Abstract

The research aims to find out the influence of CAR, BOPO, NIM and LDR to the ROA of commercial banks which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2017. The data used in this study was obtained from the Annual Financial Statements Bankings Companies listed on the Stock Exchange. After passing through the stage of purposive sampling , the samples are fit for use by 30 banking companies. The analysis method used the analysis of panel data regression with the help of Eviews 9.0. Panel data regression model is the regression model using panel which is a combination of cross section data and time series data. To estimate the panel data regression model, the are three approaches, those are common effect model, fixed effect model and random effect model. The result of panel data analysis shows that the appropriate panel data regression model for these data is the fixed effect model with cross section (no heteroscedasticity). Based on the research it has been found that the variables CAR and BOPO are negative and has significant impact on ROA. Meanwhile, the variables NIM and LDR are positive and has significant impact on ROA. Of the four significant variables, the variable NIM has the greatest influence on ROA with the coefficient of 0.201844. The result of the degree of determination (Adjusted R-square) in the regression model is equal to 0.937245. This shows that the effect of the independent variables, namely CAR, BOPO, NIM and LDR to the dependent variable (ROA) is 93.72% while the remaining 6.28% is effected by other factors which were explained in this research.

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this paper is to describe a conceptual framework of Supply Chain Management Ethics (SCM-ethics). In any organization and related business, it is very important to understand the need for business ethics and examine the moral and ethical values of the flow of business work. It can be said that business ethics is the pillar for every business and organization because whenever the industry for business is communicating with their clients, employees and related people. The ethics and the social image of the organization will be in the focus for all the, directly and indirectly, persons who are part of the organization or activities as well as passively contributing in the growth of organization. Government has already established law and regulations for every trade now it is is the duty of any business for an organization to follow these rules and guidelines to maintain the dignity and trust of all towards the business. There are many factors which are directly related to business ethics such as increasing product price employee salary commitment to other parties and fulfillment of orders. The business manager is the most important person who has the responsibility to maintain the ethical status of the business. Time by time the norms and meaning of business ethics our changing. The philosophy e of every business and its ethics determines the base purpose of company e and also so helpful to obtain and improve the aims of the business. Ethics can be defined as an indirect protocol for rules which govern the business decision on daily e for periodical basis. For this purpose, the basic key terms are finance, finance paradigm, business issues, Human resource Management trade unions common Management strategy, sales, and marketing, emerging issues, production, property, modern history of property rights, slaves as property e, nature versus social construct, intellectual property and many more.

Abstract

The problem that has occurred in schools is in managing education operational aid funds in the current year is not in accordance with the recording of recapitulation of data for students who receive funds resulting in each area in use there is a difference or the remaining funds and less effective in managing expenditure per student by comparing school districts which is based on the previous year's budget that has already happened. This study aims to analyze the management of school fund management towards school development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research by explaining the function of management. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews with the principal, deputy headmaster of the curriculum, the head of school administration, observation, and documents relating to the accountability of funds. The results of the study are grouping funds according to school programs, there is no waste of funds based on the percentage of funding funding per quarter. The Principal builds a system of monitoring the use of funds in an accountable and accurate manner in achieving the vision and mission of the school

Abstract

Selection of outstanding school librarians due to increased information literacy has an impact on student achievement but in the implementation of the scientific skills assessment some participants do not understand the testing standards and have difficulty interpreting the principles of the measured test. The research objective was to examine the relationship between academic ability and scientific skills. Respondents amounted to 35 school library staff using purposive sampling. Validity and reliability were analyzed from the highest assessment of each level of education based on the top three rankings using the Spearman rank correlation. The results showed a significant relationship between academic ability and scientific skills of outstanding school library staff with ρ value = 0.784 and ρ table at α = 5% was 0.683. That is, high academic ability results in an increase in the scientific skills of outstanding school librarians. This research has implications for maintaining the professional balance of library personnel who are integrated with technological developments that have a positive impact on schools in dealing with the transition to electronic-based systems.

