Abstract

Copyright © 2019 LPPM - STMIK IKMI CirebonThis is an open access article under the CC-BY license

Abstract

Identifying and analyzing various types of cybercrime faced by e-commerce companies, measuring the level of cybercrime risk faced by e-commerce companies, and assessing the role of cyber security are the objectives of this research. The method used is a mathematical library review. The results show that measuring risk management, especially cybercrime risk in e-commerce, can be done by assessing the level of risk available and implementing risk management strategies. Regarding the important thing regarding the role and importance of cyber security in e-commerce, namely, cyber security protects valuable e-commerce assets, such as customer data, financial information, and intellectual property, from unauthorized access, theft, or damage. The conclusion is that cybercrime risk measurement, cybersecurity, and risk management are important elements to protect e-commerce businesses from cybercrime. The limitations of this research are limited to explaining the description and elaboration of the research results of several selected journal articles. However, it does not provide further analysis regarding the relationships between the articles discussed. It is hoped that further research will sharpen understanding and solutions to the challenges of cybercrime in e-commerce.

Abstract

Fish exploitation in Indonesia is already at a very alarming level. Catching at full capacity and even excess occurs in almost all fisheries management areas. One of the foreign government's efforts to overcome similar problems is by conducting ITQ. This research approach uses qualitative descriptive qualitative specifications. Data analysis techniques miles and huberman data triangulation: reduction, data presentation, verification carried out to find out the analysis of planning studies and the development of the Individual Transferable Quota (ITQ) system in realizing quota-based sustainable fisheries. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the grow fisheries training program and the university of Akureyri. The training was held from 19 - 28 May 2022 at the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute building and the University of Akureyri. The conclusion of this study is that the condition of the Indonesian seas, which is starting to deteriorate due to excessive and illegal fishing, requires firm action. It is hoped that the ITQ system can be implemented in Indonesia. So that when fishing is not done excessively.

Abstract

Enye Singkong Dua Putra MSMEs in Bojong Village is an example of a small business that continues to strive to maintain its presence in the market by relying on its main product, processed cassava. According to the survey results, this MSMEs has the opportunity to innovate its products, but the product logo is outdated, the information system has not been optimized, and an online marketing system has not been implemented. Developing product innovation and digital marketing has become one of the Community Service (PKM) programs in Bojong Village. The purpose of the program is to provide ideas for the development of MSMEs and to help offer insights to business owners regarding the application of digital marketing. The Community service was carried out through a series of stages, starting with the survey stage, problem analysis stage, planning stage, and implementation stage. The results include innovation by adding lime leaves as a substitute for green onions and introducing new flavor variants, updating the logo to be more relevant, using Google Maps location points, creating banners, and providing digital marketing assistance on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The implementation of this program is expected to enhance competitiveness and market segmentation of these MSMEs which are becoming an increasingly digital and dynamic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Artificial Intelligence Competencies, organizational support, and employee self-efficacy in predicting the performance of government employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a type of correlation research. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach is assisted by the smart PLS application. This approach was chosen because it aims to determine the correlation between the Artifical Intelligence Competencies, Organizational Support, and Employee Self-Efficacy variables: Employee Self-Efficacy. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis is done by describing the results of the sampling percentage. Based on the results of the research, we show that Artificial Intelligence (AI) competencies, employee self-efficacy, work engagement, and organizational support proved to have an important contribution to improving the performance of government employees. Implications of this study indicates the need of holistic approach in human resource management in government sector. Organizations should also develop technical competencies like artificial intelligence and support psychological competencies like self-efficacy and work engagement through just policies and sufficient facilities.

Abstract

Many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) remain conventional, hindering their business sustainability. A key strategy to achieve sustainability is digital marketing, which helps MSMEs adapt to digital transformation. Alongside this, entrepreneurial passion and self-efficacy are essential in improving competitiveness and performance. However, studies that examine the combined influence of digital marketing, entrepreneurial passion, and self-efficacy on MSMEs' sustainability—especially among cooperative members—are still limited. This study analyzes their influence on MSMEs in Cisarua and Cijeruk districts, Bogor Regency, using a quantitative approach with census sampling of 62 cooperative-member MSMEs. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 19. The results show that digital marketing, entrepreneurial passion, and self-efficacy each significantly influence business sustainability, both partially and simultaneously. These findings offer insights for researchers, policymakers, and MSME actors, and encourage further studies across various sectors.
