Abstract

Creativity is one of the key elements in the development of entrepreneurship among students. Students as the younger generation are not only required to have business ideas, but also the ability to create innovations that are worth selling. This community service activity aims to build and increase students' creativity in designing and implementing entrepreneurial ideas through project-based learning and business incubation programs. The activity was carried out within the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Palangka Raya, involving 40 students from various study programs. Implementation methods include creative training, brainstorming ideas, business simulations, and product prototyping. The results of the activity show that training designed in a participatory manner is able to improve students' ability to initiate innovative, market-oriented, and local potential-based products. In addition, the involvement of lecturers as mentors also provides significant support for the success of the training. It can be concluded that student creativity in entrepreneurship needs to be facilitated in a sustainable manner through a supportive campus ecosystem, ranging from training, mentoring, to market access.

Abstract

Community service is carried out to improve performance in the field of human resources in the regional apparatus organization at the Palangka Raya City Bappeda office. It is necessary to provide job training in improving performance, as a motivation so that employees feel confident in completing tasks. To get the appropriate results, it was analyzed by distributing a questionnaire to 40 employees, to draw conclusions. The results of the service show that there is a need for job training by providing work motivation to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pendampingan brand image untuk usaha hospitality di Palangka Raya bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha memahami dan mengelola citra brand mereka dengan lebih efektif. Kegiatan pendampingan meliputi pelatihan dan workshop, sesi konsultasi individual, audit brand dan analisis kebutuhan, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi berkala. Pelatihan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi dasar tentang brand image, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi, sementara konsultasi individual membantu usaha merancang strategi brand yang spesifik dan relevan. Audit brand dan analisis kebutuhan membantu menilai kondisi brand saat ini dan menentukan langkah-langkah strategis. Manfaat dari pendampingan ini diberikan pada igas jenis usaha hospitality di Palangka Raya meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, perbaikan strategi brand, peningkatan kualitas layanan, daya saing yang lebih baik, adaptasi terhadap tren pasar, dan pengelolaan krisis yang lebih efektif. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pendampingan brand image memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan usaha hospitality di Palangka Raya, dengan membantu mereka membangun dan mempertahankan brand image yang kuat dan menarik.
