Abstract

This community service activity carried out by lecturers and students aims to improve the understanding of hard skills and soft skills of SMK Al Ansori students in preparation for the world of work. In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, a balanced competency between technical skills (hard skills) and interpersonal skills (soft skills) is very important. This activity consists of a series of workshops, trainings, and simulations designed to provide students with hands-on experience in skills development relevant to industry demands. Through an interactive approach, students will be trained in various aspects, such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, as well as technical skills according to their majors. In addition, this activity also involves discussions with professionals in the field to provide insight into the world of work and the challenges faced. The expected outcome of this activity is an increase in students' confidence, a better understanding of the importance of the combination of hard and soft skills, and their readiness to enter the competitive world of work. Thus, this activity is expected to contribute to improving the quality of SMK Al Ansori graduates in facing future career challenges.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and work ethic on employee performance. Several causes affect employee performance, such as performance culture and work ethic. The high number of employee resignations in the Fastener department of PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk indicates a problem in performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative method. The population was 120 employees of the fastener department. With the Slovin formula, a sample of 93 was obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, Data selection was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, T tests, F tests and determination coefficients through the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of the study illustrate that the variables of work culture and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The output of the determination test illustrates the influence of work culture and work ethic on performance by 40%. The existence of a study can be understood that the better the work culture implemented by the company and the better the employee work ethic, the higher the level of employee performance in business.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology requires corporate organisations to be able to compete for the continuity of the company's operations. Reliable and qualified human resources are needed in carrying out company operations. It will be very difficult for companies to achieve targets and goals and win business competition, if not supported by employees who have high loyalty. Loyalty is an employee's loyal attitude towards the company where he works to maintain or protect the company and make optimal contributions for the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi both partially and simultaneously. This study uses associative research with quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses the slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%. The data collection technique used a questionnaire as many as 100 respondents of Bhakti Husada Cikarang Bekasi Hospital employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi by looking at the t test results obtained t count 5.692> t table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi by looking at the t test results obtained t count 8.206> t table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Compensation and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi by looking at the results of the F test obtained F count 38.613> F table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05
