Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis hubungan antara variabel kinerja keuangan, financial distres dan nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada Perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa nilai perusahaan perlu ditingkatkan dengan mengefektifkan kinerja keuangan, nilai perusahaan dan financial distress. Sedangkan waktu yang dibutuhkan penulis dalam penelitian ini selama dua bulan, mulai bulan Juni 2021 sampai Agustus 2021 di Galeri Investasi FEB Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah 40 perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data dan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel intervening. Analisis jalur merupakan perluasan dari analisis regresi linear berganda yang berguna untuk menaksir hubungan kausalitas antara variabel yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya berdasarkan teori dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa Secara simultan dan parsial variabel kinerja keuangan dan financial distress berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan property yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengaruh langsung variabel kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan lebih besar dari terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui financial distress sebagai variabel intervening, dan Nilai t hitung uji sobel < dari t tabel untuk masing-masing variabel maka financial distress tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening. Secara tidak langsung variabel kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI melalui financial distress sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) in retail management and supply chain operations has transformed business processes by enabling real-time data collection, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis using Scopus-indexed literature and VOSviewer to map research contributions, key themes, and emerging trends at the intersection of IoT and retail management. The analysis identifies inventory management, supply chain transparency, automation, and AI-driven analytics as dominant research areas, with growing interest in blockchain-enhanced security, sustainability, and predictive analytics. Citation and co-authorship analyses highlight key influential studies and international collaboration networks, with India, China, and the United States emerging as major research hubs. Despite advancements, challenges remain in IoT security, interoperability, ethical considerations, and regulatory frameworks, necessitating further research on 5G-enabled IoT, edge computing, and resilient supply chains. This study provides a comprehensive overview of IoT-driven retail research, offering valuable insights for academics, industry professionals, and policymakers to drive innovation and efficiency in the digital retail landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategies of inclusive ecotourism and its role in promoting social transformation and improving community welfare in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. A qualitative case study design was applied, involving 20 informants comprising tourism entrepreneurs, village officials, community leaders, youth, and NGO representatives. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews (45–90 minutes each), participatory observation at tourist sites, and analysis of 12 policy and program documents. The data were analyzed thematically using Miles and Huberman’s framework, with triangulation of sources and member checking to ensure validity. The results indicate that inclusive ecotourism strategies rely on optimizing local natural and cultural potential (e.g., waterfalls, forests, traditional cuisine), governance through Pokdarwis and village cooperatives, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. These practices have led to income diversification—household earnings from tourism increased by an estimated 20–35%—strengthened cultural identity, and improved social cohesion measured through greater youth and women’s participation. The main challenges remain limited infrastructure, low tourism literacy, and internal conflicts due to unclear benefit-sharing mechanisms. On the other hand, opportunities include growing youth involvement (over 40% of active actors in new initiatives), government support programs, and integration with the regional tourism sector. The findings imply that inclusive, community-based ecotourism can serve as a sustainable development model when supported by policy interventions in infrastructure, capacity building, and equitable governance. This study contributes theoretically by linking ecotourism to social transformation and practically by offering policy recommendations for rural tourism development.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to the local trade ecosystem in Indonesia, including Bone Regency. This study aims to explore the readiness of MSME sellers and consumer perceptions of empowerment features in e-commerce platforms, using a phenomenological qualitative approach. A total of 10 sellers and 10 consumers who are active on the Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop platforms were interviewed in depth, supported by virtual observation and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the digital readiness of sellers is influenced not only by the availability of devices and networks but also by digital literacy, innovative promotional strategies, self-learning, and support from family and community. Sellers who can adapt creatively and actively across platforms are more likely to thrive in the competitive digital market. On the consumer side, features such as promotions, free shipping, ratings, reviews, and ease of returns are key factors in empowering and building trust. A preference for local products also grows stronger when supported by a good digital reputation and responsive customer service. However, there are challenges in the form of unequal access to digital training and the need for platform policy innovations that are more friendly to local MSMEs. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital literacy, cross-actor collaboration, and inclusive strategies to ensure that digital transformation is effective, inclusive, and sustainable at the local level.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally changed consumer behavior patterns and retail business strategies in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the omnichannel experiences and strategies implemented by retailers and their impact on consumer loyalty in the hybrid shopping era, with a case study in Bone Regency. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of retailers and consumers actively shopping across online and offline channels. The findings reveal that consumers are becoming increasingly flexible in their channel choices, relying on the unique advantages of each channel to achieve convenience, speed, and added value. Channel integration, information transparency, and ease of access have become basic expectations that shape consumer loyalty. Cross-channel promotional programs and integrated loyalty systems have proven to strengthen emotional attachment and encourage consumers to become brand advocates. However, the main challenges remain in synchronizing stock and promotional information, staff digital literacy limitations, and service consistency across all channels. The implications of this study underscore the importance of investing in technology, training human resources, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to create an inclusive and sustainable hybrid retail ecosystem. Recommendations are provided for businesses and policymakers to be more adaptable in responding to the dynamics of consumer behavior in the digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari strategi pemasaran, layanan pelanggan, dan teknologi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di industri ritel di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 190 responden melalui kuesioner terstruktur, dengan variabel-variabel yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor - strategi pemasaran, layanan pelanggan, dan teknologi - memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan teknologi memiliki pengaruh terkuat. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan faktor-faktor kunci ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di sektor ritel Indonesia. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para manajer dan praktisi ritel yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif melalui fokus strategis pada pemasaran, layanan, dan teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran regulasi keuangan dalam mencegah krisis ekonomi global melalui pendekatan bibliometrik terhadap literatur ilmiah. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan perhatian akademik terhadap regulasi keuangan, terutama setelah krisis keuangan global 2008, dengan fokus utama pada reformasi kebijakan dan stabilitas sistem keuangan. Seiring waktu, perhatian literatur bergeser menuju inovasi teknologi seperti fintech, cryptocurrency, dan digital finance, yang membawa peluang sekaligus tantangan baru dalam regulasi. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi dominasi penelitian oleh negara-negara maju, seperti Amerika Serikat, Inggris, dan Prancis, dengan sedikit perhatian terhadap dampak regulasi pada konteks negara berkembang. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya regulasi yang seimbang antara stabilitas dan inovasi, serta perlunya pendekatan berbasis risiko yang fleksibel untuk menghadapi dinamika teknologi keuangan modern. Selain itu, koordinasi internasional menjadi elemen kunci dalam memastikan keberhasilan regulasi global. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi pembuat kebijakan dan akademisi dalam mengembangkan regulasi keuangan yang adaptif dan efektif.
