Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Implementation of Integrated Quality Management of Education (MMTP) in Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this research is a literature study approach through literature sources and from various other literature sources. Then analyzed and presented the findings of the data objectively. The results showed that the Implementation of Integrated Quality Management of Education (MMTP) in Islamic educational institutions aims to improve the overall quality of education. Through a systematic approach that includes planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation, MMTP helps institutions achieve high educational standards. Collaboration between managers, educators, students and parents is the key to success, creating a conducive learning environment. The application of MMTP principles also focuses on developing teacher competencies and relevant curricula, as well as continuous improvement. Thus, MMTP not only improves academic aspects, but also shapes students' character and moral values, in line with the comprehensive goals of Islamic education.

Abstract

Masa keemasan merupakan masa dimana Anak Usia Dini dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan pemberian stimulus yang tepat. PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) hadir sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal yang memiliki peran utama selain keluarga dalam mengawal pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Pengawasan tersebut dapat terwujud dalam salah satu layanan di PAUD yang memiliki fungsi pendidikan dan pembimbingan Anak Usia Dini, yaitu layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Keberhasilan fungsi dan peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling PAUD tidak lepas dari kompetensi dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh guru atau konselor. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada guru dalam melakukan perannya sebagai konselor layanan bimbingan dan konseling, yaitu dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu 1) tahap perencanaan berupa wawancara dan observasi, 2) tahap pelaksanaan berupa ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik, 3) tahap evaluasi berupa pendampingan berkelanjutan melalui grup whatsapp. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 8 guru TK Muslimat NU Braja Selebah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru atau konselor semakin memahami teori dasar dan praktik pemberian bimbingan dan konseling untuk Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

The aim of holding a socialization on the application of the independent learning curriculum is to provide an overview of science to Al-Amin Toba Middle School teachers so that they better understand the application of the independent curriculum. curriculum initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This activity was attended by Al-Amin Middle School teachers. The methods and forms of community service activities are training, presentations and coaching, with varied lecture techniques accompanied by discussions and questions and answers, as well as assignments. The results of this service resulted in an increase in participants' understanding of the Independent Curriculum. Teachers' understanding of each activity material is in the sufficient category with a percentage of 13.3%. In the good category the percentage is 33.3% and in the very good category the percentage is 53.4%. Socialization and assistance in creating teaching modules for Al-Amin Middle School also shows that teachers have the ability to develop teaching modules. The contribution of community service is to provide an understanding of the Independent Curriculum as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia in accordance with the needs of the times so that students are not only made to be intelligent. However, it also has a character that is in accordance with Pancasila values ​​or what is called the Pancasila Student Profile form

Abstract

Abstract Professional teachers are indicated by teachers who have received formal recognition both in relation to their position and formal educational background based on applicable regulations. The era of society 5.0 in the world of education emphasizes character, moral and exemplary education. This is because the knowledge possessed can be replaced by technology, while the application of soft skills and hard skills possessed by each student cannot be replaced by technology. The challenges posed by the emergence of the era of society 5.0 must be able to be overcome by Islamic education. Consequently, each component must be able to solve various problems. The use of digital media, if used properly, can help educational programs and teaching processes run smoothly and efficiently. Digital media must be used for Islamic religious education. Abstrak Guru yang profesional ditunjukkan dengan guru yang sudah mendapat pengakuan formal baik yang berkaitan dengan jabatannya maupun background pendidikan formalnya berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku. Era society 5.0 dalam dunia pendidikan menekankan pada pendidikan karakter, moral, dan keteladanan. Hal ini dikarenakan ilmu yang dimiliki dapat digantikan oleh teknologi sedangkan penerapan soft skill maupun hard skill yang dimiliki tiap peserta didik tidak dapat digantikan oleh teknologi. Tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh munculnya era society 5.0 harus mampu diatasi oleh pendidikan Islam. Konsekuensinya, setiap komponen harus mampu menyelesaikan berbagai masalah. Penggunaan media digital bila digunakan dengan baik dapat membantu program pendidikan dan proses pengajaran berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien. Media digital harus digunakan untuk pendidikan agama Islam.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions spread throughout the country have become an important concern in the context of politics and power in Indonesia. This article aims to investigate how Islamic education and politics and power influence each other in Indonesia. The discussion in the article covers topics such as politics playing a role in Islamic educational institutions, the relationship between politics, power and Islamic education in Indonesia, the significance of political elements in Islamic education, and the role played by Islamic education in this country. The article will also discuss a number of related issues, such as the role of education in the realm of politics and power, the situation of Islamic education in Indonesia, educational patterns in Indonesia, and four issues that are closely related to the implementation of education based on power, including the process of domestication and misunderstanding, indoctrination, democracy in education, as well as social integration.
