Abstract

Adolescents frequently experience peer acceptance or rejection throughout their lives. Adolescents frequently imitate what their peer group does in order to escape rejection. The aim of this study was to determine how much peers contribute to kids' social intelligence development. A qualitative-descriptive research methodology was adopted. This qualitative method is a way to explore something to be studied and discover its meaning. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used as data gathering methods. The findings of this study suggest that kids' social interactions and intelligence will have a significant impact on their future accomplishments since one's social environment influences their ability to build positive relationships.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the integration of artificial intelligence into financial decision-making, particularly in the context of investment strategies. Drawing from 52 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2018 and 2024, the review identifies key application areas of AI in finance, including portfolio optimization, risk management, algorithmic trading, robo-advisory services, and sentiment analysis. The findings highlight the strategic benefits of AI, such as enhanced decision accuracy, operational efficiency, and increased financial inclusivity. However, the study also underscores significant challenges, including lack of model explainability, algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and regulatory uncertainty. These dual dimensions emphasize the need for ethical governance, transparent model design, and interdisciplinary collaboration to maximize the benefits of AI in investment contexts. The study concludes by outlining future research directions, particularly the integration of ESG factors, adaptation to emerging markets, and long-term impact assessments of AI-driven strategies.

Abstract

The problem is that students' understanding of the importance of entrepreneurial competencies in today's workplace is unequal. Many students still view entrepreneurship as a last resort, rather than a primary career path. The method employed emphasizes the integration of theory-based entrepreneurship training with hands-on practice through the utilization of the Campus Business Incubator. The results of this training activity indicate that, through the active use of the Campus Business Incubator, students gain not only knowledge but also real-world experience and mentoring relevant to current market needs. The success of this activity provides an important foundation for the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at Garut University to continue and develop similar programs on an ongoing basis. Incubation-based entrepreneurship training is highly effective in preparing students to become innovative and independent young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The use of social media not only provides opportunities for more efficient marketing but also helps build strong brand awareness among consumers. However, there remains a gap in digital literacy and skills among MSME entrepreneurs in rural areas, necessitating a comprehensive training program to bridge this gap. This community service program is designed through a participatory, educational, and applied approach, so that village MSMEs not only gain knowledge but also practical skills that can be immediately applied. This program is designed to address the challenges faced by village MSMEs in the digital era, where social media-based marketing and digital payment systems like QRIS have become fundamental requirements for business continuity. The results of this program demonstrate that the digitalization of village MSMEs is not merely an option but an urgent need. The use of social media has proven to expand market reach, while QRIS provides a practical and secure payment solution.
