Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between variables in the context of organizations with qualitative methods. This paper uses qualitative research methods by looking for paper literature related to the results or findings related to the variables in this paper, the findings obtained from the paper are proven in the profit organization in the implementation of the existing. Overall between variables where leadership with company performance or organizational performance exists in the findings of the paper from various literature found to support this paper and with the object of profit and non-profit organizations such as government organizations, insurance, schools, and others. The Work Discipline variable in the findings also has a positive influence on company performance or organizational performance, and finally customer loyalty in profit organizations as the object of research from existing literature also has a positive influence on company performance or organizational performance. So that this paper with a review of previous literature papers is proven even with minimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives on employee performance within organizations qualitatively using Systematic Literature. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within organizations have been proven through existing research with a correlation between variables and employee performance. This scientific article uses a structured literature review as its research approach. The literature review process involved the selection, identification, and analysis of relevant research publications. The PICO framework (Population/Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) was utilized to determine the study's scope by assigning scores to define research boundaries.  During the literature review, pertinent scientific publications were chosen, located, and examined. Scores were used to identify the study scope using the PICO framework. The study scope boundaries are listed in Table 1 along with reviews of the literature from other journals. Metrics from scientific journals are used in Table 2, which will be explained and provided with the results in this article.  The results show that DEI initiatives positively impact employee performance, with diversity enhancing creativity and innovation, and equity and inclusion improving employee morale and commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of competence, motivation, self-efficacy, and fulfillment on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The research method uses a literature review study. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) competence influences employee performance; 2) motivation influences employee performance; and 3) self-efficacy influences employee performance; 4) compensation affects employee performance; 5) job satisfaction influences employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to increase understanding of the importance of strengthening and preserving local wisdom and culture in the 5.0 Era, while also making readers aware of the challenges faced, identifying workable solutions, advocating for cultural education, encouraging intercultural collaboration, supporting sustainable development, and promoting the wise use of technology in the context of preserving local wisdom and culture. The importance of maintaining and developing traditional values in the face of technological advances. The 5.0 era brings challenges and opportunities, but local wisdom remains relevant for sustainability and cultural identity. The recommendation given is to create an environment that supports the preservation and development of local wisdom, while bridging the gap between tradition and innovation of the 5.0 era
