor kelurahan Rumbai dan kantor kelurahan Rumbai Timur dapat dijelaskan atau disebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja. Dengan kata lain gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 65,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 34,8% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain di luar gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess the collectiv e influence of work motivation, leadership, and organizational culture employees performance at the Pekanbaru Pradata Anugerah Negeri Foundation.” “In writing this thesis, the writer uses data analysis with quantitative descriptive method, with data processing using SPSS”. From the results of the descriptive analysis of work motivation variables, there are 5 research indicators including physiological needs, security needs, socialization needs and affiliation with others, appreciation needs and actualization needs”. “The indicator that received the highest score is owned by thel indicator of physiological needs while the indicator with the lowest score is obtained by the indicator of self-actualization needs”. “The average score for the work motivation variable is 4,11 in the good category”. “The leadership variable has 5 research indicators including having a clear strategy, caring for subordinates and the environment, stimulating employees, maintaining cohesiveness, respecting differences and beliefs”. “The indicator with the highest score is owned by the indicator of stimulating employees while the indicator with the lowest score is obtained by the indicator of respecting differences and beliefs”. “The average score for the leadership variable is 3,72 in the good category”. “Organizational culture variables with 4 research indicators namely norms, dominant values, rules, organizational climate”. “The indicator with the highest score is obtained by the organizational climate indicator, while the indicat or with the lowest score is owned by the d ominant value”. “The average score for the organizational culture variable is 3,99 in the good category”.”Performance v ariables, with 5 research indicators including quality, productivity, knowledge, trust, availability”. “The indicator with the highest score is obtained by the quality of work while the lowest score is obtained by the knowledge indicator and the average score for the performance variable is 4,30 in the good category”. “And based on the research results, the R Square coefficient is 0,701 or 70,1%. Based on this assessment, the influence of work motivation, leadership, and organizational culture variables on employee performance is 0,701 (701%)”.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assetss, and Price To Book Value on Stock Return. The population in this study are all property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method and 14 companies were selected. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method, data quality test, classical assumption test, model goodness of fit test and individual parameter significance test. The results showed that the Debt To Equity Ratio and Price To Book Value had an effect on Stock Return, while Return On Assetss had no effect on Stock Return. The close relationship that occurs between the variables Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assetss, and Price To Book Value is quite strong with a correlation coefficient of 50.5% and the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 19.7% while 80.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research method. Keyword: Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets , Price To Book Value, and Stock Return.

Abstract

Promosi adalah penunjang dalam pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Promosi bertujuan untuk memastikan produk tersalurkan kepada konsumen.Melihat pengaruh dari media digital dan komunikasi global yang terjadi saat ini, penting untuk diadakan pelatihsn tentang inovasi strategi promosi dan media interaksi secara verbal dan visual yang tertuang pada media sosial. . Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan peluang dan kesempatan usaha UMKM Tiga Putra untuk terus eksis dan bertahan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai bentuk media promosi dan interaksi dengan pelaku digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman tentang media sosial serta prospek jangka panjang. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic and Russian and Ukrainian wars condition have made the entire industry unstable condition, several Umrah travel industries are adjusting to the consequences of this outbreak with business closures, layoffs, and sales of business units. But at this time after the pandemic began to improve with the permitting of the implementation of Hajj and Umrah in 2022 by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Umrah travel industry must develop a health strategy to survive after the pandemic. The purpose of this article is to find alternative marketing strategies using SWOT and AHP analysis. This type of research is descriptive using a survey approach, Interviews, FGD, Direct experiments, Observations, and literature studies. The object of this research is 30 units of Umrah travel, The results of the study recommend three alternative strategies, namely improving service quality, digital marketing, and reducing prices. Practical implications and socially from this research the travel industry can take advantage of this strategy to implement marketing strategies and add to the literature of marketing strategies and increase consumer interest in traveling.

Abstract

Secara umum masyarakat Desa Salo Kabupaten Kampar bertumpu pada sektor bercocok tanam atau bertani dan perkebunan. Namun masyarakat Desa Salo Kabupaten Kampar ini tidak mempunyai skill untuk memanfaatkan tanaman kelor (Moringa Oleifera), yang banyak tumbuh di pekarangan menjadi olahan produk yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang tinggi, daun kelor ini merupakan tanaman yang banyak memiliki berbagai manfaat baik secara ekonomis dan tanaman kelor ini banyak tumbuh di pekarangan masyarakat desa Salo dan kelor dapat dijadikan salah satu komoditi andalan untuk dapat dikembangkan secara lebih baik untuk menopang perekonomian masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa metode yang akan dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian ini di antaranya adalah observasi langsung kelapangan dan pendekatan yang sifatnya edukasi, praktek dan pendampingan. Untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam inovasi daun kelor menjadi olahan produk, maka upaya yang akan dilakukan oleh tim adalah memberikan seminar kepada mitra tentang pengolahan inovasi daun kelor, melakukan simulasi dan praktek pengolahan daun kelor segar menjadi produk stik kelor, mengadakan pelatihan tentang pengemasan dan manajemen pemasaran baik yaitu cara bersaing tanpa harus membunuh kompetitor yang berkaitan dengan produk olahan stik daun kelor dan makanan cemilan yang lain dengan sistem digital market ataupun pemasaran secara manual. Abstract

Entrepreneurship practices allow students to learn relevant skills, such as problem solving, creativity, leadership, decision making, and risk management. These skills are not only useful in entrepreneurship but also in any career. By participating in entrepreneurship practices, students learn to think innovatively and dare to take calculated risks. This helps them to be more proactive in seeking opportunities and solutions, both in the business world and in other fields of work. However, it is still necessary to study the success of students in entrepreneurship practices. The output achieved is the identification of factors that influence the success of students in carrying out entrepreneurship practices. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach, the respondents in this study were students who were carrying out entrepreneurship practices. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis tools using the smarPLS4 application. The results of the study prove that of the ten factors suspected of influencing the success of student business practices, four significant variables are known, namely creativity and innovation factors, self-motivation, work culture and networks. While the other six factors such as: entrepreneurial support and guidance factors, interest, financial literacy, utilization of technology, practical entrepreneurial experience and family support do not have a significant effect on the success of student entrepreneurship practices.
