<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) system quality terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG, (2) intention to use terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG , (3) system quality dan intention to use secara bersama-sama terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara: (1) system quality terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG (thitung (3,95) > ttabel (2,03)) ; (2) intention to use terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG (thitung (2,22) > ttabel (2,03)); (3) system quality dan intention to use secara bersama-sama terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG (Fhitung (31,70) > Ftabel (4,11)). This research is quantitative research with the correlational method. The population of this research was all 40 employees of BKPSDM Karanganyar District. This research sample used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 40 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of: (1) system quality on net benefit of using SIMPEG (tcount (3,95) > ttable (2,03)); (2) intention to use on net benefit of using SIMPEG (tcount (2,22) > ttable (2,03)); (3) system quality and intention to use together on net benefit of using SIMPEG (Fcount (31,70) > Ftable (4,11)).
