Abstract

This paper examines the moderating effect of entrepreneurial education and experience on the relationship between capital and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) performance. The reason is that the relationship has been tested by researchers, but the results are inconsistent. For that purpose, 6 SMEs and their entrepreneurs were randomly selected to be the objects and subjects in this study. The data analysis used a linear regression model, and the results showed: (1) Capital is positively and significantly related to performance, but the performance of SMEs which are controlled by male entrepreneurs is superior to that of female entrepreneurs; (2) education and experience of entrepreneurs significantly strengthen the relationship between capital and performance. However, the full moderation effect is stronger than the partial moderation effect. This means that education and experience moderate the relationship together, and not separately. From the gender perspective, the moderation effect was also superior for SMEs controlled by male entrepreneurs than for female entrepreneurs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the involvement of the company's parts in the preparation of the budget, and to find out the deviations in project costs that occur and the factors that cause them. As it is known that for decision making required planning and control of all existing resources, management requires information on a regular basis and coordination with all parts. For that we need an information system that is able to provide facilities for making these decisions. All existing management functions must cooperate and support each other for the implementation of all company activities so that they can be carried out properly. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, it is suggested to the company that in the process of preparing the budget, the deputy director who is in charge and responsible for its preparation is to involve the sections within the company such as the engineering department, the purchasing department and the finance department. This is so that the budget can be prepared carefully and flexibly and act as a good planning tool. Also, in order to avoid large deviations in wage costs, the company should improve the control function by holding tighter supervision of workers in the field, so that they work according to the specified time. For this reason, it is hoped that the project will be completed on time. Keywords: Planning and Control. ABSTRAK Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlibatan bagian-bagian perusahaan dalam penyusunan anggaran, dan untuk mengetahui penyeimpangan-penyimpangan biaya proyek yang terjadi dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa untuk pengambilan keputusan diperlukan perencanaan dan pengendalian semua sumber daya yang ada, manajemen memerlukan informasi secara teratur dan koordinasi dengan semua bagian. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan fasilitas untuk pengambilan keputusan tersebut. Seluruh fungsi manajemen yang ada harus saling bekerjasama dan saling mendukung untuk pelaksanaan semua kegiatan perusahaan agar dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka disarankan kepada perusahaan agar dalam proses penyusunan anggaran sebaiknya wakil direktur yang bertugas dan bertanggungjawab dalam penyusunannya untuk melibatkan bagian-bagian yang ada  dalam perusahaan seperti bagian teknik, bagian pembelian dan bagian keuangan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar anggaran dapat disusun secara cermat dan fleksibel dan berperan sebagai alat perencanaan yang baik. Juga agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan biaya upah yang cukup besar, sebaiknya pihak perusahaan meningkatkan fungsi pengendalian dengan mengadakan pengawasan yang lebih ketat terhadap para pekerja di lapangan, agar mereka bekerja sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Untuk itu diharapkan proyek tersebut dapat diselesaikan tepat pada waktunya. Kata kunci: Perencanaan dan Pengendalian.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN kelompok 9 Kecamatan Lubuk Besar yaitu melakukan kegiatan stratergi pemasaran ikan asin di Sungai Tebuk. Dusun Sungai Tebuk merupakan salah satu dusun yang berada di Desa Lubuk Besar Kecamatan Lubuk Besar. Dusun Sungai Tebuk berada di pesisir pantai yang mempunyai potensi besar dalam sektor perikanan dan kelautan, dimana mayoritas mata pencaharian warga setempat adalah nelayan yang separuh ikannya diolah menjadi ikan asin. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pasar, tantangan yang dihadapi produsen ikan asin lokal, serta peluang pengembangan usaha di wilayah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu menggunakan metode pelatihan yakni kegiatan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi atau percontohan untuk menghasilkan keterampilan tertentu. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan strategi pemasaran ikan asin di Kecamatan Lubuk Besar, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, telah menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap industri lokal dan masyarakat setempat. Implementasi strategi yang komprehensif, meliputi diversifikasi produk, inovasi dalam pengolahan dan pengemasan, serta perluasan pasar, telah berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan nilai tambah produk ikan asin Lubuk Besar.

Abstract

This research was entitled in Bahasa Indonesia: “Pengaruh Aspek Kelengkapan Produk, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kenyamanan Berbelanja Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan (Studi Kasus pada Permata Cell Kota Pangkalpinang)”. This research was conducted during pandemic of Covid-19 (April 2021-June 2021) and it was administrated in City of Pangkalpinang and consists of 80 pages without attachments. The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the effect of the Product Completeness, Price Perception, Service Quality and Shopping Convenience on Customer Purchasing Decision at Permata Cell. This study runs by using quantitative data analysis and was using a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis along with Coefficient of Determination. The results of the analysis state that the product completeness variable has no effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-1,722) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-1,722) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,088 > 0,05 then clearly H1 is rejected. The results of the analysis state that the price perception variable has negative effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-3,255) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-3,255) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,001 < 0,05 then clearly H2 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the service quality variable has negative effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-4,260) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-4,260) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,001 < 0,05 then clearly H3 is accepted. The results of the analysis state that the shopping convenience variable has negative effect on customer purchasing decision with the results (t-count (-3,155) while t-table 1,661), in other words (t-count value (-3,155) < t-table value 1,661) or value of significance 0,002 < 0,05 then clearly H4 is accepted. As simultaneously or together, it shows that the variables of product completeness, price perception, service quality and shopping convenience have a significant effect on customer purchasing decision with the results of F-count 11,437 and F-table value of 2,47. In other words, Fcount (11,437) > Ftable (2,47). ), therefore it is shown that H0 is rejected and H5 is accepted. With the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0,325, which means that the effect of the product completeness variable, price perception, service quality and shopping convenience simultaneously at 32,5%, and the remaining 67,5% is explained by other independent variables not used in this study.