Abstract

This study explains the monitoring of financial management policies in allocating The School Operational Assistance funds regarding compliance with established regulations. The problem in this study is that the Education Operational Costs (BOP) have not allocated financing for Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) activities of Vocational High School students / students. A qualitative research method with the evaluation approach of Stake's Countenance. The subject of research is an evaluation instrument for the school quality improvement program based on the basic education data system Data collection is interview, documentation, observation. The data analysis technique describes each stage of the evaluation. The implementation of financial policies in allocating school funds is in accordance with the monitoring criteria and the economic theory of education regarding human capital that focuses on economic knowledge and values and actions. The contribution of vocational high school human capital is centered on students' values and actions. The results of this study will contribute to schools, the provincial education office and the district education office, to implement financial policies used to manage school finances effectively and efficiently based on the allocation of funds that have been determined in the Financial Policy technical guidelines.

Abstract

There is no specific curriculum for inclusive students, and there is also no assessment guide for inclusive students. It causes students with special needs to have difficulty learning, and learning does not run optimally. This study aimed to analyze the learning completeness of ABK students in inclusive elementary schools and various challenges in managing inclusive schools. This type of research is qualitative. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with phenomenology. The design used in this study using Miles and Huberman. The subjects in this study amounted to 8 people. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and triangulation. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. The data analysis method uses framing analysis. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method with framing analysis. The results of this study are that first, the learning completeness of ABK students is still not optimal. Second is the unpreparedness of the teacher in teaching ABK students. Third, the limitations of special assistant teachers for inclusive students. Fourth, inadequate facilities and infrastructure for inclusive students. Fifth, there are differences in perceptions of ABK students between schools, the community and the government. The general conclusion is that students with special needs learning mastery will succeed if there is a common perception between inclusive schools, the environmental community and the local government.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian memperoleh informasi adakah perbedaan kreativitas belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan model Think- Talk-Write (TTW) dengan siswa yang diajar dengan model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan menganalisis pengaruh siswa diajar dengan model pembelajaran Think- Talk-Write (TTW) dan alat peraga terhadap kreativitas matematika siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (Mix Methods) Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Mekarsari 06 dengan jumlah responden 54 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  kreativitas belajar matematika anak yang diberi pembelajaran kooperatif Think- Talk-Write (TTW) lebih tinggi daripada anak yang diberi pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS); alat peraga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas belajar matematika siswa; terdapat pengaruh siswa yang diajar dengan berbantukan alat peraga terhadap kreativitas siswa; terdapat pengaruh siswa siswa diajar dengan Think-Talk-Write (TTW) dan Alat peraga terhadap kreativitas matematika siswa; tidak terdapat kendala pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think-Talk-Write (TTW) dan alat peraga terhadap kreativitas matematika siswa. Implikasi penelitian adalah kreativitas belajar matematika anak pada proses pembelajaran tergantung dari metode dan pendakatan yang digunakan guru, sehingga dituntut harus lebih berinovasi dan kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh lingkunkungan kerja dan program pelatian terhadap efektivitas kerja guru sekolah menengah pertama sebanyak 126 guru. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Untuk hasil penelitian terhadap efektivitas kerja guru sekolah menengah pertama kecamatan Taman Sari Jakarta Barat ini adalah: (1) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar dengan signifikan bernilai 3,509 dengan perbandingan menggunakan  1,657 ini mengartikan cukup signifikan terhadap efekivitas kerja guru; (2) program pelatihan memiliki pengaruh sebesar dengan bernilai signifikan bernilai 0,000 < 0,05 yang mengartikan cukup signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru; (3). Lingkungan kerja dan program pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan yaitu sebesar sig bernilai 0,206 > 0,05. Sehingga maka lingkungan kerja dan program pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh pada efektivitas kerja guru Kecamatan Taman Sari Jakarta Barat. Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan program pelatihan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru, menurut guru mengembangkan kompetensinya pada lingkungkungan kerja dan program pelatihan. Sehingga guru menjadi lebih inovatif, kreatif dan modern. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut maka dapat simpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan guru berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja guru, maka implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukan adanya pelatihan khusus guna meningkatkan professional guru melalui pelatihan atau seminar yang diadakan
