Abstract

Many assets land owned Muhammadiyah untapped by Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah started at the level of the branches to the central level, when the assets of the land owned by the waqf faith professed by wakif to use educational facilities or social amenities more, then the assets of the land was put to good use, so that assets such land lots used by the community because of the land ownership are not yet using the name Persyarikatan but many are using personal names or on behalf of the chairman Persyarikatan and ownership are obvious, like any asset of land have a certificate of good certificate endowments as well as a certificate of non endowments. It also occurs in the scope of the Regional Chairman of Muhammadiyah Jambi. As this study include land assets and non endowments Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership within the scope of the Regional Chairman of Muhammadiyah Jambi. In addition, the need to be formulated is a status, certification of land endowments, non endowments land titling, land asset status is certified in Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership within the scope of the Regional Chairman of Muhammadiyah Jambi.The method used in this study is a survey method. Survey methods in research designed to obtain information about the status and symptoms during the study was conducted to describe the variable or about something in a condition. This research method, gives an overview of concrete empowerment existing land assets through inventory Jambi region. Therefore, this study method is designed to reveal the factual data based on information found at the time to survey the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership in Jambi.

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this paper is to describe a conceptual framework of Supply Chain Management Ethics (SCM-ethics). In any organization and related business, it is very important to understand the need for business ethics and examine the moral and ethical values of the flow of business work. It can be said that business ethics is the pillar for every business and organization because whenever the industry for business is communicating with their clients, employees and related people. The ethics and the social image of the organization will be in the focus for all the, directly and indirectly, persons who are part of the organization or activities as well as passively contributing in the growth of organization. Government has already established law and regulations for every trade now it is is the duty of any business for an organization to follow these rules and guidelines to maintain the dignity and trust of all towards the business. There are many factors which are directly related to business ethics such as increasing product price employee salary commitment to other parties and fulfillment of orders. The business manager is the most important person who has the responsibility to maintain the ethical status of the business. Time by time the norms and meaning of business ethics our changing. The philosophy e of every business and its ethics determines the base purpose of company e and also so helpful to obtain and improve the aims of the business. Ethics can be defined as an indirect protocol for rules which govern the business decision on daily e for periodical basis. For this purpose, the basic key terms are finance, finance paradigm, business issues, Human resource Management trade unions common Management strategy, sales, and marketing, emerging issues, production, property, modern history of property rights, slaves as property e, nature versus social construct, intellectual property and many more.

Abstract

In implementing Good Government, the government has an agenda for the realization of community welfare: first, the political agenda; second, the legal agenda. This study aims to find out how the structure of the implementation of good government is implemented by stakeholders after getting education and training with an education management approach. This study applies a qualitative method through content analysis. The implementation of the government agenda can be realized by changing the education management paradigm in the government-owned Education and Training Agency so that the principle of legal certainty, orderly state administrators, public interest, openness, proportionality, professionalism, accountability, efficiency and principles of effectiveness in accordance with article 20 paragraph 1 Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government can be increased. Efforts that can be made through the implementation of education management: (a) decentralization of education in the Education and Training Agency, (b) community-based education, (c) school-based management, (d) Education and Training Agency based on quality improvement, (e) Agency Competency Curriculum-based Education and Training, (f) Skills-based education, (g) Contextual learning, (h) Authenticity-based assessment.
