Abstract

A B S T R A K Etika administrasi public memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola pendidikan yang transparan, akuntabel dan berintegrasi.Artikel ini membahas penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika administrasipublik disektor pendidikan, termasuk pentingnya kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan keadilan dalam pengambilan keputusan serta menejemen lembaga pendidikan. Penerpan etika ini tidak hanya memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga pendidikan, tetapi juga mencegah prakti-praktik korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme yang sering kali menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan. Selain itu, etika administrasi public berfungsi sebagai landasan untuk menciptakan akses pendidikan yang inklusif dan adil bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat.Artikel ini juga menyoroti tantangan-tantangan utama dalam penerapan etika administrasi public di pendidikan serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pendidikan yang lebih baik,professional, dan bertanggung jawab. A B S T R A C T Public administration ethics has an important role in improving the quality of transparent, accountable and integrated educational governance. This article discusses the application of the principles of public administration ethics in the education sector, including the importance of honesty, responsibility and fairness in decision making and management of educational institutions. The application of this ethics not only strengthens public trust in educational institutions, but also prevents practices of corruption, collusion and nepotism which often become challenges in the world of education. Apart from that, public administration ethics functions as a foundation for creating inclusive and fair access to education for all levels of society. This article also highlights the main challenges in implementing public administration ethics in education and provides strategic recommendations for realizing better educational governance, professional and responsible.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rengel Village, Tuban Regency, through the innovation of pumpkin-based (waluh) donuts as a utilization of local potential. The research uses the Asset-Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes community empowerment through asset mapping, shared vision, action design, and sustainable implementation. The research stages include preparation of ingredients, dough mixing, shaping, fermentation, frying, cooling, topping, packaging, and product evaluation. The results show that the pumpkin donut innovation can improve community skills in food processing, add value to local ingredients, and create new business opportunities based on village resources. The pumpkin donuts have a soft texture, balanced sweetness, attractive appearance, and high nutritional content, thus potentially enhancing community welfare through local MSME development. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of local resource-based product innovations.
