Pacific Medan Industri is moving company​ in field manufacture And distribution goods . System This built with using the CodeIgniter framework as base development , with focus on application web based for facilitate the data collection process goods in a way efficient . Method development system covers analysis needs , design system , implementation , and testing in a way iterative . CodeIgniter Framework chosen Because its reliability in speed up development web applications and provide organized structure .​ It is hoped that this SIPB can increase efficiency in data collection goods , reduce error humans , as well make it easier access And management information related goods at PT. Abstract

Kepatuhan minum obat merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan terapi yang perlu dicapai. Kepatuhan ini mendukung peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien serta mencegah komplikasi penyakit ke tahap yang lebih berat. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan observasi, tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pada kelompok Prolanis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mokoau tergolong rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran pasien hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus yang tergabung dalam kelompok Prolanis terkait pentingnya kepatuhan dalam minum obat secara rutin. Kampanye ini dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen Farmasi dan Keperawatan Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Avicenna melalui metode edukasi, evaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, serta diskusi interaktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, implementasi, dan penutup. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pasien terkait hipertensi, diabetes mellitus, tata cara penggunaan obat yang benar, serta pentingnya kepatuhan minum obat. Peningkatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku pasien, mendukung keberhasilan terapi pada pasien hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus di kelompok Prolanis.

Abstract

Cosmetics have become necessary for humans because of their routine and continuous use. Therefore, the research aims to discover mercury content in cosmetics sold freely on social media in Gorontalo City. Besides, the sampling employs total sampling with a complete sample of 10 items. Therefore, this study is descriptive research with an experimental laboratory method. On the other hand, the qualitative analysis using atomic absorption spectrophotometer (SSA) test unveiled that out of the ten samples of whitening cream, there were eight samples containing mercury, namely sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 5, sample 6, sample 8, sample 9, and sample 10. However, it does not exceed the mercury level under the limit requirements set by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control of the Republic of Indonesia. As a recommendation, in choosing cosmetic products, consumers should pay attention to the benefits and adverse effects and the chemical content that can jeopardize their health and use cosmetic ingredients with a POM number.
