Abstract

The era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings new challenges and opportunities to education. To ensure appropriate learning with the progress of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 educators must design appropriate learning methods, models, and strategies. This study aims to examine the important role of learning in improving the quality of education and produce superior generations with Noble, creative, and innovative characters. Through the study of literature by collecting a variety of related literature, the results of this study show that technology in Education 4.0 not only increases efficiency and accessibility, but allows access to global educational resources in seconds, expanding the scope of learning and enabling greater personalization. In addition, a technology-driven learning approach allows for more active interaction between students, teachers, and learning content, promoting collaboration, discussion, and creativity. These changes also include the utilization of technology in testing and assessment, where digital tools provide the ability to evaluate students ' understanding more thoroughly and accurately.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pola kausalitas jangka panjang antara IPM, pertumbuhan penduduk dan kemiskinan, dengan fokus pada konteks indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis ECM. Data yang kami peroleh adalah data yang berbentuk laporan yang telah dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Selain itu, peneliti juga menggunakan sumber penelitian yang diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal penelitian tentang variabel terkait. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis adalah Eview12. Pada hasil penelitian ini bahwa bahwa dalam jangka panjang, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Pertumbuhan Penduduk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan. Sementara, dalam jangka pendek tidak ada variabel bebas (Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Perumbuhan Penduduk) yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (Kemiskinan).

Abstract

Online loans are a type of fintech development, service providers provide loans through technology. People make a lot of online loan transactions. The millennial and z generations are the largest online loan takers. Various factors cause the millennial and z generations to get trapped in online loans. Apart from that, online loans can be detrimental to the millennial and z generations if they are trapped in illegal online loans. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the millennial and Z generations to take online loans. This type of research method is qualitative research in the form of literature study by collecting library data and reading to manage research materials. The data source is secondary data obtained from various writings such as published articles, websites, books and literature from the OJK and other financial institutions. The results of the discussion in this article are that the millennial and z generations are stuck with online loans, influenced by lifestyle factors and financial literacy. A hedonic lifestyle makes the millennial and z generations trapped in online loans. Low financial literacy can mean that the millennial and z generations don't know how to manage their finances, making them trapped in online loans. Keywords :
