Abstract

In an increasingly advanced era in terms of digital marketing encouraging people to adapt to increasingly advanced technology, in the digital era purchase decisions can be made based on several applications that are often used by the public, currently, Harrum Mart retail stores are stores that sell their merchandise online and offline, in its use the quality of the product can describe the extent of the product's ability to meet the needs of consumers, , when the service is in accordance with consumer expectations, it can be said to be effective in increasing consumer satisfaction. Quality service should be carried out continuously in accordance with the needs of consumers and the company's goals. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is no direct positive influence of Product Quality on Digital Marketing, there is no positive influence of Service Quality on Digital Marketing, there is a positive influence of Digital Marketing on Consumer Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction Keywords: , , ,

Abstract

This study aims to use financial indicators to determine the effect of regional gross domestic product on the performance of Sharia BPR in Lampung. This survey method uses a quantitative descriptive survey whether the performance of the Lampung BPR SYARIAH will be influenced by Lampung's economic growth between January 2020 to December 2021. The population and sample are all BPR SYARIAH registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and there are 11 BPR SYARIAH in the Lampung study area. So it can be said that the influence of KAP (X1) NPF (X2) ROA (X3) BOPO (X4) FDR (X5) CASH RATIO (X6) triggers the GRDP (Y). %, the remaining 1% is caused by other unavailable factors. The result of the f-test is known as the probability statistic F (0.017600). Because (0.05), it can be said that KAP, PAP, NPF, ROA, BOPO, FDR, and CASHRATIO together have a major influence on GRDP. And the partial significance test shows the value of Prob. KAP Ha1 was rejected because 0.05 < 0.0731, indicates a negative relationship, Prob value. NPF Ha2 is accepted because 0.0191 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship, Prob value. ROA Ha3 is accepted because 0.0681 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship, Prob value. BOPO Ha4 is rejected because 0.1055 < 0.05 indicates a negative relationship, Prob value. FDR Ha5 is accepted because 0.0398 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship, Prob value. CASHRASIO Ha6 is accepted because 0.0235 < 0.05 indicates a positive relationship.

Abstract

Community Service is a process of devotion through various direct activities in the midst of the community, lecturers and students strive to be part of the community and actively and creatively involved in the dynamics that occur in the community. Lecturers and students have a strategic role as agents of change. Based on the results of the observation, the work program for Video Editing training using the Filmora application was determined to be carried out using the lecture method followed by direct practicum by making examples of intro videos with the Filmora application. One of the formats that is currently a favorite of trademark owners and their own services is endorsement via content creators. This is considered more effective because it can reach more business people with similar interests with the target audience that suits what they want.

Abstract

Budidaya burung perkutut tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis tetapi juga berpotensi sebagai sarana pembelajaran karakter dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Inisiatif ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas warga dan pelajar di Tegineneng, Lampung, melalui pelatihan terpadu yang mengombinasikan aspek bisnis dan pendidikan. Pelaksanaannya mencakup: (1) penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknis, (2) bimbingan pembuatan kandang sistem intensif, (3) pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital, serta (4) penyisipan materi kewirausahaan dan pelestarian alam dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan kompetensi teknis peserta sebesar 85% dan munculnya lima unit usaha baru dengan pendapatan bulanan Rp2,5 juta. Program ini sekaligus mengajarkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi. Dukungan pemerintah setempat memperkuat keberlanjutan program yang dapat diadopsi di wilayah lain untuk menyinergikan penguatan ekonomi dan pembentukan karakter.

Abstract

The development of digital transformation plays a crucial role in improving sales performance and competitiveness of MSME businesses in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital transformation on sales efficiency and competitive advantage of Harrumi Honey MSMEs. The study population included 100 honey business actors, with samples determined using the Slovin formula (n = N / (1 + Ne²)) at a margin of error of 10%, resulting in 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that digital transformation had a significant effect on increasing sales and competitive advantage of Harrumi Honey MSMEs. The application of digital technology, such as online marketing, digital transactions, and data management, also strengthened operational efficiency and business competitiveness. This study recommends the adoption of digital transformation as a whole to support the growth of MSMEs in the agribusiness sector.
