Abstract

This research is useful for understanding the influence of economic literacy, socioeconomic status, and modernity on the consumption behavior of elementary school teachers in Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative research in analyzing the problem in the phenomenon under study. The sample in this study was 81 teachers from a population of 426 teachers who were taken using Simple Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. In analyzing the data, descriptive percentage analysis was used, as well as hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that partially economic literacy (X1), socioeconomic status (X2), modernity (X3) have a positive and significant impact on the consumption behavior of primary school teachers (Y) in Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. In addition, simultaneously economic literacy (X1), socioeconomic status (X2), modernity (X3) together have an effect on the consumption behavior of primary school teachers (Y) in Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency.

Abstract

Community Partnership Program (PKM): Training on the preparation of assessment instruments for children's interests and learning styles for teachers in kindergartens in Majene Regency, aims to improve the competence and basic ability of teachers in mastering assessments in education units, especially in kindergartens. This PKM will be held from April to November 2023 in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi with partners of the Indonesian Kindergarten Teachers Association (IGTKI) Banggae Branch, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. PKM participants consist of teachers and principals of PAUD units. The methods used in this PKM activity are lectures, discussions, questions and answers and assignments. Analysis of the success rate of PKM activities is through measuring the level of mastery of the material and task completion. The final condition of the implementation of this Community Partnership Program activity shows that participants can understand how to prepare a Diagnostic Assessment on aspects of children's readiness and interest in learning in kindergarten. The success of this PKM can be seen from the high participation and motivation and discipline of participants during the training activities.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the development of digital business literacy activities in agricultural management in Makassar City carried out by KT Cokonuri. This study was conducted in Gunung sari Village, Makassar City. The development of digital business literacy is suitable to be studied to measure the extent of development carried out by the KT Cokonuri Farming business. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative research method with descriptive use. This study uses data collection techniques through field observation and interview methods. The informants in this study numbered three people, namely the chairman, treasurer, and also the field extension worker at KT Cokonuri. Informant sampling was used using the purposive sampling technique. This study shows that there is still a lack of development of digital business literacy carried out by KT Cokonuri members. Digital business literacy is only carried out if there are training activities by instructors and is not carried out routinely. The development that needs to be carried out is more related to digital business literacy activities, including (1) utilizing technology, (2) conducting routine socialization related to digital business, and (3) overcoming obstacles by adding facilities to support literacy activities. Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain knowledge and understanding regarding the influence of Entrepreneurial Literacy and Digital Economic Literacy on the Success of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Makassar City with Entrepreneurial Motivation as a Moderator Variable. The method used is quantitative research techniques with descriptive research type. The sample in the research was 100 Culinary MSME Business Actors. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). The research results obtained are, 1. Entrepreneurial literacy and digital economic literacy have an influence on entrepreneurial motivation; 2. Entrepreneurial literacy and digital economic literacy have a significant effect on business success; 3. Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant influence on business success; 4. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and business success; 5. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and business success.
