Abstract

This study aims to produce a valid, reliable, and practical assessment instrument to measure learning independence in science learning in elementary schools. In this study, learning independence adapted by Widuroyekti which consists of 5 constructs namely free responsibility, progressive thinking, initiative, self-control, and self-establishment. The research method used is development research using the 4-D model. The subject of this research involved 40 respondents from the total number of students in class V of SD Negeri 002 and SD Negeri 011 Pasir Sialang. The data were analyzed using the SPSS version 25.00 for Windows program. The results showed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable with an average Cronbach Alpha reliability value of (0.893>0.6), and each statement item had a value of (0.797 - 0.867) with a total construct value of 0.832. It can be concluded that the availability of an instrument that is feasible to use to measure student learning independence in science learning in elementary school that meets the requirements as a valid, reliable, and practical test. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis QR-Code pada materi ide pokok paragraf di kelas V sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) dengan metode Research and Development (R&D). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik dan guru bahasa Indonesia di empat daerah berbeda di Provinsi Riau yaitu Kota Pekanbaru, Kabupaten Kampar, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, dan Kabupaten Pelalawan yang bertotal 196 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas 90,6% (kategori sangat valid), tingkat kepraktisan 93,3% (kategori sangat praktis), dan tingkat keefektifan 95,8% (kategori sangat efektif). Produk ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia secara signifikan. Selain mendukung peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa, penelitian ini membantu menciptakan materi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan tuntutan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study aims to explain two main aspects: first, the role of teachers in instilling social attitudes among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 029 Sungai Pinang; second, the factors that facilitate or hinder teachers in this process.The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach to understand how social attitudes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 029 Sungai Pinang are cultivated through Social Studies (IPS) education. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model involving data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings indicate that: (1) Teachers employ IPS teaching strategies to instill social values in students, such as modeling positive social interactions both inside and outside the classroom, integrating IPS curriculum with social values, and initiating discussions with positive social messages at the beginning of lessons. Regular evaluations of social attitudes are also conducted. (2) The outcomes of cultivating social attitudes among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 029 Sungai Pinang through IPS education show successful results categorized as effective. Teachers have effectively instilled values such as honesty, politeness, self-discipline, and tolerance in accordance with predefined indicators
