Abstract

The development of the times has given rise to a new type of media called the internet. Starting from the convenience provided by the internet to carrying out daily activities such as searching for information, communicating and shopping. Online purchases (Online Shop), are shopping activities carried out via the internet. In the business world, the higher the competition, the higher the marketing strategies implemented by a number of industries and companies at the global level. The aim of this research is to determine the partial influence of cultural, social and personal characteristics factors on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application. Descriptive quantitative research method with a sample size of 97 people. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS Statistical Program for Social Sciences 2.7. The results of the research found that cultural factors partially had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, then partially social factors had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, and partially personal characteristic factors had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. on Tokopedia

Abstract

Sustainability accounting goes beyond the traditional financial reporting framework by encompassing non-financial information that significantly affects long-term business performance and societal welfare. This study employs a Literature Review methodology to critically analyze existing research on sustainability accounting's role in enhancing stakeholder trust and transparency. The literature review on "The Role of Sustainability Accounting in Enhancing Stakeholder Trust and Transparency" reveals that sustainability accounting is a critical mechanism for promoting corporate accountability, ethical behavior, and long-term stakeholder engagement. It facilitates transparent communication of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on reliable, non-financial information.

Abstract

Abstract: The population of this research is the Sepakat Sejatela Syariah Cooperative from 2020 to 2022. The data collection method used is the library survey method. The data used in this research was obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the Sepakat Sejahtera Syariah Cooperative website (https: //ntbmall.com) /store/. This data is secondary data in the form of the next report. Koperashi-Syariah-Prosperity Agreement). The data analysis technique used is to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data using liquidity ratios (current ratio, short-term ratio, liquidity ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio, debt to asset ratio). Descriptive analysis whose aim is to analyze. Analysis of long-term equity and debt ratios). The results of the analysis are as follows. (1) Liquidity Ratio: Based on the average calculation for 2020-2022, the current ratio is 1224.67%, the quick ratio is 1221.07%, and the current ratio is less than 636.91%. Because this ratio is above the institutional average, it is recommended for institutions to maintain their financial performance and increase profits in the coming year. Abstract

Program magang sebagai proses pembelajaran yang membekali mahasiswa dengan pengalaman kerja atau praktik secara langsung dan melatih mahasiswa untuk memiliki pengetahuan spesifik terhadap bidang keahlian tertentu yang sesuai dengan minat dan kondisi serta situasi di dunia kerja secara nyata. Dalam lingkungan kerja, seseorang diharapkan mempunyai etika yang merupakan serangkaian nilai atau norma yang dipegang erat oleh setiap orang. Beberapa mahasiswa mungkin belum memahami sepenuhnya prinsip-prinsip etika dalam interaksi sosial, terutama dalam konteks profesional di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu pembekalan magang bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen dengan memberikan materi tentang Etika dalam Interaksi Sosial perlu dilaksanakan. Metode pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, disiapkan materi yang berkaitan dengan tema. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, para pelaksana menyampaiakn materi tentang Etika dalam Interaksi Sosial. Pada tahap evaluasi, pelaksana  memberikan sesi tanya-jawab untuk mengetahui pemahaman mereka tentang materi yang telah disampaikan dan hasil jawaban mereka dianalisis. Hasil dari pembekalan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembekalan magang tentang Etika dalam Interaksi Sosial penting karena memberikan pemahaman perilaku yang sesuai dalam lingkungan kerja, serta membantu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan rekan kerja. Disamping itu, membantu mahasiswa untuk sukses dalam pekerjaan dan karier mereka di masa yang akan datang melalui komunikasi yang efektif dan perilaku yang etis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pembekalan magang mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen tentang Etika dalam Interaksi Sosial adalah mahasiswa magang memiliki pengetahuan tentang Etika dalam berinteraksi di tempat magang.
