Anti-corruption education for prospective Indonesian workers can help build a positive image of professionalism and integrity, increasing other countries' trust in their quality and work ethics. The goal of this education is to develop a firm stance against workplace corruption both domestically and abroad. The community service partner is PT. Global Lubna Jaya Sukoharjo. The service method is online, using simulations and case studies. Results show significant understanding of anti-corruption culture among the participants, who commit to avoiding corrupt practices and fighting corruption together.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by increased blood sugar levels due to interference with insulin production or decreased sensitivity of insulin receptors in the body. Diabetes itself cannot be cured so it requires intensive treatment, especially proper self-care to support the patient's life. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence the self-caring of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients undergoing outpatient care at Dr. RSUD. Moewardi Surakarta. This research was carried out observationally with a cross-sectional design. Self-care measurement uses the Diabetes Self-care Management Questionnaire (DSMQ) instrument. The results of this study show that of the 167 responses involved, 131 respondents (78.4%) had good self-care and 36 respondents (21.6%) had poor self-care. Data analysis using chi-square showed that age, gender, education, marital status, employment and duration of DM had no effect on the patient's self-care (p>0.05).

Abstract

Background: Acute Decompensated Heart Failure (ADHF) is acute heart failure which is defined as a rapid onset of symptoms due to abnormal heart function. These dysfunctions include systolic and diastolic dysfunction, heart rhythm abnormalities, or preload and afterload imbalances. ADHF is a new attack without previous heart defects, or is decompensation of chronic heart failure (Chronic Heart Failure) that has been experienced previously. ADHF occurs when cardiac output cannot meet the body's metabolic needs. Objective: in this study, namely to determine the results of a literature review of the effect of therapeutic positions on hemodynamic status in ADHF patients. The method in this research is a literature review method using a literature search strategy through online media which includes searching on Google Scholar, PubMed, Research Gate, Elsevier, NCBI. Results: Based on the results of the literature review, all studies (4 studies) reviewed showed results of improvement in hemodynamic status, namely respiratory frequency, oxygen saturation (SaO2), blood pressure, heat rate, and CRT in ADHF patients who were given therapeutic position intervention: semi fowlershows increased oxygen saturation, decreased shortness of breath, stable blood pressure, hate rate, and respiratory rate. Conclusion: The therapeutic position, namely the semi fowler position, has an effect on improving the hemodynamic status of ADHF patients

Abstract

The ethical challenges nurses face when patients refuse treatment—a legally protected right often complicated by normative, ethical, and social factors. It investigates how nurses reconcile respect for patient autonomy with their psycholegal responsibilities under Indonesian law. Using a normative juridical approach and thematic analysis of relevant documents, the research uniquely applies human rights theory to nursing decision-making in treatment refusal cases an underexplored perspective in Indonesian health law. Findings confirm that Article 276 of Law No. 17 of 2023, alongside international human rights frameworks and Islamic law, safeguards patients’ right to refuse treatment. When refusal is informed and voluntary, healthcare providers are legally protected. The research concludes that nurses must support patient autonomy through therapeutic communication, psycholegal awareness, and meticulous documentation.
