Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi optimasi sistem produksi di Industri Perakitan Selang Hidrolik menggunakan pendekatan Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang ada dalam proses produksi dan menilai efektivitas VSM dalam menyelaraskan operasi. Metodologi melibatkan kombinasi metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan manajer produksi, personel pengendalian kualitas, dan insinyur proses memberikan wawasan tentang praktik produksi saat ini dan area yang perlu diperbaiki. Studi gerak waktu dan analisis data produksi mengukur waktu tunggu, waktu siklus, dan hambatan proses. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi VSM mengurangi waktu tunggu, tingkat persediaan, dan biaya produksi sambil meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan pengiriman tepat waktu. Integrasi teknologi digital, seperti simulasi dan desain berbantuan komputer, meningkatkan aplikasi VSM. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang optimasi produksi dalam Industri Perakitan Selang Hidrolik. Dengan mengadopsi VSM dan kemajuan terbaru, perusahaan dapat mencapai efisiensi yang lebih tinggi, kualitas produk yang lebih baik, dan daya saing yang lebih baik di pasar global.

Abstract

PT. Kiat Ananda Group is a company engaged in the logistics and cold chain industry that focuses on the distribution of products that require strict temperature control. Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Ananda Group's tips show a positive correlation between CSR initiatives and increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. More active customer engagement in CSR programs, facilitated through innovative and personalized communication campaigns, has the potential to significantly increase the company's sales. By strengthening the emotional bond between customers and brands, companies can build a loyal customer base and drive long-term sales increases. This study aims to analyze the influence of CSR, customer trust, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Tips from Ananda Group Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a random sampling technique and involves 100 respondents of PT. Tips from Ananda Group Surabaya. Primary data is collected through questionnaires to ensure the relevance and accuracy of the information. Data analysis was carried out using a statistical approach using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the proposed hypothesis. Through quantitative/statistical data analysis, this study seeks to test the proposed hypothesis and provide recommendations that can be used by PT. Ananda Group Surabaya's tips to increase their customer loyalty. The results of the study show that: (1) CSR has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, (2) customer trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Odoo merupakan sebuah layanan ERP yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan manajemen kerja. Namun, Odoo saat ini belum memiliki sistem FIFO yang komprehensif untuk mengelola persediaan sehingga sulit untuk melacak inventaris berdasarkan gudang, nomor seri, dan tanggal masuk barang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem First In First Out (FIFO) di Odoo 13. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, yang melibatkan langkah-langkah sistematis dan berurutan. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data tentang persyaratan untuk sistem FIFO, merancang struktur sistem dan diagram, mengimplementasikan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python, mengintegrasikan dan menguji sistem. Hasil penelitian meliputi pengembangan sistem FIFO dalam Odoo 13, yang meliputi pembuatan basis data relasional, pemrograman backend dan implementasi model stock_move_line, stock_quant, dan product_product.

Abstract

In the digital era with high internet penetration and rapid e-commerce growth, the need for digital solutions to increase business efficiency is increasingly urgent. The Android-based travel letter application is here as the right solution to help the sales team manage tasks, track and create reports easily and efficiently. This application offers various benefits, such as easier mobility, efficiency with automation features, increased productivity, and closer consumer relationships. Features such as a camera to upload proof of travel documents, search to make it easier to find travel documents, and travel history to view travel history of travel documents, further increase the value of this application. This application development uses the prototype method and has been tested with user acceptance testing (UAT) and user satisfaction surveys. The results show that 95.3% of the 95 UAT respondents and 99.6% of the 35 survey respondents were satisfied with the application performance. This shows that this Android-based travel document application is suitable for use and can help improve company performance.
