Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM) research in the context of globalization, cultural diversity, and innovation within organizations. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset comprising influential works, co-authorship patterns, and keyword frequencies, the study aims to uncover the prevailing themes, emerging trends, and collaborative networks in contemporary HRM literature. The analysis encompasses a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from diversity and globalization to sustainability and training. Key findings reveal an overarching emphasis on diversity and globalization, indicating a heightened awareness of the challenges and opportunities associated with managing diverse workforces in the globalized business environment. The study also identifies trends such as the evolving importance of sustainability and the recognition of training as a vital aspect of HRM practices. Co-authorship networks and influential works spotlight the collaborative nature of HRM research and the seminal contributions that have shaped the field. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of HRM's role in navigating the complexities of the globalized organizational landscape, shedding light on both the enduring themes and the evolving priorities in HRM scholarship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to find out whether there is an influence between variables in this study. This study used a quantitative research approach. The population consisted of 65 supervisors, whose online questionnaire was distributed to several manufacturing companies in Jababeka in January – February 2024, resulting in 65 responses. The sample size remains 65 supervisors. The collected data was analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SEM PLS series 4. Before conducting data analysis, several tests were carried out to determine the significance between variables both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is more instrumental in shaping organizational commitment than training. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to leadership development as one of the strategies to increase the level of employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide advice to conventional small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) that want to increase their income by implementing online sales and marketing strategies. The necessity for SMEs to use e-commerce as a sales and marketing channel amid the COVID-19 epidemic is what spurred this inquiry. The use of e-commerce is seen as crucial by SME practitioners owing to its user-friendly transaction procedures and perceived safety. Customers who use platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia and who live in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi districts are the focus of the study. A questionnaire was used to poll 189 people in these locations as a sample. Partial Least Squares (PLS) were used to do quantitative analysis. According to the study's findings, consumers' intentions to make online purchases are not significantly impacted by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, or perceived risk. On the other hand, buying online intentions are significantly influenced by perceived enjoyment and trust. These results imply that in developing e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies, there should be a focus on fostering consumer trust, delivering enjoyable experiences, and ensuring ease of use and perceived benefits for users.

Abstract

Arsip merupakan aset penyimpanan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh suatu organisasi. Arsip harus dikelola dengan baik untuk membangun manjerial organisasi yang efektif, efesien, dan profesional guna untuk kemajuan organisasi, kearsipan bagi suatu lembaga pendidikan maupun organisasi merupakan suatu penunjang bagi kegiatan operasional. Metode kegiatan yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bersifat pelatihan belajar arsip digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditujukan kepada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Medan yang membutuhkan arsip digital untuk proses dan hasil belajar pada tahun 2024. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melatih Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Medan untuk dapat mengelola arsip digital dari hasil belajar yang dikerjakan dalam bentuk tugas. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah persepsi mengenai kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, risiko, dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi sikap terhadap belanja online serta niat untuk melakukan pembelian secara online. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu praktisi UMKM dalam menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan niat konsumen berbelanja online. Populasi penelitian mencakup konsumen Shopee dan Tokopedia di wilayah Jabodetabek, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 270 responden yang tersebar di wilayah tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner, di mana responden menjawab pertanyaan dalam bentuk pilihan dan skala Likert. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi tentang kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap belanja online, sementara persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi mengenai kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan risiko tidak mempengaruhi niat untuk membeli secara online, sedangkan kepercayaan dan sikap terhadap belanja online mempengaruhi niat tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai upaya transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan UMKM dan mengubah perilaku belanja konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

A beautiful green environment certainly makes the home environment beautiful. But lush trees and greenery also pose a problem if the litter is left scattered. Banana stem waste also adds to the waste in the environment. In addition to looking dirty, it can also invite the presence of insects, other animals that can be dangerous such as snakes. Residents can use dry leaf waste and banana stem waste into a valuable product. Dried foliage can be turned into compost, while banana stem waste can be processed into delicious chips. So the solution taken is to provide training on how to process environmental waste such as dry leaves, twigs and others into compost. The next training is to make chips from banana stalks. Then provide training on how to choose packaging and create attractive labels. Finally, the training determines the selling price of the product produced. The results of the training are compost products and chips as well as packaging for compost and chips that can be used by themselves or to start entrepreneurship to increase family income. In addition to products, residents' knowledge is increasing about choosing good packaging and how to determine the selling price of products.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Training Quality, Work Environment, and Gender Equality Policy on the loyalty of female workers in the ethnic tourism sector of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 female employees through structured questionnaires, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal significant positive relationships between all three independent variables and employee loyalty. Training Quality exhibited the strongest influence (β = 0.663, p < 0.001), followed by Gender Equality Policy (β = 0.470, p < 0.001) and Work Environment (β = 0.335, p < 0.01). The findings underscore the importance of investing in effective training programs, fostering a supportive work environment, and implementing robust gender equality policies to enhance employee loyalty. This research contributes to the understanding of workforce dynamics in the tourism sector and offers practical implications for managers seeking to improve retention and performance.

Abstract

Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru wanita di sekolah Muhammadiyah Matraman pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner 50 guru wanita. Analisis data diolah menggunakan SPSS statistic. Skala pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa work family conflict memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dan work family conflict dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh komitmen organisasi.Kata kunci : work family conflict, stres kerja, komitmen organisasi. AbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence work family conflict and work stress have on the organizational commitment of female teachers at the Muhammadiyah Matraman school during the covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjadi sebuah solusi kepada objek wisata lain berdasarkan faktor memorable tourism experiences yang dapat mempengaruhi keinginan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke destinasi wisata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 160 responden yang merupakan wisatawan yang minimal 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) tahun terakhir pernah mengunjungi Bali sebagai pilihan destinasi wisatanya yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode angket dimana responden menjawab pertanyaan yang disusun dalam bentuk pilihan dan skala pertanyaan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dan alat analisisnya adalah SEM atau structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel destination image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, memorable tourism experiences berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap destination image, memorable tourism experiences berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, memorable tourism experiences berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Satisfaction, Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Hal ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan bagi industri pariwisata di Indonesia, khususnya destinasi lain yang ingin meningkatkan kunjungan ulang. Strategi pengelolaan destinasi sebaiknya difokuskan pada meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman wisata dengan mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen yang telah teridentifikasi sebagai penentu utama pengalaman yang berkesan. Dalam hal ini, pelatihan bagi pelaku industri pariwisata dan penduduk lokal untuk meningkatkan layanan dan interaksi yang ramah, serta pengembangan program-program unik yang menarik bagi wisatawan dapat menjadi langkah yang efektif.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki potensi besar dalam menggerakkan perekonomian lokal, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dan memperkuat branding produk mereka. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam teknologi digital, bersama dengan identitas merek yang lemah dan persaingan yang ketat, menjadi hambatan utama bagi UMKM Desa Cogreg. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah meningkatkan akses teknologi, pengetahuan digital, dan branding produk, serta memperluas jaringan pemasaran. Solusi yang diajukan meliputi pembangunan infrastruktur teknologi, penyelenggaraan pelatihan, konsultasi strategi branding, pengembangan produk, dan pembangunan kemitraan pemasaran. Diharapkan implementasi solusi-solusi ini dapat membantu UMKM Desa Cogreg mengoptimalkan potensi pasar digital, meningkatkan penjualan, dan memberikan dampak positif bagi ekonomi lokal. Hasil penelitian terkait juga mendukung pentingnya transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dan memperluas pangsa pasar melalui pemasaran digital. Oleh karena itu, upaya-upaya ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM Desa Cogreg dalam era digital.
