Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the integration of artificial intelligence into financial decision-making, particularly in the context of investment strategies. Drawing from 52 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2018 and 2024, the review identifies key application areas of AI in finance, including portfolio optimization, risk management, algorithmic trading, robo-advisory services, and sentiment analysis. The findings highlight the strategic benefits of AI, such as enhanced decision accuracy, operational efficiency, and increased financial inclusivity. However, the study also underscores significant challenges, including lack of model explainability, algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and regulatory uncertainty. These dual dimensions emphasize the need for ethical governance, transparent model design, and interdisciplinary collaboration to maximize the benefits of AI in investment contexts. The study concludes by outlining future research directions, particularly the integration of ESG factors, adaptation to emerging markets, and long-term impact assessments of AI-driven strategies.

Abstract

The problem is that students' understanding of the importance of entrepreneurial competencies in today's workplace is unequal. Many students still view entrepreneurship as a last resort, rather than a primary career path. The method employed emphasizes the integration of theory-based entrepreneurship training with hands-on practice through the utilization of the Campus Business Incubator. The results of this training activity indicate that, through the active use of the Campus Business Incubator, students gain not only knowledge but also real-world experience and mentoring relevant to current market needs. The success of this activity provides an important foundation for the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at Garut University to continue and develop similar programs on an ongoing basis. Incubation-based entrepreneurship training is highly effective in preparing students to become innovative and independent young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The use of social media not only provides opportunities for more efficient marketing but also helps build strong brand awareness among consumers. However, there remains a gap in digital literacy and skills among MSME entrepreneurs in rural areas, necessitating a comprehensive training program to bridge this gap. This community service program is designed through a participatory, educational, and applied approach, so that village MSMEs not only gain knowledge but also practical skills that can be immediately applied. This program is designed to address the challenges faced by village MSMEs in the digital era, where social media-based marketing and digital payment systems like QRIS have become fundamental requirements for business continuity. The results of this program demonstrate that the digitalization of village MSMEs is not merely an option but an urgent need. The use of social media has proven to expand market reach, while QRIS provides a practical and secure payment solution.

Abstract

TikTok is increasingly used by students and has become part of their daily activities. Among students at IPI Garut, the app is used not only for gaming but also for obtaining information, following trends, and interacting with friends. This raises the question of how TikTok use affects students' learning styles and academic activities. This study aims to understand the influence of TikTok use on the learning behavior and productivity of IPI Garut students. The method used was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews with several students who use TikTok and observations of how the app is used in their daily lives. The results show that TikTok has diverse effects. Some students experience benefits such as being inspired, motivated to learn from educational content, and increased creativity. However, others experience distractions, decreased focus, and procrastination due to uncontrolled use. These findings suggest that the influence of TikTok can be positive or negative, depending on how and how often it is used. In conclusion, IPI Garut students' use of TikTok has a significant impact on their learning activities. Thoughtful use can be beneficial, excessive use tends to reduce academic productivity. Thus, it is important for students to be more conscious about managing their time and limiting their use of TikTok to prevent it from disrupting their learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate a model for transforming school cooperatives into entrepreneurship incubators for students oriented toward sociopreneurship in Garut Regency. The research object includes junior and senior secondary schools that operate active school cooperatives. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving school principals, cooperative managers, teachers, students, and external stakeholders. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns, challenges, and best practices in cooperative transformation. The findings indicate that most school cooperatives still operate conventionally and have not been optimally integrated into entrepreneurship learning. This study proposes a transformation model based on institutional strengthening, experiential learning integration, business incubation stages, and sociopreneurship orientation. The model positions school cooperatives as school-based business incubators that enhance students’ entrepreneurial competencies and social awareness.
