Abstract

It is not uncommon for a project to be built to experience deviations, either in terms of time exceeding the plan, or implementation costs increasing beyond the project's Implementation Budget Plan (RAP). In this research, namely the renovation and relocation project of Bank Mandiri Malino sub-branch office, Gowa Regency, it is deemed necessary to control costs and time using the value of results and Monte Carlo concept methods to overcome all risks of uncertainty that affect project delays, cost and time performance and value. probability of accuracy of costs and time in the construction of the project. The value concept results from analyzing the Planned Cost Budget (RAB), prices of wages and materials as well as actual project costs. Then, using the Monte Carlo method, analyzes the varying cost and time ranges obtained from interviews with contractors. Analysis carried out by comparing manual calculations and using monitoring software based on the value of results concept method shows that the estimated project completion costs 1,375,951,311.10 with a project duration of 146 days. Meanwhile, the cost of completing the project based on Monte Carlo simulation is 1,608,123,328.80 with a completion time of 130 days.

Abstract

Pelayanan parkir di Pelabuhan Bajoe belum maksimal, ini akan menyulitkan pergerakan kendaraan pada saat masuk dan keluar area parkir sehingga tidak tertatanya kendaraan yang terparkir dan akan mempengaruhi kapasitas parkir tersebut. Adanya pedagang di sekitar tempat drop off penumpang dan area parkir motor yang mengakibatkan tidak maksimalnya penggunaan parkir dan mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung yang hendak parkir. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir pada kondisi eksisting terhadap kapasitas ruang parkir dan kebutuhan lahan parkir terhadap kapasitas ruang parkir pada Pelabuhan Bajoe. Adapun metode pengelola data dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kuantitatif dengan memperhatikan hasil survey lapangan. Hasil penelitian yaitu karakteristik parkir pada pelabuhan bajoe yaitu volume kumulatif maksimum terjadi pada hari sabtu, akumulasi parkir sebesar 68 kendaraan untuk motor dan 39 kendaraan untuk mobil. Durasi parkir terbanyak terjadi pada hari sabtu, mobil sebesar 11781 menit dengan nilai rata-rata untuk tiap kendaraan 1,91 jam/kendaraan dan untuk motor sebesar 18403 menit dengan nilai rata-rata 1,76 jam/kendaraan. Tingkat pergantian parkir (TPO) dengan nilai rata-rata motor sebesar 1,86 dan untuk mobil sebesar 1,33.Kebutuhan lahan parkir terhadap kapasitas ruang parkir pada Pelabuhan Bajoe yaitu sepeda motor sebesar 61 SRP, kendaraan mobil sebesar 39 SRP.

Abstract

Implementation of work on construction projects generally involves the collaboration of several parties, namely the work owner, contractors and consultants. There are several consultants involved in construction projects, one of which is Construction Management Consultants (MK). The success of the role of an MK consultant can be measured through achievements in terms of cost, time and quality of work. Research to examine the role of MK consultants at the construction project implementation stage and examine the influence of the role of MK consultants on the timeliness of work on the Rehabilitation project for Buildings B, C, D, Makassar Unhas Hospital. Quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research are that the role of construction management consultants at the implementation stage of construction projects is carried out well based on the highest positive response (Agree), namely the capability of MK consultants in taking corrective action on deviations between planning and implementation (X4) reaching a value of 68.35% and the role of project management consultants positive influence or significance even though the correlation value is low on the progress of project work, the highest correlation value is on the variable (X2) consistency of MK consultant personnel in implementing existing plans with a value of 0.348 and the lowest correlation value on variable (X5) capability of MK consultants in management project costs to the progress of project work with a value of 0.088.
