Abstract

Hipertensi telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang utama di seluruh dunia, terutama pada lansia adanya peningkatan berkelanjutan tekanan darah sistolik di atas 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik di atas 90 mmHg itu lah yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi pada lansia selain dengan farmakologi dapat pula dilakukan dengan non farmakologi seperti senam hipertensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Senam Hipertensi Lansia Terhadap Tekanan Darah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimen dengan One Group Pre test-post test design. Jumlah sampel 30 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Sphygmomanometer, sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata tekanan darah sebelum melakukan senam hipertensi dengan medium rata-rata sistole 180,00 mmHg dan rata-rata diastole 110,00 mmHg dan rata-rata tekanan darah sesudah melakukan senam hipertensi dengan medium rata-rata sistole 150,00 mmHg dan rata-rata diastole 90,00 mmHg. Kesimpulannya ada pengaruh senam lansia terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam lansia pada lanjut usia yang mengalami hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation on improving organizational performance. The BSC is a strategic management tool that evaluates performance from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and managers in organizations that have formally implemented BSC. The results show that each BSC perspective has a significant positive influence on organizational performance, especially in enhancing financial efficiency, customer satisfaction, internal process optimization, and employee development. However, successful implementation is closely linked to top management commitment, organization-wide understanding of BSC, and adequate training resources. This study provides practical insights for organizations seeking to improve performance through structured and sustainable BSC application.
