Abstract

The author carried out a construction management plan for the Mangata building which had previously been carried out by structural planning and drawing plans by (Muhammad Oki Try Hatmojo and Maulidya Anau Wiyah), Final Project for students of Pontianak State Polytechnic Diploma IV Civil Engineering Department 2019. Therefore, to realize the construction of the Mangata Building, proper construction management planning is required, so that results are in accordance with the requirements. Therefore, the authors plan an excellent project construction management system in an effort to accelerate the construction of the Mangata building which is the title of this final project. The method used in the discussion of construction management is in the form of a management system for cost, quality, time, human resources and occupational health safety in structural work which includes foundations, beams, columns and floor plates. Based on the results of the analysis of the method above, it is found that the cost of the structural work required to complete the work on the Mangata Building construction project is Rp. 28,007,395,396.25. The time it took to complete the work was 30 weeks for quality planning in the form of quality control and a list of specifications tables. Furthermore, for human resource planning in the form of organizational structure and workforce requirements as a means for good work implementation, while the planned K3 management planning is in the form of identification and control of K3 potential hazards to each type of work and costs for PPE and APK needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reliability of the building of the Male Dormitory in Natuna Regency in Pontianak City, seeing the current condition of the building, it has some damage to the building, such as paint that has started to peel off on the front, sides and back of the building, the ceiling is seeping, the walls are starting to crack in some parts of the building. By looking at the current condition of the Natuna Regency Male Dormitory Building, it is necessary to conduct research to determine whether the building is still reliable or not based on the Building Technical Requirements as stated in Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the architectural reliability of a building, can analyze the reliability of the structure of a building and can analyze the reliability of the utility of a building. The research was conducted by using data collection methods. Data obtained by using two types of data collection, namely primary data containing survey results and primary data containing the literature used. The results of this study indicate that the architectural reliability of the Male Natuna Dormitory Building is 85.63% where this value is considered less reliable because it is in the 75 - 90% range based on the provisions of the Residential Building Research Center, the reliability of the structure in the Male Natuna Dormitory Building is 100% where this value is considered reliable because it is in the 95 - 100% range based on the provisions of the Residential Building Research Center, reliability of utility in the Male Natuna Dormitory Building is 55.42% where this value is considered an unreliable condition because it is <95% based on the provisions of the Residential Building Research Center.

Abstract

Dalam era kemajuan dalam mendapatkan informasi saat ini, evaluasi penilaian kinerja fungsional Dosen dalam suatu kegiatan belajar dan mengajar yang terdapat di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak masih saja pejabat Quality Anssurance atau penjamin mutu dalam hal penilai dalam hal Indeks Kinerja Akademik Dosen (IKAD) masih saja melakukan dengan cara manual dengan melakukan penilaian langsung kepada mahasiswa dengan mengunakan kertas dan membutuh waktu yang cukup lama sehingga menjadi lama dan tidak efisien. Terlebih lagi dengan adanya wabah pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat proses belajar mengajar berubah dari tatap muka menjadi daring atau kelas online maka tidak akan memungkinkan melakukan tatap muka di karena kan pandemik tersebut, oleh karena itu utnuk memudahkan melakukan penilaian IKAD ini. Maka dari itu dengan adanya pengembangan IKAD di web jurusan sehingga pejabat Quality Assurance dapat dimudahkan dalam mengelola data – data pekerjaan penilaian IKAD.

Abstract

Pontianak has a low topographic condition with the state of the  water cathment area that has changed function into a residential area. Pontianak city also has a high rainfall intensity every year. Due to the high intensity of rainfall, some of the rainwater that falls on the earth’s surface is absorebed into the soil which is called infiltration and some flows into surface runoff. To control the surface runoff, a good drainage system must be created. Good drainage channels can help control surface runoff due to high rainfall intensity. In this study, the drainage channel studied was the drainage channel on Purnama 1 street, Parit Tokaya Village, South Pontianak District, Pontianak City, Which currently has a width and height of 7 meters and 1,5 meters. Where from the evaluation of the existing drainage is not optimal optimal in overcoming surface runoff caused by high rainfall in the area. From the results of the calculation analysis the optimal drainage channel in the area has dimensions of 7 meters wide and a depth 1,6714 meters, and a guard height of 0,9141 meters with a surface flow runoff discharge that can be accommodated from the annual daily rainfall data for a 10 years period of 17,5499 .

Abstract

The city of Pontianak as the capital of West Kalimantan Province is growing. But along with these developments, various problems have arisen in various aspects. One of the examples that needs to be resolved immediately is the issue of transportation. This field has quite complex problems. The number of private vehicles is increasing every year. It has an impact on the smooth transportation system in this city. Extraordinary traffic jams often occur at a number of points at certain times. This research consists of several stages. The stages in this study are the identification of the operational performance of school buses, potential problems and passenger perceptions, collecting primary data and secondary data in the study area by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires, as well as requesting data from related agencies, and the last step is to draw conclusions in accordance with the formulation of the problem from the results of analysis and discussion. From the results of the research conducted to evaluate the operational performance of school buses, the results were obtained that the performance of school buses in Pontianak City can be seen from the load factor value of less than 1 for all segments, showing that the capacity of school buses is still met for school bus users, from the results of direct observation in the field, the travel time of the trans pontianak bus is 30-45 minutes there is no need to wait a long time to get to their respective schools, The positive things related to the operation of this school bus are safety, comfort, punctuality and cost savings for students who use the vehicle, and several weaknesses and threats were found to the operation of the Trans Pontianak Bus, one of which is the lack of interest of students to use the Trans Pontianak bus.

Abstract

Concrete is the most important material in building construction, including bridges, piers and buildings.Concrete is the main raw material in construction nowadays, where wooden construction is starting to beabandonedThis research aims to evaluate the effect of using basalt fiber on the mechanical properties of geopolymerconcrete using KOH as an alkali activator. Geopolymer concrete is an environmentally friendly alternativeconstruction material, which replaces the use of portland cement with a geopolymeric binder. The addition ofbasalt fiber is expected to improve the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete, namely its compressivestrength.Stages of this research method involve making geopolymer concrete samples with varying compositions,including varying the concentration of KOH as the alkali activator and the percentage of basalt fiber added.These samples will be tested to evaluate their mechanical properties, namely compressive strength, and otherphysical properties. It is hoped that this research will result in a better understanding of the influence of theuse of basalt fiber on the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete. It is hoped that the results of thisresearch can become a basis for the construction industry to improve the performance of geopolymer concreteby using basalt fiber as reinforcement. Apart from that, this research will also provide new insights into the useof KOH as an alkali activator in geopolymer concrete. Currently, TKT in research has a value of 1, namelyformulating a geopolymer concrete mix design concept and the final target of the results of this research is todemonstrate scientific feasibility through analytical and laboratory studies, proof of concept and geopolymerconcrete products that meet construction material standards.Keywords: geopolymer concrete, basalt fiber, compressive strength, KOH, alkali activator.
