Abstract

The development of information technology today, a business can be integrated into all business activities from sales to customer relations into one system. Thus, all employees in various divisions of the company can report their activities in the system. The need for efforts to optimize the role of their information technology to run effectively and optimally. Prasetya Outdoor realizes the importance of maintaining service quality and optimizing business processes. Prasetya Outdoor intends to improve its competitiveness by adopting an Odoo-based ERP system with a focus on the rental module and website. Here are some of the methods used by the camping equipment rental at Prasetya outdoor: Online Booking, Physical On-site Rental, Rental Packages, and Customer Service. The obstacles that occur in the Prasetya Outdoor rental business are problems regarding marketing development and inventory management that are still not maximized. So the conclusion is that the entire system created can meet the needs of Prasetya Outdoor partners in terms of marketing and inventory management because the implementation of Odoo ERP in the Prasetya Outdoor rental business includes a rental module and an e-commerce website module. Hopefully in the future, the rental module and e-commerce website can be further expanded and optimized.

Abstract

Technology has progressed very rapidly in the last few decades, technology has an important role in modern learning because it provides access to resources and methods that are more effective and efficient. In the learning process of Shorof Krapyak, there are still some obstacles that are still faced. One of them is the conventional learning method. This method usually uses textbooks and lectures, as the main way to transfer knowledge to students. This method is considered less effective and interactive for students, thus causing students to feel bored and difficult to understand the material, by utilizing technological advances, one of which is by designing learning applications. That is the design of Shorof Krapyak learning application. By applying the Waterfall design method, and application testing methods using Blackbox Testing and Whitebox Testing. This application is systematically designed using Flutter Framework and Dart language. The results of this study with testing using Blackbox Testing and Whitebox Testing show that from the test scenarios that have been tested by producing a 100% success percentage rate. Abstract

LLDIKTI Region V is responsible for facilitating higher education implementation in Yogyakarta region, but currently lacks a specific platform to display academic and student affairs data to the public. SINTA, research, community service, KIP Kuliah, RPL, PKM, MBKM, and student achievement data are stored in separate internal platforms accessible only to certain administrators. This research aims to design and develop a web-based academic and student information system named "SADEWA" using waterfall method for LLDIKTI Region V. The development method uses Laravel 11 framework, MySQL database, Model-View-Controller architecture, and ApexCharts data visualization. The system successfully displays data from 100 universities with a total of 3,375 data entries including research (125 entries), community service (75 entries), KIP Kuliah (256 entries), RPL (419 entries), PKM (79 entries), student achievements (2,255 entries), and university clustering (166 entries). SADEWA provides public access for Guest users and management access for Admin/Super Admin with bar chart and pie chart visualization features and data download capabilities in PNG, SVG, and CSV formats. System testing using black box testing method with 31 scenarios shows 100% results according to predetermined specifications.
