Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial bagi generasi muda dapat meningkatkan interaksi antar penggunanya tanpa terbatas jarak dan waktu. Kemudahan melakukan interaksi memberikan dampak dengan semakin mudahnya untuk berkomunikasi baik menyampaikan berita/pesan dan memberikan respon berupa kritik maupun saran. Salah satu dampak negatif yang dapat terjadi yaitu menyampaikan pesan berupa ajakan untuk menamamkan ujaran kebencian terkait dengan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh media sosial terhadap wawasan kebangsaan pada generasi muda di Kelurahan Gunung Gedangan Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian survey dengan variabel bebas (X) yaitu media sosial dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu wawasan kebangsaan. Berdasarkan hasil olah data diperoleh signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,020 < 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media sosial (X) berpengaruh terhadap wawasan kebangsaan (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh harga dan variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Amino dari Ultimate Nutrition di Kota Mojokerto. Jumlah sampel 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling dimana penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan yaitu siapa saja yang kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa harga dan variasi produk berpengaruh significan terhadap keputusan pembelian Amino dari Ultimate Nutrition di Kota Mojokerto baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

The observed worth of a firm by investors is frequently correlated with stock prices; the higher the stock price, the greater the business value. The percentage of stockholder return on investment represented by firm worth is important. Investors will be overjoyed if they rarely obtain a higher rate of return on their investment. More investors are ready to engage in a company with a higher value. In order to determine how Employee Stock Option Plans and Free Cash Flow Affect a Company's Value, this study will be conducted. The results of this research, which looked at the financial records of each firm using 45 data sets from 2016 to 2020, revealed that the awarding of ESOP and FCF had a significant effect on the company's performance. The ESOP and FCF were created with the goal of aligning the interests of workers (agents) and owners (principals), thereby decreasing conflicts of interest between agents and principals. Because as employee success improves, so does the company's performance. According to the study's findings, ESOP and FCF have a substantial impact on company value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKRumah sakit yang representatif dapat dilihat dari lokasi, fasilitas, layanan, dan kepuasan dari pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk membuktikan  pengaruh lokasi, pelayanan dan kelengkapan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Citra Medika Sidoarjo baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sample yang digunakan adalah 120 pasien instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Citra Medika Sidoarjo. Metode analisis  yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kuatitatif dengan model korelasi dengan bantuan Software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan  bahwa kelengkapan berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien instalasi rawat jalan  sementara lokasi, kelengkapan fasilitas dan pelayanan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien  instalasi rawat jalan. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya lokasi, kelengkapan fasilitas dan pelayanan secara simultan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien  instalasi rawat jalan.Kata Kunci : Lokasi, Kelengkapan Fasilitas, Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pasien. ABSTRACTRepresentative hospitals can be seen from their location, facilities, services, and patient satisfaction. Abstract

This study examines how perceived organizational support, leadership, and work motivation affect on employee performance. The unit of analysis used is the employees at the company CV. Amanah. This study included all employees. This study randomly selected 18 people. This study uses primary and secondary sources. The validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test were used in this study. Perceived organizational support, leadership, and work motivation partially and concurrently affected employee performance. Even if the effect was somewhat meaningful, motivates workers and affects UD performance.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of knowledge management methods on the work of lecturers at bauchi and Gombe States universities. In this study, knowledge management practices were established; knowledge generation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge storage. The research is based on cross-sectional designs and surveys. The survey was conducted at four (4) research institutes distributed to college academics. A total of 325 surveys were distributed and 265 were returned with a response rate of 81.5%. The validity and reliability of the data is reviewed through the Social Science Statistics Package (SPSS) and all structures are met. Multiple regression analysis is used to evaluate hypotheses. The results of this study show that all information management structures are positively related to the success of lecturers. Generation and acquisition of knowledge as the main influence on the output of established lecturers. This paper supports the value of knowledge management strategies to improve overall efficiency. Discussion of research results is discussed and sponsored. Among other things, this paper recommends a holistic approach in all aspects of knowledge management practices and features that influence knowledge management achievement. In conclusion, this study highlights and recognizes the influence of knowledge management practices on teacher success and thus helps policymakers to gain comprehensive insight into the impact of knowledge management practices in the context of universities in Nigeria.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business, companies must be able to understand what factors will influence the decision to buy. This study intends to analyze the role of packaging quality and design on the decision to buy Fatigon Hydro isotonic drinks among 100 respondents in Surabaya City. The study involved purposive sampling method to select respondents who have sufficient experience and understanding of Fatigon Hydro isotonic drink products. The study utilized quantitative methods. Statistical analysis, including regression, was used to evaluate the influence between product quality and design on packaging with the decision to purchase. The results showed that the design on the packaging contributed positively to the decision-making. In addition, consumers tend to give high value to products that are considered good quality or in accordance with consumer desires.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous, partial, and dominant effects of leadership style, work culture, and motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted at UD. Sekar Makmur, Wonoploso Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, with a population of 45 employees, sampled using saturation/sensus technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis methods employed were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Results indicate significant simultaneous and partial effects of leadership style, work culture, and motivation on employee performance, with work culture exerting the most dominant influence. Recommendations include enhancing work culture, leadership training, motivation stimulation, routine evaluation, and further research for deeper understanding and improved employee performance.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty are the hopes of every product and service provider. For service providers, interpersonal communication factors and physical evidence are two things that cannot be separated. Through interpersonal communication, service providers can fulfill the information desires that consumers need. Physical evidence is a factor that can be directly felt by potential consumers because potential consumers can see real physical things, namely the building or room, cleanliness and appearance of employees before they decide to become consumers. The aim of this research is to determine and test consumer loyalty (Y) which is influenced by interpersonal communication (X1), physical evidence (X2) and consumer satisfaction (Z) as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative with data collection in the form of questionnaires from 100 respondents. The data processing tool uses smart PLS version 4.0. The research results show that 1) Interpersonal communication (X1) influences consumer satisfaction (Z) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 2) Physical evidence (X2) influences consumer satisfaction (Z) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 3) Interpersonal communication (X1) influences consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 4) Physical evidence (X2) has an effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 5) Consumer satisfaction (Z) has an effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 6) Interpersonal communication (X1) has no effect on loyalty consumers (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto with consumer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable 7) Physical evidence (X2) has no effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto with consumer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable.
