Abstract

Investment is a tool to earn income in the future. With so much uncertainty in generating income, it encourages someone to do something that will benefit themselves in the future. So that those who invest in the right way will feel calm about facing the lives of themselves and their families in the future. For investors, this research involved 54 companies and 11 companies were selected as samples through purposive sampling. The data analysis tools used in this research are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that partially the Liquidity, Activity Ratio and Profitability variables have a significant effect on share prices. Leverage has no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the ratio variables Liquidity, Leverage, Activity and Profitability have a significant influence on Share Prices of 88.2% and the remaining 11.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and human resource capabilities on the welfare of Wahidiyah Cooperative members of Kedungwaringin District, both partially and simultaneously. Quantitative research method with descriptive approach. The population in this study were all cooperative members. The sampling technique used Non Probability Sampling technique with a sample size of 120 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions and hypotheses. The results of data quality show all valid and reliable. Partial test results for service quality variables show tcount (7.571)> from ttable (1.980) and sig value 0.00 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a positive and significant influence on member welfare. Partial test results for the human resource capability variable show tcount (15.269)> from ttable (1.980) with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence on member welfare.  The test results simultaneously obtained the value of fcount (117.840)> from ftable (3.07) with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05 it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that service quality (X1) and human resource capabilities (X2) together have a significant effect on the welfare of members.

Abstract

Public speaking is one of the essential interpersonal skills that must be possessed to compete in both the professional and entrepreneurial world, especially for the younger generation. Based on observations, many students still lack confidence when speaking in public, including students of SMK Saintek Nurul Muslimin. The seminar and training activity themed "Enhancing Understanding of Public Speaking as an Interpersonal Skill for the Young Generation Entering the Workforce and Entrepreneurship" aims to improve participants' understanding of the importance of public speaking as an interpersonal skill and equip them with effective public speaking techniques. The implementation method includes a seminar and training on the significance of interpersonal skills and how to become a good public speaker. Beyond theory, participants also have the opportunity to directly practice basic public speaking techniques and engage in role-playing with the speakers. This activity was conducted at SMK Saintek Nurul Muslimin and attended by 76 participants, comprising 12th-grade students from several schools in Batujaya Subdistrict and members of the general public. The results of this seminar and training indicate that participants were able to enhance their confidence in applying public speaking skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks di Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 pelanggan dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh jawaban responden tentang variabel X1 Kualitas Produk, variabel X2 Kualitas Pelayanan dan variabel Y keputusan pembelian. Data dinalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPPS versi 2.5 untuk menjawasb hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan terhadapa keputusan pembelian pada Starbuck di Bekasi dengan memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai r sebesar 0.82 terhadap keputusan pembelian Starbuck serta memiliki kontribusi sebesar 67% terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbuck di Bekasi sedang sisinya sebesar 33% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Sehingga penting bagi StarBuck memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk agar semakin menarik dan diminati para pelanggan dan para pembeli potensial lainnya.
