Abstract

Meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta mencerminkan besarnya tanggung jawab terhadap tugas tugas yang diberikan sehingga dapat mewujudkan tujuan dari organisasi atau instansi. Cara yang digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa baik kinerja seorang pegawai adalah dengan penilaian kinerja, tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan umpan balik kepada karyawan dalam upaya memperbaiki kinerjanya dan meningkatkan kinerja instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PNS di BPPKAD Kabupaten Rembang. Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PNS BPPKAD Kabupaten Rembang yang berjumlah 77 ressponden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data subjek. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1.) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. 2.) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. 3.) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

A person's performance greatly influences what the company wants to achieve. If the employee's performance is bad, it has a big influence on the company's development, namely the company's development will decrease, and vice versa, if the employee's performance is good, the company will experience an increase. Managing good performance so that the performance process can run well, you must also pay attention to several important things, one of which is the employee environment, employee discipline and rewards. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and rewards on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. Supreme Food Rembang Regency. The data used in this research is subject data or primary data. The data source used in this research uses primary data sources. Data collection used a questionnaire in the form of statements totaling 44 questions. The research sample used a saturated sample, that is, the entire population was sampled, namely 58 employees in the production department of PT. Supreme Food Rembang Regency. The testing technique uses validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results stated that the work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline had a non-significant positive effect on employee performance, rewards had a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and demonstrate the influence of leadership, working conditions, and motivation on employee performance. This study used a sample of 41 DINDUKCAPIL employees in Rembang Regency, using a saturated sampling method, so that all existing employees became research subjects. To analyze the data, reliability tests, validity tests, t-tests (partial), and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis were used, processed using the latest version of SPSS. The results showed that leadership has a positive, although not significant, influence on employee performance. The same is true for the working conditions variable, which shows a positive but not significant impact. In contrast to the two previous variables, motivation shows a statistically significant positive influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis obtained a value of 0.497, which means that 49.7% of the influence of leadership, working conditions, and motivation on employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other independent variables not included in this study.
