Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of three main factors—Campus Environment (X1), Learning Media (X2), and Campus Facilities (X3)—on Student Learning Motivation (Y) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative design with a probability sampling approach using simple random sampling to ensure each student had an equal chance of being selected. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to regular students of the Class of 2023, with a total sample size of 85 respondents. Descriptive analysis was conducted to summarize the primary data, while multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 served as the main analytical tool. The regression equation obtained was Y = 28.218 + 0.580X1 + 0.656X2 + 0.147X3 + €, indicating that each independent variable contributes differently to student learning motivation. The results demonstrate that the Campus Environment has a significant partial effect on Student Learning Motivation, highlighting the importance of a conducive academic and social atmosphere. Learning Media also shows a significant partial effect, suggesting that effective and innovative instructional tools can enhance student engagement and drive. Meanwhile, Campus Facilities have a positive but not significant partial effect, implying that while facilities support learning, other factors may play a stronger role. These findings underscore the need for universities to optimize both environmental and pedagogical aspects to boost student motivation and performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of internal communication, work environment and career development on employee engagement in PT. Suplintama Maju Semesta at Tomang, West Jakarta. Using the Non Probability Sampling technique using the saturated method. As many as 52 employees at PT. Suplintama Maju Semesta were taken as respondents in this study. This reseacrh was conducted using multiple liniear regression methods Y = 1,144 + 0,235 X1 + 0,259 X2 + 0,267 X3 assisted by SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The result showed that internal communication (X1), work environment (X2) and career development (X3) had a positve and significant effect on employee engagement (Y).

Abstract

The Community Engagement in the Green Playground initiative aims to revitalize children's play facilities in RPTRA Petukangan Berseri with an emphasis on creating a friendly and creative environment. The strategy employed integrates the Green Playground concept, encompassing the use of eco-friendly materials, inclusive facility designs, and the expansion of green open spaces. With active participation from the local community, this program has yielded significant positive impacts.A crucial aspect of this initiative is the physical renovation of children's play facilities at RPTRA Petukangan Berseri. Through the Green Playground concept, these facilities are refurbished with more inviting and safe designs, fostering an engaging and secure play environment for children. Emphasizing the use of eco-friendly materials also provides long-term benefits to the surrounding environment, reducing carbon footprints and enhancing ecological sustainability. The implementation of the Green Playground concept offers opportunities for children and parents to learn about the importance of environmental conservation and practice sustainable lifestyles. Consequently, this program not only delivers tangible physical benefits but also enhances awareness and environmental responsibility at the local level.The success of the Community Engagement in the Green Playground initiative at RPTRA Petukangan Berseri serves as an inspirational example for sustainable development efforts in various cities and regions. Moreover, it makes a significant positive contribution to the well-being of children and their living environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap guru SMP di kecamatan karang tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang diolah menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja.   This study aims to examine the role of the work environment and leadership on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable among junior high school teachers in Karang Tengah District. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a total sample of 100 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale and processed using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2. The results of the study indicate that the work environment variable does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership also does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on teacher performance through work motivation. Meanwhile, leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and examine the influence of individual characteristics, career development, and the quality of human resources on employee performance at PT. Prima Vista Solusi using a quantitative approach through a survey method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents who are employees and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that individual characteristics and the quality of human resources have a significant effect on improving employee performance, while the career development variable does not have a significant effect on performance. This indicates that although the career development system has been well implemented, it has not yet become a primary factor in improving performance. Therefore, the company is advised to place greater focus on human resource management policies aimed at enhancing employees’ competencies, skills, and professionalism so that performance can be continuously improved in a sustainable manner.
