Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding to the youth of Jati Mulyo Village regarding the use of social media in anti-corruption advocacy. Through social media, the village youth will actively participate in combating criminal activities through anti-corruption campaigns. The objective of this activity is to foster awareness and consciousness about the dangers and anti-corruption behavior among the youth today. Consequently, they can alter their perceptions and attitudes towards corruption and actively resist it. The method employed in this community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which has enhanced knowledge and understanding regarding the use of social media in anti-corruption education among the village youth. The outcomes of this service show that the youth in Jati Mulyo Village have effectively absorbed the knowledge and can formulate anti-corruption campaigns through social media that are compliant with the law..

Abstract

The Mubadalah paradigm emphasizes equality, justice, reciprocity, and cooperation between husband and wife in family relationships. It holds significant potential to address various social-political issues, including the challenges faced in the 2024 elections. This study aims to explore how the application of the Mubadalah paradigm in family life can contribute positively in facing the dynamics and complexities that emerge during the election process. This research uses a library research method, which involves activities related to data collection from library materials, reading, noting, and processing relevant books, research, and journals without requiring field research. Data collection was carried out through documentation, and for data analysis, content analysis was used. The results of the study show that Mubadalah, which prioritizes equality and mutual respect, can help create constructive dialogue between family members with differing political views. By applying the principles of Mubadalah, families can maintain harmony, overcome differences, and build resilience in facing political challenges without sacrificing family integrity.

Abstract

Many people and business actors in waste transportation services throw garbage carelessly which pollutes the environment in Jati Mulyo Village, so a Perdes is needed to regulate the community. The purpose of this service apart from compiling village regulations on waste management is also to equip Jati Mulyo Village stakeholders in preparing village regulations. Using the service learning method this service was carried out for 3 days and has increased the knowledge, understanding of stakeholders and produced a Perdes legal product regarding waste management.

Abstract

A moderate understanding of religion is a necessity for all Indonesians living side by side with various religions. Misunderstandings and extremes in understanding religious teachings can be a source of problems that can then lead to horizontal conflicts in society. An attitude of acknowledging the existence of others, respecting and respecting each other's differences, and not imposing desires in a violent way for the sake of creating harmony between religious communities. Indonesia as a country with religious diversity has the potential for friction between religious communities. This service is implemented at SMKN 1 Metro in order to increase knowledge, understanding, and moderation among students. By using the service learning method, this service tries to close the distance between campuses represented by lecturers and students who have problems in the community.  The results were previously 14.5 percent of students did not understand religious moderation, after understanding religious moderation then tested through a post test and the results were 100 percent of students knew religious moderation. Students who answered religious moderation means being in religion has increased to 89.3 percent. Even as many as 20 percent previously considered religious moderation as an extreme attitude in religion no longer exists.
