Educators need to approach students to help them achieve their learning goals well. Based on observations, it is suspected that the pattern of approach taken by students is not optimal, so it becomes an obstacle to achieving the vision and mission of the Alfa Omega Semarang Theological Seminary. The researcher takes an objective measurement of the application of the approach pattern. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, which tests descriptive hypotheses. The result is that the Level of Implementation of the Approach Pattern in Teaching at the Alfa Omega Semarang Seminary Theology is in the medium category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the prospective marriage's understanding of the pre-marital guidance material at the Beth-El Tabernacle Alfa Omega Gajah Mada-Semarang Church on congregational household harmony. The results of the first hypothesis proposed in this study are: Understanding of the Premarital Guidance Material in the 60% category is not accepted. The second hypothesis is that the harmony in the household of the congregation who has followed the Pre-Marriage Guidance is in the 60% category not accepted. The third hypothesis which is thought to have a positive influence between Pre-Marriage Guidance at the Beth-El Tabernacle Christ Church of Alfa Omega Semarang on household harmony is greatly accepted or has a positive relationship. Because the correlation coefficient value obtained is 723a, it is included in the high category in the correlation coefficient interpretation table.

Effectiveness is understood as a level of success produced by a person or organization in a certain way in accordance with the goals to be achieved. State Junior High School 1 Tayu uses e-learning in the learning process of Christian Religious Education. E-learning is a medium that can be used in the distance learning process. There is an allegation that the effectiveness of the use of e-learning is not optimal in the learning process of Christian Religious Education at the State Junior High School 1 Tayu. This is evidenced by the discovery of the obstacles that occur. This study aims to find out how effective the use of e-learning is in the learning process of Christian Religious Education at Tayu 1 State Junior High School. This is very important because E-Learning must be developed at SMP Negeri 1 Tayu. If this is not followed up, problems will arise in the use of E-Learning in the Christian Religious Education learning process. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative research methods.The results of the research conducted are the effectiveness of the use of e-learning in the learning process of Christian Religious Education at SMP Negeri 1 Tayu has been used quite well, meaning that the use of e-learning is quite effective. According to the findings, researchers still find obstacles experienced by educators and students in the use of e-learning.

Based on the results of temporary observations, the researchers found that the teaching method used by the STT Christ Alfa Omega lecturer was less effective, as evidenced by the lack of enthusiasm of students towards the material provided by the lecturer, this was based on interviews with several students. So the purpose of this research is to find out how big the level of application of effective teaching methods in the online learning process at STT Christ Alfa Omega is. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. Based on data analysis, the value of applying effective teaching methods in the online learning process at STT Christ Alfa Omega is in the high category or 88.49%.

Abstract The learning strategy from sunday school is the teacher's strategy to achieve learning objectives by setting interesting learning materials, choosing methods that can develop learning activities, using media that support learning, and applying certain approaches. There are indications that the implementation of learning strategies at Kahal Kids has not been maximized, so a study was conducted to determine the value of the learning strategies from sunday school in increasing children's interest in participating in online Sunday school worship at Baithani Kahal Church Semarang. After analyzing the data, concluded that the learning strategy from sunday school in increasing children's interest in participating in online Sunday school worship at Gereja Baithani Kahal Semarang is 81.4% or very high. Furthermore, the demonstration method that Sunday children are most interested in is online worship, with a value of 90.4% or very high.

The research objectives are: To determine the level of implementation of Project Based Learning based learning model on Christian religious subjects for students in class X-XII SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa. This study uses quantitative descriptive research, which aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Project Based Learning-based learning models on Christian religious subjects for students in class XXII of SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa. Where the data collection technique using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of the hypothesis test; Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Because the value of the hypothesis (ยต0) 60% or equal to 51, is not the same as the value of the empirical score or smaller, namely 45.29. And the variable value of the implementation of Project Based Learning based learning model on Christian religious subjects in class X-XII SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa obtained 53.29 in the medium category (41-60).

In this study, it is suspected that the effectiveness of the evangelism program among regular students still less than the maximum marked by the lack of enthusiasm of students in carrying out mandatory evangelism. So the purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the evangelism program among regular students STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Academic Year 2021/2022. The method used is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of interviews and analysis conducted by researchers, then it is known that the implementation of the evangelism program at the STT KAO Semarang is less effective, this can be seen from the implementation of mandatory evangelism has not fully become a lifestyle because of a lack of obedience to God's Word. Evangelism is a must that must be carried out by every believer as a form of love and obedience to God's Word. Therefore, every regular student at STT KAO Semarang needs to experience a renewal of the concept of thinking according to God's Word by involving lecturers to provide teaching what the Bible says about evangelism.

It has been suggested that the blended learning model in SMK Negeri of the 3 Lahewa is less effective. This is because most students claim the use of the blended learning learning model is less helpful to students in understanding the learning materials. It was to identify the extent of blended learning during the pandemic. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative description. Based on hypothesis testing acquired a level of effectiveness of learning blended learning during the pandemic in SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa the year 2021/2022 fall under the category of 57, 28%.

This study aims to determine how big and how effective is the implementation of problem solving learning strategies among PAK students at the Alfa Omega Christ Theology College Semarang. In this study, researchers used a combination research method (mixed methods).The results of the study on the Effectiveness of Problem Solving Learning Strategies Among PAK Students at the Alfa Omega Christ Theology College Semarang with the results of the previous hypothesis that 60% was rejected because it was proven that the quantitative and qualitative data analysis was 84% so that it was greater than the previous hypothesis in the very good category, in meaning that PAK lecturers and PAK students have tried to apply problem solving learning strategies well. According to the findings, researchers still find obstacles experienced by lecturers and students in implementing problem solving learning strategies, namely in problem solving steps with research results.
