Abstract

Curriculum is the core of education which is simply a curriculum that can be interpreted as something that is taught while learning is a tool to teach material. While the meaning of learning is more an effort to implement the strategy method of how the teaching takes place so that students can understand learning and then the approach between those who teach and those taught so that the knowledge taught or the material taught can be conveyed properly. Learning is also an implementation of the curriculum both in the classroom and outside hard and so on. Not only to the extent that the curriculum must also have good components so that the goals of education can be achieved so that various components are achieved. The curriculum is also seen as a subsystem of education both in general and specifically that reveals the hierarchy and interrelationships of various components that contain the objectives of education, the content of education, how educational methods are taught and finally how to evaluate when learning can be carried out with whether or not implemented with the established curriculum guidelines. This paper uses a method in the form of a theoretical study of the components of curriculum development. The theories put forward in this paper are theories about the curriculum and its developers, plus theories about curriculum development approaches, learning and evaluation of curriculum development.

Abstract

Archives are very important in various administrative activities, in everyday life and in various fields of activity. Archives can also be said as a center of memory and history and as evidence and as information for both personal and community. Records management becomes very important because it involves the amount of data, records, records, books, writings and letters that are managed. Archiving activities synergize with library activities which are also tasked with storing and providing information in the form of books to the public. Therefore, in several places, archival management and library management become one that is interrelated. To find out more about the work procedures of archives and libraries in the city of Jambi, an internship was carried out aimed at: 1) recognizing directly, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs at the Archives and Jambi City Library; 2) more closely identify the scope of work of the main tasks of each part of the work unit in the Jambi City Archives and Library Office; 3) identify closely the management of information, data and archives, as well as correspondence in the Archives Service and the Jambi City Library; 4) Get to know closely the practice of human resource development programs in the Archives Service and the Jambi City Library; 5) Recognize the practice of facilities and infrastructure management in the Archives Service and the Jambi City Library. The method of carrying out this internship includes: work practices, interviews, observation, data recording and documentation.

Abstract

Various types of curriculum development are used by the Indonesian government in achieving the ideals of the nation which is to educate the nation's life and produce the next generation of people who have morality and noble character. The selection of a curriculum development model is not only based on strengths and benefits and the possibility of achieving optimal results, but also needs to be adjusted to the educational management system adopted and the educational concepts used. Curriculum organization is an arrangement of experience and knowledge that must be delivered and carried out by students to achieve the desired goals or competencies. The intended experience is divided into direct experience and indirect experience gained or received by students during the learning process. While the knowledge in question is the standard knowledge that is possible to develop in accordance with the times. This paper uses a method in the form of theoretical study of curriculum development models and curriculum organization. These theories are summarized and searched for the common thread so that discussion can be put forward regarding the development model and curriculum organization.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas Perkembangan dan Pemberlakuan Kurikulum di Indonesia, Mengunakan metode kualitatif yaitu studi pustaka yang menggunakan buku dan literatur lainnya sebagai subjek utama. Penelitian kualitatif menghasilkan informasi dari catatan dan data deskriptif dari teks yang diteliti. Karena penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka membutuhkan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dari studi literatur yang mengunakan buku-buku dan literatur, terdapat strategi manajemen kurikulum, yaitu: 1) Landasan hukum penyelenggaraan Pendidikan indonesia. 2) Gambaran perkembangan kurikulum di indonesia setelah di bukukan.

Abstract

This study examined the principal's policy and the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN 206/X Pandan Jaya. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with phenomenological research, data was collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis  used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) The principal of SDN 206/X Pandan Jaya has established a policy of implementing online learning with and following up on a Surat Edaran Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 concerning the implementation of distance learning, principals involve educators in making decisions, school principals encouraging the creativity of educators in teaching in the midst of a pandemic, the final results obtained by students are almost the same as offline learning outcomes or outside the network, (2) the advantages of implementing online learning are: students get easier learning through the help and monitoring from parents and gain experience building cooperation in a group, (3) lack of implementation of online learning namely limited facilities and internet signal instability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemimpin dalam penerapan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Jambi dan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus (case study). Subjek penelitian adalah kepala Dinas yang diwakilkan oleh Sekretaris Dinas, kepala bidang, kepala seksi dan pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Disiplin kerja pegawai yang diterapkan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Jambi sudah baik dimana hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian dilihat dari indikator yang meliputi : kehadiran dan ketepatan waktu, keadilan, balas jasa, teladan pimpinan, waskat, dan pemberian sanksi. 2) Adapun faktor penghambatnya antara lain dari faktor internal maupun eksternal. Faktor alam menjadi hambatan yang paling sering dialami, seperti ketika cuaca sedang hujan maka tingkat keterlambatan hadir pasti lebih meningkat, dan jua ditengah wabah pandemi ini, kedisiplinan menjadi sedikit kendur. Faktor dari diri pegawai sendiri juga menjadi penghambat, ketika sedang berada dalam situasi yang membuat pegawai hadir sedikit terlambat untuk datang ke kantor. Faktor pendukung penerapan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Jambi yaitu dari tindakan nyata yang diberikan oleh pimpinan kepada pegawainya yaitu dengan mengadakan pembinaan seperti rapat antar seksi ataupun secara langsung melalui person to person

