Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to increase understanding of the importance of strengthening and preserving local wisdom and culture in the 5.0 Era, while also making readers aware of the challenges faced, identifying workable solutions, advocating for cultural education, encouraging intercultural collaboration, supporting sustainable development, and promoting the wise use of technology in the context of preserving local wisdom and culture. The importance of maintaining and developing traditional values in the face of technological advances. The 5.0 era brings challenges and opportunities, but local wisdom remains relevant for sustainability and cultural identity. The recommendation given is to create an environment that supports the preservation and development of local wisdom, while bridging the gap between tradition and innovation of the 5.0 era

Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzing employee engagement and employee performance in startup businesses: assessment of psychological structure and discipline is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Assessment of employee engagement influences in startup businesses; 2) Psychological structure influences employee engagement in startup businesses; 3) Discipline influences employee engagement in startup businesses; 4) Assessment of employee performance influences in startup businesses; 5) Psychological structure influences employee performance in startup businesses; 6) Discipline influences employee performance in startup businesses; and 7) Employee engagement influences employee performance in startup businesses. Abstract

Employee performance has many factors that can influence it. This study aims to find out and analyze spiritual leadership and organizational citizenship behavior as factors that affect employee performance. This research method is qualitative through a literature review related to spiritual leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee performance. The study results show that spiritual leadership is a leadership style that can be a factor in determining employee performance. Research findings related to organizational citizenship behavior also impact employee performance because of a sense of belonging to the organization or company where employees work, and spiritual leadership can also influence performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This research contributes to opportunities to improve employee performance by applying spiritual leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior so that future researchers can use and develop research models
