Abstract

In management research to improve the superior performance of organizations such as the Betang Asi Credit Union cooperative in Palangka Raya, the concept of management is the knowledge that applying it can be an advantage in performance. Knowledge management is able to be a competitive strategy with human resources who are able to apply their abilities and expertise in solving problems and exploiting opportunities. Awards support effective learning and motivation to build organizational competence. Based on the results of the study, the orga­nization must be able to help knowledge management to develop strategies to improve employee performance, produce significant results and knowledge, as well as strategies to improve the performance of the Betang Asi CU in Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Fajaray Multiraya kota Palangka Raya Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Jumlah populasi adalah 30 orang, yang mana semua menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Fajaray Multiraya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, yang dioperasikan melalui progam SPSS 21. Temuan - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital marketing strategies social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing on consumer behavior in emerging markets, with a focus on Sendys Swalayan in Palangka Raya City, Indonesia. As digital technology increasingly reshapes consumer engagement, businesses in developing regions must understand how strategic online efforts influence customer purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach, this study collected data from 44 respondents using structured Likert-scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The findings show that all three digital marketing strategies significantly influence consumer purchase decisions, with content marketing having the strongest effect (β = 0.351, p < 0.01), followed by social media marketing (β = 0.284, p < 0.01), and influencer marketing (β = 0.194, p < 0.05). These results indicate that content relevancy and perceived value are key factors that drive consumer interest and action. The study also highlights the importance of authenticity and social interaction in digital spaces, confirming the relevance of theories such as the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) and Source Credibility Theory. This research contributes to the limited literature on localized digital marketing in mid-sized Indonesian cities and offers practical recommendations for retailers aiming to optimize consumer engagement. The study suggests that businesses should prioritize informative, engaging content while leveraging social media and micro-influencer collaborations that align with local cultural values. These strategies are essential for enhancing brand awareness, building trust, and influencing consumer decision-making in the digital era.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer, Consumer Behavior, Purchase Decision, Emerging Markets.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to analyze the importance of training and competency development for female employees within the Palangka Raya Provincial Government. The main focus is directed at the identification of training needs, barriers to self-development, and the effectiveness of need-based training. The methods used included a survey of 40 female employees, in-depth interviews, and the implementation of module-based short training. The results show that the majority of respondents have never received leadership training and that the mastery of digital skills is still limited. After participating in the training, there was an increase in the average competency score of participants by 30%, as well as an increase in confidence and participation in work forums. This training also received a positive response from several agencies that intend to replicate it. These findings show that the development of female employee competencies not only supports organizational effectiveness, but also strengthens efforts towards an inclusive and gender-responsive bureaucracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of salary and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at iBox Palangka Raya. Improving job satisfaction is important because it can positively impact employee effectiveness and loyalty, which are influenced by internal organizational factors. Therefore, a quantitative approach was used to examine the relationship between these variables. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with the aid of SPSS version 23.0 software. The data used were primary data collected through questionnaires from 50 iBox Palangka Raya employees. The analysis showed that salary and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence of 63% on employee job satisfaction. This indicates that the better the salary structure and the stronger the organizational culture implemented, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction. These findings provide practical implications for iBox management to actively pay attention to the salary system and the development of organizational culture to create a conducive work environment. Future research is recommended to consider other variables, such as transformational leadership styles, to gain a more comprehensive understanding

Abstract

Community service is carried out to improve performance in the field of human resources in the regional apparatus organization at the Palangka Raya City Bappeda office. It is necessary to provide job training in improving performance, as a motivation so that employees feel confident in completing tasks. To get the appropriate results, it was analyzed by distributing a questionnaire to 40 employees, to draw conclusions. The results of the service show that there is a need for job training by providing work motivation to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pendampingan brand image untuk usaha hospitality di Palangka Raya bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha memahami dan mengelola citra brand mereka dengan lebih efektif. Kegiatan pendampingan meliputi pelatihan dan workshop, sesi konsultasi individual, audit brand dan analisis kebutuhan, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi berkala. Pelatihan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi dasar tentang brand image, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi, sementara konsultasi individual membantu usaha merancang strategi brand yang spesifik dan relevan. Audit brand dan analisis kebutuhan membantu menilai kondisi brand saat ini dan menentukan langkah-langkah strategis. Manfaat dari pendampingan ini diberikan pada igas jenis usaha hospitality di Palangka Raya meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, perbaikan strategi brand, peningkatan kualitas layanan, daya saing yang lebih baik, adaptasi terhadap tren pasar, dan pengelolaan krisis yang lebih efektif. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pendampingan brand image memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan usaha hospitality di Palangka Raya, dengan membantu mereka membangun dan mempertahankan brand image yang kuat dan menarik.

Abstract

Community service activities with analysis of the job satisfaction system for employees in increasing the sense of comfort and belonging at work are unique activities carried out. This activity was carried out on 63 employees who were registered as actively working. This is to improve management and systems between job satisfaction and worker motivation which can improve performance. By analogy, the results of this service become a reference for business owners in providing policies in the workplace. Implementation of the results of service activities with this analysis really helps workers in expressing and showing job satisfaction and motivation in achieving company targets. Theoretical and practical implications are obtained in the results of this research. Where the theoretical implications show the results that job satisfaction and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Honda Trio Raya employees in Palangka Raya City. This shows empirical support and strengthens the statement regarding the results of previous studies and statements in the literature that job satisfaction and motivation are indeed influencing factors to improve performance. The practical implications can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing showing that between the two independent variables, the job satisfaction variable has the highest influence on performance compared to other variables. In further service activities, this can be carried out at other dealers by including the work environment and service quality as the basis for the analysis.
