Abstract

Policy was created to replace industry. This technology concept aims so that human life is not eroded by technology and can solve some problems that occur today, especially in the field of education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of societyon teacher development policies in Indonesia and this research uses library research methods . Some of the problems that occur today are lack of teacher development and lack of teacher knowledge on the use of learning media technology. The policies prepared by the government to overcome these problems already exist, but in terms of implementation there are still shortcomings especially technological developments are now increasingly rapid, therefore the need for adjustments between society to teacher development policies and the use of learning media today.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan gaya dan perilaku kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, dengan fokus pada studi kasus SMPN 49 Muaro Jambi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana kombinasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional, serta strategi pengembangan profesional guru, dapat mengubah kinerja sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif, yang menggabungkan inspirasi dengan akuntabilitas, sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi guru. Pembentukan komunitas pembelajaran profesional dan pengembangan berkelanjutan adalah kunci dalam mendorong inovasi pengajaran. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan, termasuk visi bersama yang kuat dan optimalisasi sumber daya yang terbatas. Implikasi penting untuk mengembangkan model kepemimpinan adaptif dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia juga dibahas, bersama dengan tantangan dan rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan dan replikasi model. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat mendorong transformasi positif dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The storage of educational facilities and infrastructure involves the action of storing school equipment in designated storage places. This research aims to understand the methods of storing these facilities. The research methodology employs a literature review by collecting and combining sources related to the storage of educational facilities and infrastructure. The research findings reveal various storage methods, including receiving, screening, and inspecting incoming goods. Subsequent steps involve examining items for storage, organizing them into specific groups, recording in acceptance books, issuing receipts, and warehouse notes. Plans are made for the storage location, ensuring quick retrieval when needed. Existing items must be received, registered, stored, sorted, maintained, and preserved in an orderly, fast, and secure manner. The research emphasizes managing the storage and use of all items in rooms and warehouses, periodic inventory control, reporting on the preservation conditions of items according to applicable regulations, and issuing items in accordance with the instructions for item issuance.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the ways in which organizational communication, organizational culture, digital leadership, and emotional intelligence impact teacher effectiveness. This study was conducted due to the fact that factors such as limitations in technology utilization, lack of organizational communication, unsupportive work culture, and low emotional intelligence still cause gaps in teacher performance. This study makes use of Smart-PLS.4 data analysis tools and quantitative approaches. This study collected data using an online questionnaire/survey using Google Forms. The sample size calculator was used as the sampling method. The population in this study was 1,525 Teachers, and the sample in the final result there were 342 respondents. The results of the study indicate that communication, organizational culture, digital leadership, and emotional intelligence all have an impact on how effective teachers are. The study recommends that principals should strengthen their digital leadership, teachers should improve their emotional intelligence, schools should build a strong culture of cooperation, and organizational communication should be improved through transparency and the use of technology. Future researchers are advised to expand the variables and approaches to make the results more comprehensive.
