ABSTRAK Persalinan adalah momen penting bagi ibu hamil yang seringkali disertai kecemasan dan kurangnya kesiapan fisik. Keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi dan praktik persiapan persalinan yang tepat menjadi tantangan di banyak komunitas. Program senam hamil merupakan intervensi non-farmakologis yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran dan kepercayaan diri ibu hamil. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan fisik dan mental ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan melalui implementasi program senam hamil terstruktur di Aula Desa Cengkong, Kecamatan Purwasari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 6 Mei 2025 di Aula Desa Cengkong, Kecamatan Purwasari, dengan melibatkan 20 ibu hamil trimester ketiga (umur kehamilan 7-9 bulan) sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sesi senam hamil rutin, edukasi pernapasan persalinan, dan diskusi interaktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipasi serta kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan tentang manfaat senam hamil dan teknik pernapasan ibu hamil, serta umpan balik lisan. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang manfaat senam hamil dari rata-rata 65% pada pre-test menjadi 87% pada post-test, dan pengetahuan tentang teknik pernapasan dari rata-rata 70% pada pre-test menjadi 91% pada post-test. Program senam hamil efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan fisik dan mental ibu hamil untuk persalinan. Diharapkan program serupa dapat direplikasi dan diintegrasikan ke dalam program kesehatan ibu dan anak di tingkat komunitas. Meningkatkan pengetahuan kader pentingnya senam hamil untuk proses persalinan melalui penyuluhan dan praktik senam ibu hamil. ABSTRACT Labor is an important moment for pregnant women who are often accompanied by anxiety and lack of physical readiness. Limitations of access to information and practices of appropriate labor preparation are challenges in many communities. The pregnancy exercise program is a non-pharmacological intervention that has proven effective in increasing the fitness and confidence of pregnant women. This community service aims to increase the physical and mental readiness of pregnant women in the face of childbirth through the implementation of the Structured Pregnant Gymnastics Program in the Cengkong Village Hall, Purwasari District. The activity was carried out on May 6, 2025 in the Cengkong Village Hall, Purwasari District, involving 20 third trimester pregnant women (7-9 months of pregnancy) as a participant. The implementation method includes regular pregnancy exercise sessions, delivery education, and interactive discussion. Data is collected through observation of participation and pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the level of knowledge about the benefits of pregnancy exercise and breathing techniques for pregnant women, as well as oral feedback. The results show a significant increase in the knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of pregnancy exercise from an average of 65% in pre-test to 87% in post-test, and knowledge of respiratory techniques from an average of 70% in pre-test to 91% in post-test. Pregnant exercise programs are effective in increasing the physical and mental readiness of pregnant women for labor. It is hoped that similar programs can be replicated and integrated into maternal and child health programs at the community level. increase the knowledge of cadres regarding the importance of pregnancy exercises for the birthing process through counseling and practice of pregnancy exercises.
