Abstract

This research aims to improve work stress at PT Jamkrindo with the title research into the influence of Work Load, Work Life Balance, and Work Conflict on work stress in employees of PT Jamkrindo Tangerang Regency branch. The population used in this research were employees of PT Jamkrindo Tangerang Regency branch. The sample in this study was 54 respondents and the technique used was nonprobability sampling technique. The analytical tool used is quantitative analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 22.0 program and Microsoft Excel 2021. The results of this research show that workload (X1), work life balance(X2), and work conflict have a significant effect (X3) on work stress (Y)

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that faces a high risk of multiple disasters, one of which is fire disasters that can be prevented by the community through preparedness and early detection. The community service program, implemented by a team of lecturers and students from the Disaster Management Study Program at Budi Luhur University in collaboration with the Tanjungpinang SAR Office, conducted a basic fire extinguishing training session at SMAN 2 Tanjungpinang. The target audience for this training was students involved in the Scout, Paskibraka, and PKS (School Security Patrol) extracurricular activities, aimed at increasing student preparedness for fire emergencies. The activities included both theoretical materials and practical exercises on extinguishing fires and techniques for victim evacuation. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, particularly regarding the basic concepts of fire and victim movement, with understanding levels ranging from 45% to 100%, depending on the material. Although the results were positive, areas such as the type of fire extinguisher material and victim transfer techniques require further emphasis. This collaboration between educational institutions and disaster response agencies has proven effective in building student awareness to deal with emergency situations. Recommendations for future training include adopting a more interactive approach and incorporating intensive simulations to enhance students' understanding and readiness to face disaster.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work-life balance, reward and supervision on work discipline. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling with a sample of 40 respondents. The data in this study was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests (t-tests). This study uses the IBM SPSS application version 25. The study results show that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of PT Kharisma Auto Kreasi Permai employees in Tangerang City. Rewards do not have a significant effect on the work discipline of PT Kharisma Auto Kreasi Permai employees in Tangerang City. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of PT Kharisma Auto Kreasi Permai employees in Tangerang City. The conclusion of this study shows that work life balance and supervision have a positive and significant effect on work discipline, while rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and leadership style on loyalty in Volunteers Teaching of the Jakarta Window Community. Sampling in this study used the slovin formula for 86 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 22. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Loyalty, while Work Environment and Leadership Style have no effect and are not significant to Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on Organizational justice (X1), Job insecurity (X2), and Career Development (X3) on Turnover intention at Mood Studios in South Jakarta. The research used in this study is quantitative, the sampling technique used is non probability. The sample used in this study were 53 respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis (primary data), the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS v.22 software. The results of this study indicate the regression value equation, namely Y = 30.088 + (-0.22) X1 + 0.350 X2 + 0.306 X3 + € so it can be concluded that Organizational justice has no significant effect on Turnover intention, Job insecurity has no significant effect on Turnover intention, Career Development has a significant effect on Turnover intention. Contribution of the three independent variables R2 is 53.7% to Turnover intention (Y) and the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Employee Engagement is a positive thing, where employees are enthusiastic about working and achieving company goals. This research aims to examine the influence of Internal Communication, Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Engagement among Employees at the South Jakarta Mitra Dhuafa Commission Institute. This research used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling type, taking 99 employees of the South Jakarta Mintra Dhuafa Commission Institute as respondents in this research. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this research show that the Internal Communiaction and Motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on Employee Engagement. Meanwhile, the Work Environment variables do not have a significant influence on Employee Engagement. It is hoped that the results of this research can increase employee engagement at the South Jakarta Mintra Dhuafa Commission Institution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of Individual Character, Independent Attitude, and Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interest at SMK Yadika 5 in South Tangerang. The population in this study were students of SMK Yadika 5 in South Tangerang. Determination of the sample used in this study as many as 75 respondents using the Slovin formula approach technique. This retrieval uses a probability sampling technique. sampling using the analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire spread yes using a Likert scale. The research analysis tool uses SPSS version 20 software. The results of multiple linear analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method Y = 14,542 + 0,597 (X1) - 0,228 (X2) + 0,401 (X3) + €. The conclusion in this study is that individual character, entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Independent attitude has no significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and career development (X3) on teacher performance (Y) at SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, where all members of the population were included in the sample. A total of 45 respondents participated in the study. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with SPSS V.22. The regression equation derived from the analysis is Y = -6.296 + 0.471 X1 + 0.039 X2 + 1.081 X3 + €. The findings indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, suggesting that teachers who are motivated tend to perform better in their duties. On the other hand, work discipline showed a positive but not significant effect, implying that while discipline is important, it does not directly influence teacher performance in this study. Lastly, career development was found to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, highlighting the importance of professional growth opportunities in enhancing teaching effectiveness. These findings suggest that schools should focus on improving teacher motivation and career development programs to boost overall performance, while also addressing work discipline to some extent. Further studies could explore other factors that might influence teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of lecturer competence (X1), motivation (X2), and campus environment (X3) on students’ academic achievement (Y). The research focused on regular undergraduate students of the 2022 cohort at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. A quantitative research design was applied, with data collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique employed was probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, ensuring that each student had an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. A total of 86 valid responses were obtained. Data analysis consisted of descriptive analysis of the primary data and inferential analysis using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 22. The regression equation obtained was Y = 3.829 + 0.584X1 + 0.561X2 + 0.134X3 + €. The findings indicate that lecturer competence has a positive and significant effect on students’ academic achievement, implying that higher lecturer competence contributes to better student learning outcomes. Motivation also shows a positive and significant influence, highlighting that strong learning motivation plays a crucial role in improving academic performance. Meanwhile, the campus environment has a positive but not significant effect, suggesting that although the learning environment contributes to student achievement, its impact is not substantial when compared to other variables. Overall, the results underscore the importance of enhancing lecturer competence and fostering student motivation as key strategies for improving academic achievement, while also considering the campus environment as a supporting factor for student success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment (X1), Competence (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). The research was conducted at PT Citra Media Nusa Purnama with a sample of 96 employees located in West Jakarta. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 30 at a 5% significance level. The results indicate that Competence (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), while Work Environment (X1) does not show a significant effect. However, when tested simultaneously, the three variables together influence employee performance. These findings highlight that competence is a crucial factor in improving performance, particularly through training programs, mastery of technical knowledge, and the development of operational skills. In addition, motivation plays an essential role and can be strengthened by providing challenging tasks, recognizing employee achievements, encouraging initiative, and granting autonomy in decision-making. Although the work environment did not show a significant partial effect, it remains important to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to ensure employee well-being and productivity. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of competence development and motivation strategies as managerial priorities to enhance employee performance in the organization.
