Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators, also known as teachers. From the implementation of learning activities in the classroom, there is having problems and obstacles faced by a teacher will be definitely found. So it must be appropriately handled carefully by the teacher. Therefore, it is important for teachers to understand how to manage the class well, because basically the problems that arise. Classroom management is a conscious effort to plan, organize, actualize, and supervise programs and activities in class, so that learning occurs may be systematic, effective and fun way.

Abstract

The learning model is a framework that provides a systematic description for carrying out learning in order to help students learn in a certain way to achieve. That is, the learning model is a plan or a pattern that is used as a guide in planning classroom learning or learning in tutorials. Discovery Learning is a learning method that applies Inquiry-Based Instruction. Discovery Learning is learning that encourages students to investigate on their own, discover and build on past experiences and knowledge, use intuition, imagination, and creativity, and seek new information to find new facts, correlations, and truths. Learning is not the same as absorbing what is said or read, but actively learning to find answers and solutions yourself. Discovery Learning is one of the learning methods known to improve the quality of education in learning in advanced theory.

Abstract

As stated in the National Education System Law (SISDIKNAS) no 20 of 2003 article 3 which states that national education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, competent, creative, independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen. So to realize these goals, the first steps that must be taken in education, one of which is with educators applying existing learning methods in popular learning theory. There are several forms of learning methods, namely: project based learning, quantum learning, self-directed learning, contextual teaching and learning.

Abstract

Education is an integrated effort to create an educational environment in which students can actively develop their potential for religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. To create an environment that encourages students to explore and develop themselves, methods need to be in line with the vision of education-one of which is the collaborative learning method. Collaborative learning is a type of learning that allows small groups of people to work together to achieve a common goal. By doing this, they learn skills related to teamwork and social interaction. The method used is literature study, which is a type of research based on reading. The purpose of a literature study is to gather as much information as possible about a particular topic or issue

Abstract

This study focuses on a cognitive view of the development and learning process experienced by each individual. The basic cognitive study is neurological science (neuroscience). Each nerve in the brain has its own role in doing its job. According to this view, learning is the process of creating and strengthening new pathways of connection between nerves to the brain or what is called synapse. With this synapse connected to new nerves, humans will learn. In cognitive, learning is a long-lasting change in perception and understanding. The learning model introduced by cognitive is the information processing model, while the information processing model is long term memory, sort term memory, and metacognition.

Abstract

The Learning Model discusses articles about Quantum Learning. Quantum Learning can provide benefits to students. It cannot be denied that the learning model can remember and capture what the teacher gives to students. The theory of Quantum Learning is a learning model for why learning is set. learning that can achieve the learning objectives that have been set. Abstract

Motivation plays an important role in the learning process. If teachers and parents can provide good motivation to students or their children and then in students or children there will be encouragement and desire to learn better. Providing good and appropriate motivation, then the child can realize the benefits of learning and the goals to be achieved by learning. Learning motivation is also expected to be able to arouse enthusiasm for learning, especially for students who are lazy to study as a result of negative influences from outside the students. Furthermore, it can form the habit of students being happy in learning so that their learning achievement can increase. As a counselor or teacher increasing student motivation in learning is explaining learning objectives to students, giving gifts, praise, punishment, generating encouragement for students to keep learning, forming good study habits, helping students with learning difficulties individually and in groups using varied methods, good media and in accordance with learning objectives. The method used is literature study, which is a type of research based on reading. The purpose of a literature study is to gather as much information as possible about a particular topic or issue.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan guru dan siswa. Keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar siswa. Ketika motivasi untuk belajar hadir, antusiasme dirangsang dan siswa belajar untuk berkonsentrasi. Motivasi siswa lebih baik daripada motivasi ekstrinsik. Dengan memotivasi siswa secara intrinsik siswa akan lebih semangat dalam belajar dan hasil positif dari upaya belajar mereka terungkap. Namun, motivasi ekstrinsik juga menentukan minat belajar seorang siswa. Sekalipun seorang siswa memiliki keinginan untuk belajar, namun jika faktor eksternal tidak mendukung belajar siswa akan kehilangan semangatnya. Motivasi adalah energi perubahan pada orang dan dicirikan oleh pendengaran yang efektif dan antisipasi respons sasaran. Motivasi belajar merupakan penggerak dalam diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar yang menjamin kelangsungan kegiatan belajar. Siswa yang sangat termotivasi untuk belajar terlibat dalam kegiatan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan. Motivasi merangsang minat siswa untuk belajar. Motivasi ditandai dengan ketekunan dalam menghadapi kesulitan, kerja keras, dan ketahanan terhadap kebosanan. Motivasi belajar sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Siswa mencapai nilai bagus ketika motivasi berada di dalam diri mereka. Oleh karena itu, motivasi belajar sangatlah penting.

Abstract

In an effort to improve student learning outcomes, the purpose of this research is to determine the increase in learning outcomes caused by the quantum learning learning model. In this study, the "library research" method of literature analysis was used to complete the analysis of various sources used through a literature review. To gather information for this literature review, the findings of E-journal non-test tracking studies were first examined. This is done using indexed journal articles, books, theses, and online materials relevant to the use of quantum learning. The Quantum Learning approach makes learning very interesting and fun while significantly increasing student learning outcomes. The application of the Quantum Learning learning paradigm in the classroom can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics, according to the research findings.

Abstract

Character education includes elements of knowledge (cognitive), sentiment (feelings), and actions. Character development is character development plus. (action). Thomas Lickona argues that character education will not be effective without these three components. A child will develop emotional intelligence through consistent and methodical character education. A comprehensive technique called quantum learning combines rapid classroom implementation with educational theory. The best educational elements are incorporated into the whole through the use of a research-based approach, which gives the curriculum more importance and relevance in students' lives. Accelerated learning is a teaching method intended to stimulate students' cognitive abilities and make learning more enjoyable and efficient. Active learning encourages students to participate in the learning process. When students participate actively in their learning, it means they are in control of the process. They actively use their brains to come up with main ideas for topics, solve problems, or apply what they just learned to real problems. Subject content is presented through subconscious language in "hypnoteaching". so that the lessons can attract the attention of children properly. Students are reluctant to look away when paying attention.
