Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Keselamatan Pribadi terhadap Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual dan Pengaruh Pengetahuan Seksualitas terhadap Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian validitas dengan Outer Loadings dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE) dan reliabelitas dengan Cronbach's Alpha dan Composite Reliability serta pengujian hipotesis dengan mengunakan aplikasi software Smart-PLS. hasil dalam penelitian ini diketahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Keselamatan Pribadi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual. Sedangkan Pengetahuan Seksualitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual.

Abstract

The advancement of the digital era presents opportunities for the dissemination of village economic information; however, limitions in human resources (HR) and underutilization of technology remain primary challenges. This study aims to analyze the synergy between HR capacity-building and digital promotion in driving the economic development of Mojowono Village, East Jawa.The research methods included preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results demonstrated significant improvements in social media usage (from 20 % to 80%), and e-commerce (from 15% to 65%), alongside a 25% increase in the SME revenue. Key challenges identified were limited internet access and capital contraints. The study recommends multi-stakeholder collaboration and sustainable programs to strengthen a digitally-driven village economy.ABSTRAKPerkembangan era digital membuka peluang transformasi ekonomi desa, namun keterbatasan SDM dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergi penguatan SDM dan promosi digital dalam pengembangan ekonomi Desa Mojowono, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penggunaan media sosial (dari 20% menjadi 80%) dan e-commerce (dari 15% menjadi 65%), serta peningkatan pendapatan UMKM sebesar 25%. Tantangan  utama meliputi keterbatasan akses internet dan modal. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi multipihak dan program berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat ekonomi desa berbasis digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of musical accompaniment on mediated performance variables: comfort, motivation, and job satisfaction. This research adopts a descriptive-exploratory approach. The study was conducted at PT Lion Super Indo DC Mojokerto. The population consists of 92 employees, and thus this study employs total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using SmartPLS version 3.3.7. Hypothesis testing involved comparing T-Statistics and P-Values. The results of the study indicate that: musical accompaniment has a significant influence on job comfort, musical accompaniment has a significant influence on job satisfaction, musical accompaniment has a significant influence on motivation, musical accompaniment does not have a direct influence on mediated performance variables of job comfort, musical accompaniment does not have a direct influence on mediated performance variables of job motivation, and musical accompaniment does not have a direct influence on mediated performance variables of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the application of the relevant costs on companies Wingko in decisions to accept or reject the special order to increase profits. The purpose of this study is to find out about the appropriate cost calculation made by the company to accept or reject special orders as well as to analyze the relevant costs about decisions on accepting or rejecting special orders. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the company is still not appropriate in analyzing the use of the relevant costs. The analysis of special orders in 2017 from Mr. Ali, 2018 from Mr. Hasan, 2019 from Mrs. Ida, 2020 from Pondok yayasan Iman, and Mrs. Siti, and the last in 2021 of Mrs. Rini and Mrs. Ika is acceptable. So that the company's profit would increase from special orders are accepted

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Karakteristik Wirausaha, Kompetensi SDM, Dan Modal Sosial terhadap Kelanjutan UMKM Keris Di Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi yang digunakan seluruh pelaku UMKM Keris Di Kabupaten Sumenep sebanyak 862 dengan jumlah sampel yang sebesar 264 responden. Analisis data menggunkan regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian instrument uji validitas dan reliabelitas serta pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Karakteristik Wirausaha mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kelanjutan UMKM Keris Di Kabupaten Sumenep. Variabel Kompetensi SDM mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kelanjutan UMKM Keris Di Kabupaten Sumenep. Dan variabel Modal Sosial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kelanjutan UMKM Keris Di Kabupaten Sumenep.Sedangkan untuk simulanya variabel Karakteristik Wirausaha, Kompetensi SDM, Dan Modal Sosial secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kelanjutan UMKM Keris Di Kabupaten Sumenep.
