Abstract

Biggest shifts have been in technology for marketplace, E-Commerce model, especially. The world has becomemore global and market is easily accessible. Consumers become very refined in looking for their choice of goodsand services that they are looking for. Today, there are numerous online marketplace options available to suitconsumer needs. E-Commerce offers a wide range of information technology to enhance communications andtransactions with any related stakeholders in an organization. Focusing on XYZ generation characteristic, thisstudy is sampling three of Indonesia’s leading online marketplace providing consumer-to-consumer approach,one of the business models that bridge one consumer to another for their transaction of products or services.Consumer engagement is one fact that online marketplace focus on. Understanding the consumer to improvecustomer service is bringing online marketplace to the next level, rather than just updating their platform of selling.

Abstract

ABSTRACTKnown for its distinctive art, Bali declared as one of the main tourist destinations of Indonesia. Painting isone of them, in addition to carving, dance and many other arts. Besides canvas as a medium of painting,Balinese artists also use other media to express their artwork. In this Community Service, the author highlightedartisans of wooden egg painting, located in Banjar Gerih, Batuan Village, District Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali,Indonesia. Gianyar Regency, itself, well-known as the centre of art. Based on the problems encountered, the useof online media, were taken as an alternative solution to streamline marketing as well as increase number ofproduct sales. Performance indicator is a 100% increase in partner revenue; creating an online marketingaccounts at one of online marketplace and able to maintain the account.

Abstract

Evolusi dan revolusi teknologi menbawa perubahan di berbagai bidang, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Sejalan dengan alih generasi yang membawa karakterisktik masing-masing, pembelajaran konvesional mengalami tansformasi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi seperti komputer, Internet dan mobile dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan Blended Learning dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap keterlibatan pebelajar dan pembelajar dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai kesiapan dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan berbasis TIK di Era Industri 4.0. Menerapkan metode analisis deskriptif, studi ini dilakukan dengan metode pre, during dan post?event yang merupakan kombinasi pembelajaran konvensional melalui pertemuan tatap muka, maupun secara online melalui E-Learning dan korespondensi, serta pengadaan survey di akhir semester untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari mahasiswa. Hasil studi merefleksikan bahwa pembelajaran dengan metode Blended Learning lebih efektif dan dapat diterima oleh pembelajar di pendidikan tinggi yang sebagian besar merupakan generasi milenial.

Abstract

Generation transformation be inline with the evolution and technological revolution that also contributes to a change in various fields. Digital generation, with their characteristic of be connected 24 hours per day, is comfortable with technology and prefers to communicate using technology services, rather than through conventional ways. Based on that, this generation can easily make an adjustments in the Industrial Age 4.0 where information availability is accessible fast and precise with the support of Information Technology. Located in one of Bali's well-established universities located in the center of tourism destinations of Jimbaran Bali, this study is applied to their newly accepted student candidate. Practically, the university itself has a proven E-Learning system in place. Given the opportunity to expand their English, before being officially registered on that system, these new learner, have no media to engage with their lecturers or classmates. Therefore, there is a need for educational technology that offers communication platforms, collaboration, and training. Applying descriptive analysis method, this research data is done with pre, post and evaluation scheme which is combination of conventional class learning, E-Learning, including obtaining a survey at the end of course, to get feedback from learners.Keywords-Blended learning, digital learning, native digital, industrial revolution, generation characteristic.

Abstract

The world has been affected by the global recession so they have developed crisis strategies and are looking for new tactics to face this global challenge. While businesses are looking for new tactics, reaching out and understanding the many things and possible changes in their attitudes and behavior due to the crisis has become important for companies during and after this economic downturn. Recently, one of the most striking tools that companies use to achieve their goals is social media, by all means. This study aims to examine the effect of social media on the marketing process in a store or business entity by means of literature articles and books on effectiveness. Social media marketing, where the result is that social media is very influential in increasing traffic on business websites and increasing business turnover. The "Sosmed Store" business entity has a target market, namely entrepreneurs who want their business to be known more quickly by the public through the internet. The products offered by the "Sosmed Store" can also develop according to the needs of the intended target market. The products offered do not ask for personal information at all to users and potential users. Because it does not store important data from its users, the products offered are getting less and less attacked.

Abstract

Ida Bagus Ketut Surya Putra atau dikenal Gus Putra adalah seorang perajin dan penjual perlengkapan upacara yadnya di Pulau Bali. Gus Putra kehilangan pekerjaannya sebagai buruh harian di pabrik selama pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup, Gus Putra mulai membuat perlengkapan upacara yadnya dari bambu dan menjualnya kepada tetangga yang membutuhkannya. Namun, usahanya mengalami kendala karena kesulitan memenuhi permintaan saat ada upacara yadnya karena peralatan yang kurang memadai. Selain itu, permintaan produknya menurun drastis ketika tidak ada upacara yadnya, karena kurangnya promosi untuk memasarkan produknya secara luas. Ida Bagus Ketut Surya Putra juga kesulitan dalam mengetahui keuntungan dari usahanya karena tidak melakukan pencatatan modal dan penghasilan dengan baik. Analisis situasi mengungkapkan bahwa mitra pengabdian menghadapi masalah dalam peralatan produksi, pemasaran hasil produksi, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang optimal. Dari analisis situasi diberikan solusi berupa bantuan alat produksi, pelatihan penggunaan media sosial dalam promosi produk dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan jumlah penjualan sebesar 50% untuk masing-masing produk yang dihasilkan dan mitra pengabdian sudah mampu secara mandiri dalam memanfaatkan media sosial dan manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) merupakan anak yang dilahirkan dengan kebutuhan khusus yang berbeda dari anak pada umumnya sehingga membutuhkan pelayanan khusus. ABK Tunagrahita adalah anak yang memiliki kecerdasan signifikan di bawah rata-rata dan kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan perilaku selama masa perkembangan. Mereka juga menghadapi hambatan akademik, sehingga memerlukan modifikasi kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan khusus mereka dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun ABK Tunagrahita menghadapi hambatan tersebut, hal ini tidak menutup kemungkinan mereka untuk menerima pendidikan yang layak dan tepat baik di rumah maupun di sekolah. Hal ini sejalan dengan jaminan dari pemerintah mengenai pelaksanaan pendidikan khusus dan pendidikan layanan khusus yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, serta diatur lebih lanjut oleh Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas yang memberikan jaminan penuh kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam memperoleh pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan modifikasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan khusus, dibutuhkan pembelajaran inklusif yang menggunakan berbagai opsi media pembelajaran. Buku Pop-Up menjadi salah satu opsi media pembelajaran efektif bagi anak penyandang Tunagrahita.