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the stress level of students, to find out the factors that cause learning stress and to find out how to reduce learning stress at State High Schools in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The dimensions studied in seeing coping stress are divided into several dimensions including a) Self-activity, b) Planning, c) Self-control, d) Seeking instrumental social support, e) Seeking emotional social support, f) Acceptance, g) Religiosity. This study uses a mixed research design or mixed method. The mixed methods research approach is an approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. In this study, a measurement scale is used, namely the Likert scale to see coping stress and the stress level measurement scale using a semantic differential behavioral scale model. This research was carried out at SMAN in Telanaipura Time Quantitative research at SMAN 5 is March 6 to March 8, 2020 The population used in this study is class XII students, school principals and Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers at SMAN 5 and SMAN 10 respectively, with 1500 respondents. The results and findings of this study were 97 (62%) were classified, categorized as high stress levels in learning activities at school. There are 53 (38%) students, categorized as low stress level and the efforts or strategies taken by students in dealing with stress are divided into several dimensions including self-activity 3.84, planning 3.90, self-control 3.80, seeking instrumental support 3 .78, seeking emotional support 3.95 acceptance 3.77 and religiosity 3.78 and the average stress reduction effort made by students 3.83 is in the high category which can be opened in academic activities in high school schools in Telaipura sub-district, Jambi city dense with a high level of stress students are able to cope with stress well

Abstract

Kurikulum muatan lokal memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang kontekstual dan berbasis masyarakat. Kurikulum ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai, kearifan lokal, dan konteks sosial-budaya masyarakat ke dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Artikel ini menganalisis peran dan implementasi kurikulum lokal dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang berbasis masyarakat. Melalui studi literatur yang komprehensif, artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai perspektif teoritis dan praktis terkait dengan pengembangan dan penerapan kurikulum muatan lokal. Artikel ini juga menyoroti tantangan seperti keberagaman budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta peluang seperti memperkuat identitas lokal, meningkatkan keterampilan yang relevan, dan membangun kemitraan antara sekolah dan masyarakat. Selain itu, artikel ini mengkaji persepsi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kurikulum lokal, serta keterkaitan kurikulum dengan konteks sosial-budaya setempat. Dalam upaya mengoptimalkan peran kurikulum lokal, keterlibatan dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat menjadi kunci utama. Dengan demikian, kurikulum lokal dapat menjadi jembatan penghubung antara pendidikan dan masyarakat, serta menjadi sarana untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang kontekstual, relevan, dan selaras dengan kebutuhan serta nilai-nilai lokal masyarakat.

Abstract

Agricultural development policies are implemented to improve food security, develop agribusiness, and improve farmers' welfare so that the agricultural products produced must meet the requirements for quantity, quality, and sustainability, as well as being competitive and easy to obtain at affordable prices. The potential that exists in the form of food agricultural products, horticultural plantations, livestock, and agro-tourism development needs to be managed properly through the existence of BUMDes and village cooperatives. Therefore, mentoring activities, in the form of training and counseling on the procedures for establishing BUMDes and cooperatives for the sustainability of agricultural product management, both pre- and post-harvest. This service will provide training and counseling to farmer groups in Pesisir Bukit Village, Kerinci Regency, so that they can establish BUMDes and cooperatives to increase agricultural commodity yields and develop village potential. The end result of this service activity is that farmers can manage agricultural products and develop village potential through BUMDes and cooperatives so that they have an impact on improving living standards.
